AI Technical Summary
The insertion of dental implants is associated with the risk of improper placement in the jaw bone, as the implant may not integrate strongly enough with the bone for successful reconstruction of lost teeth, often due to overgrowth of connective tissue.
A dental implant with a semicircular end for bone insertion, featuring multiple threaded sections with varying pitch and arcuate grooves for blood and bone deposition, designed to reduce connective tissue ingrowth and facilitate stable integration with the bone.
The implant's design allows for easy insertion and stable attachment, reducing the risk of connective tissue overgrowth and accelerating integration and healing, thereby ensuring a strong foundation for tooth reconstruction.

Abstract
Description
[0001] Dental implant
[0002] The subj ect of the invention is a dental implant designed for attachment in the j aw bone to reconstruct lost teeth .
[0003] From the description WO2018122788A1 a dental implant is known, one end of which is designed to be inserted into the bone , and the other end is designed to attach a tool for inserting the implant . The implant has two sections with threads on them . The implant has at least one umbrella-shaped element .
[0004] The technical problem is that the insertion of dental implants is associated with the risk of improper placement of the implant in the j aw bone . The inserted implant does not always connect with the j aw bone strongly enough to allow for the placement of the reconstruction of lost teeth on it . The problem is the frequent overgrowth of the socket with connective tissue , which does not allow the integration of the implant with the bone .
[0005] The aim of the invention is to develop an implant that will demonstrate a high ability to be permanently embedded in the bone . The aim of the invention i s also to make the developed implant easy to place , which reduces the risk of unsuccess ful placement and reduces the discomfort of the procedure for the patient .
[0006] The essence of the solution is dental implant , one end of which is intended for insertion into the bone and the other end is intended for attachment of a tool for insertion of the implant , having at least two sections on which threads are provided, characterized in that the threaded section located closest to the end intended for attachment of the tool is provided with arcuate grooves . The end intended for insertion into the bone is semicircular in shape . Between the threaded section located closest to the end intended for insertion into the bone and the threaded section there is a threaded section separated from the threaded section by a flat section . The thread pitch on the threaded section located closest to the end intended for insertion into the bone is greater than the thread pitch on the remaining threaded sections . The end intended for attaching the implant insertion tool has an oval cross-section, and the longitudinal sections are rectangular and trapezoidal . The end intended for securing the implant insertion tool is equipped with a collar with an arcuate concave cross-section . The thread on the threaded section is a continuous thread .
[0007] The solution according to the invention allows for easy insertion of the implant into the bone and facilitates the attachment of the implant through the tissue . The invention reduces the risk of connective tissue ingrowth, which accelerates the integration of the implant and healing .
[0008] The subj ect of the invention in example is shown in the drawing, in which Fig . 1 shows a side view of the implant , Fig . 2 - a side view of the implant rotated by 90 degrees , Fig . 3 - a view of the implant from the side of the end intended for insertion into the bone , Fig . 4 - a view of the implant from the side of the end intended for attaching the tool , Fig . 5 - a view of the threaded section, and Fig . 6 - a view of the threaded sections .
[0009] Example . A dental implant has one end 1 intended for insertion into the bone and the other end 2 intended for attachment of a tool for insertion of the implant , and threaded sections 3 and 4 . The threaded section 4 located closest to the end 2 intended for attachment of the tool has arcuate grooves 5 . The end intended for insertion into the bone 1 has a semicircular shape . Between the threaded section 3 located closest to the end intended for insertion into the bone 1 and the threaded section 4 there is a threaded section 6 separated from the threaded section 4 by a flat section 7 . The thread pitch on the threaded section 3 is greater than the thread pitch on the threaded sections 4 and 6 . The end intended for attaching the implant insertion tool 2 has an oval cross-section, and the longitudinal sections are rectangular and trapezoidal . The end intended for attachment of the tool for insertion of the implant 2 is equipped with a collar 8 with an arcuate-concave cross-section . The thread on the threaded section 3 is a continuous thread . The implant is made of zirconium dioxide .
[0010] The arcuate grooves 5 are deposits for blood and bone , which are deposited during the implantation, which reduces the risk of connective tissue ingrowth and thus accelerates implant integration and healing . The semicircular shape of the end intended for insertion into the bone 1 reduces the displacement of the inserted materials used to raise the floor of the nasal sinus , which reduces the risk of perforation of the Schneiderian membrane in the sinus . The flat section 7 between the threaded sections 4 and 6 allows for bone expansion and after further implantation allows the bone to start returning to the initial point . This results in implant stabili zation . The arcuate concave shape of the collar 8 allows for optimal guidance of the drill during preparation for the placement of a crown, bridge or prosthesis .
