Description

A pesticide spraying unit and a pesticide spraying vehicle equipped with the same

[0001] The present invention relates to a pesticide spraying unit for pest control in a farm and a pesticide spraying vehicle equipped with the same, which is a pesticide spraying vehicle driven by a battery.

[0002]

[0003] In order to grow crops, pesticides must be sprayed to prevent diseases and pests that may occur during the growth process, and nutrients (including moisture) must be sprayed to help growth. This work is usually done by pest control vehicles.

[0004] As disclosed in the patent document, the pesticide vehicle is typically driven by a diesel or gasoline engine, and uses the power of the engine to operate a large fan installed at the rear of the vehicle, and sprays pesticides onto crops through a nozzle installed at the end of the large fan.

[0005] However, this type of pest control vehicle requires a large fan to operate, which requires a lot of energy, and is therefore not suitable for battery-powered vehicles, which have recently been proposed as an eco-friendly alternative.

[0006] Additionally, a large motor must be used to drive a large fan, which increases the vehicle manufacturing cost.

[0007] In addition, there is a disadvantage in that the spray direction of the nozzle by the large fan is formed only in a radial direction, so it is not sprayed appropriately to the required crop location, which increases the amount of pesticide used and reduces efficiency.

[0012]

[0013] The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and has as its technical task the provision of a pesticide spraying unit that can be manufactured inexpensively while reducing the energy required for pesticide spraying and improving the spraying efficiency, and a pesticide spraying vehicle equipped with the same, suitable for a battery-powered pesticide spraying vehicle.

[0014]

[0015] In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the present invention comprises a chemical spraying unit for spraying a chemical, comprising an inlet pipe formed in a cylindrical tube shape, a blower installed at an end side of the inlet pipe, a blower guide installed at the rear of the blower in the blowing direction inside the inlet pipe, and a blower pipe formed at an end of the inlet pipe and having a nozzle installed for spraying a chemical.

[0016] In the drug spraying unit of the present invention, the inlet pipe is formed with an inlet portion formed at one end to introduce outside air, and a cylindrical tube-shaped tube portion connected to the inlet portion.

[0017] In the drug spraying unit of the present invention, the inlet portion has a shape in which the diameter becomes increasingly larger than the diameter of the pipe portion as it goes downward, and a mesh is installed at the end of the inlet portion.

[0018] In the drug spraying unit of the present invention, a control device receiving unit for receiving a blower control device for controlling the blower unit is formed on a side of the pipe unit, and a cooling plate having a cross-section of a “ㄷ” shape is installed in the control device receiving unit, and a flat portion of the cooling plate is installed in the control device receiving unit, and a protrusion portion is formed to protrude inward while extending in the longitudinal direction of the pipe unit.

[0019] In the drug spraying unit of the present invention, the blower unit is composed of a blower fan and a motor having a drive shaft connected to the blower fan, and the blower guide unit is composed of a housing formed in a cylindrical hollow shape so that the motor is fixed therein, a core portion formed to extend upward from the center of the housing, and a plurality of flat plate-shaped guide portions extending radially from the core portion.

[0020] In the drug spraying unit of the present invention, the motor is inserted into the inside of the housing and fixed by a fastening member, and an upwardly open through groove is formed on the upper portion of the housing so that air blown by the blowing fan passes through the motor and cools and discharges the motor.

[0021] In the drug spraying unit of the present invention, the core unit is formed so that the outer diameter gradually decreases upward, thereby allowing air flowing out through the through groove to flow out without resistance.

[0022] In the drug dispensing unit of the present invention, the guide unit is formed of a plurality of flat plates that are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction symmetrically about the y-axis from the center of the inlet pipe and extend in the radial direction, and a plurality of through holes are formed in each of the flat plates.

[0023] In the drug spraying unit of the present invention, the blower pipe is formed of a body part formed in a curved tube shape of the same diameter and branched into two or more parts symmetrical about the y-axis on the center line of the x-axis from the center of the inlet pipe, and an outlet part formed to be connected to each of the branched body parts, and the outlet part is arranged symmetrical about the y-axis on the center line of the x-axis from the center of the inlet pipe, and is formed to gradually increase in size in the x-axis direction and decrease in size in the y-axis direction compared to the body part.

[0024] In the drug spraying unit of the present invention, a pair of guide plates protruding forward in an arc shape are formed in the center of the discharge unit, a slot groove with an open upper portion is formed in the guide plate, and a support plate for supporting the nozzle is fixed thereto, and a drug hose is inserted into a through groove formed to penetrate sideways in the lower portion of the guide plate and installed in the nozzle.

[0025] The pesticide spraying vehicle of the present invention comprises a body part including a driving unit for moving the vehicle, a vehicle part formed to include a pesticide tank installed on the upper part of the body part for storing pesticide, a pesticide spraying unit support part formed in the shape of a support extending upward from the rear of the body part, and a pesticide spraying unit installed on the pesticide spraying unit support part, and a plurality of pesticide spraying units are installed in the height direction on the pesticide spraying unit support part so as to face both sides of the body part.

[0026]

[0027] In another embodiment of the present invention, the pharmaceutical spraying unit support part is laid down or raised upwards on the upper part of the body part by an actuator, and the pharmaceutical spraying unit is installed on the pharmaceutical spraying unit support part so that the spraying direction can be adjusted by a bracket for adjusting the direction.

[0028] In the pesticide spraying vehicle of the present invention, the driving unit is configured to be driven by a battery.

[0029]

[0030] The present invention makes it possible to uniformly spray chemicals adjacent to fruit trees or crops in the height direction of the chemical spraying unit, thereby improving the chemical spraying efficiency compared to the case of spraying chemicals radially as in the prior art.

[0031] Due to this, the amount of pesticide sprayed is reduced and the spraying time is also shortened, which has the advantage of reducing battery consumption when the pesticide spraying vehicle is battery-powered.

[0032] In addition, since the blower fan is driven by a plurality of low-priced small motors, the cost is reduced compared to using expensive large motors to drive large fans as in the prior art.

[0033] In addition, since a small-capacity motor is used, battery consumption is reduced when a battery is used as a vehicle driving power source, which has an advantageous effect.

[0046]

[0047] Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0048] Figure 1 is a drawing illustrating a chemical spraying vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention. The chemical spraying vehicle according to the present invention comprises a vehicle section (1000), a chemical spraying support section (2000) installed at the rear of the vehicle section (1000), and a chemical spraying section (3000) installed on the chemical spraying support section (2000).

[0049] The vehicle section (1000) is formed to include a body section (1200) including a driving section (1100) for moving the vehicle, and a drug tank (1300) installed on the upper portion of the body section (1200) for storing a drug.

[0050] The drug spraying unit support member (2000) is installed to extend upward from the rear of the body member (1200) and can be formed in a rod shape.

[0051] In this embodiment, the drug spraying unit support (2000) is formed of two parts on the left and right, and a drug spraying unit (3000) is installed on each load.

[0052] A plurality of drug spraying units (3000) are installed in the height direction of the vehicle body (1200) on the drug spraying unit support member (2000), and each drug spraying unit (300) is installed so that the direction in which the drug is sprayed faces the outside of the vehicle body (1200).

[0053]

[0054] In this embodiment, the drug spraying unit support member (2000) is formed of two rods, but is not limited thereto. For example, it is also possible to form it as one support member extending upward and to form it so that the drug spraying unit (3000) is installed on both sides.

[0055]

[0056] Figure 2 is a drawing illustrating a drug spraying unit of one embodiment of the present invention. The drug spraying unit (3000) is composed of an inlet pipe (3100) formed in a cylindrical tube shape, a blower unit (3200) installed at an end side of the inlet pipe (3100), a blower guide unit (3300) installed at the rear of the blower unit (3200) in the blowing direction inside the inlet pipe (3100), and a blower pipe (3400) installed at an end of the inlet pipe (3100).

[0057]

[0058] FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view showing a drug spraying unit of one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a drug spraying unit of one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a blower guide unit in a drug spraying unit of one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing a drug spraying unit of one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view showing an expansion unit of one embodiment of the present invention.

[0059] As can be seen in the drawing, the inlet pipe (3100) is composed of an inlet portion (3110) formed at one end to introduce outside air, and a cylindrical tube-shaped pipe portion (3120) connected to the inlet portion (3110).

[0060] The inlet (3110) has a shape in which the diameter becomes increasingly larger than the diameter of the pipe (3120) as it goes downward from the pipe (3120), and a mesh (m) is installed at the end of the inlet (3110) to prevent the inflow of foreign substances.

[0061] On the side of the pipe (3120), a control device receiving portion (3130) is formed to install a blower control portion (c) for controlling the blower portion (3200).

[0062] Meanwhile, a cooling plate (3131) having a cross-section of the shape of a “ㄷ” is installed in the control device receiving section (3130).

[0063] The flat portion (3131a) of the cooling plate (3131) is installed in the control device receiving portion (3130), and the protrusion portion (3131b) is formed to protrude into the inside of the pipe portion (3120).

[0064] The protrusion (3131b) of the cooling plate (3131) is installed in the longitudinal direction of the pipe (3120), thereby cooling the blower control device (c) without causing resistance to the air flowing inside the pipe (3120).

[0065] The blower (3200) is composed of a blower fan (3210) and a motor (3220) whose drive shaft is connected to the blower fan (3210).

[0066] The blower guide part (3300) is composed of a cylindrical hollow housing (3310), a core part (3320) extending upward from the center of the housing (3310), and a flat plate-shaped guide part (3330) extending radially from the core part (3320).

[0067] A motor (3220) is inserted and fixed inside the housing (3310), and a through-hole (3311) that opens upward is formed in the upper center of the housing (3310) so that air blown by a blower fan (3210) passes through the motor (3320) to cool it and discharge it.

[0068] The core portion (3320) is formed so that the outer diameter gradually decreases as it goes upward, thereby allowing air flowing out through the through hole (3311) to flow out without resistance.

[0069] The guide portion (3330) is formed of a plurality of flat plates (3331) extending in the radial direction, and is formed at equal intervals in the circumferential direction so as to be symmetrical about the y-axis at the center of the inlet pipe (3100).

[0070] Each flat plate (3331) is inserted into and fixed in a slot (3121) formed inside the pipe (3120), and a plurality of through holes (3332) are formed in each flat plate (3331).

[0071] The blower pipe (3400) is composed of a body part (3410) formed by being connected to a pipe part (3210), and an exhaust part (3420) formed by being connected to the body part (3410).

[0072] The body (3410) is arranged to be divided into two halves symmetrically about the y-axis on the center line of the x-axis of the center of the inlet pipe (3100) and is formed in the shape of a curved tube of the same diameter.

[0073] In this embodiment, the body part (3410) is formed to branch into two, but is not limited thereto and may be formed in two or more numbers.

[0074] The discharge portion (3420) is formed for each body portion (3410) and is arranged symmetrically about the y-axis on the x-axis line centered on the inlet pipe (3100). Compared to the inlet pipe (3100), the discharge portion (3420) is formed to be larger in size in the x-axis direction and smaller in size in the y-axis direction, and both ends are formed in a convex shape.

[0075] At the center of each discharge section (3420), a pair of guide plates (3430) are formed that protrude forward in an arc shape.

[0076] Each guide plate (3430) has a slot groove (s) formed at the top that is open, and a support plate (3440) for supporting the nozzle (n) is fixed thereto.

[0077] A through hole (p) penetrating to the side is formed at the bottom of the guide plate (3420), and a drug hose (h) connected to the drug tank (1200) is inserted and installed in the nozzle (n).

[0078]

[0079] Next, the operation of the present invention will be described.

[0080] Figure 8 is a drawing showing a state in which a drug is sprayed in a drug spraying unit of one embodiment of the present invention.

[0081] When the motor (3220) is driven through the blower control device (c), the blower fan (3210) operates and outside air is drawn into the inlet pipe (3100) through the inlet (3110).

[0082] At this time, if a mesh (m) is installed in the inlet (3110), foreign substances in the inlet air flowing into the inlet (3110) from the outside can be prevented from flowing into the inside, thereby preventing a malfunction from occurring.

[0083] The air drawn in by the blower fan (3210) flows into the interior of the housing (3310) in the central portion of the pipe (3120) and is then discharged to the outside of the housing (3310) through the through-hole (3311).

[0084] During this flow process, the air acts to cool the motor (3220) installed inside the housing (3310).

[0085] The air discharged through the through hole (3311) moves forward without pressure loss through the core part (3320).

[0086] Meanwhile, the air introduced by the blower fan (3210) is distributed evenly by a plurality of blower guide parts (3300) around the circumference of the pipe part (3120).

[0087] In addition, the air introduced into the inlet pipe (3120) flows in and out through a plurality of through holes (3332) formed in the flat plate (3331), thereby having the effect of being evenly distributed within the inlet pipe (3120).

[0088] In the plurality of blower guide parts (3300), the plurality of flat plates (3331) are formed symmetrically about the y-axis at the center of the inlet pipe (3100), and the discharge part (3420) is also formed symmetrically about the y-axis, so that the air introduced by the blower fan (3210) is evenly distributed to each discharge part (3420).

[0089] Due to this action, the evenly distributed air is discharged evenly through each discharge port (3420), thereby having the effect of causing the agent generated from the nozzle (n) of each discharge pipe (3420) to be ejected with an even force.

[0090] Meanwhile, the agent sprayed from the nozzle (n) is protected by the guide plate (3430) installed in the discharge portion (3420), thereby preventing the direction of the agent from changing due to the wind acting on the side of the nozzle (n).

[0091]

[0092] The drug spraying unit (3000) of the present invention is installed in multiple units in the height direction toward both sides of the body (1200) on a drug spraying unit support unit (2000) formed in the shape of a support extending upward.

[0093] Accordingly, it becomes possible to spray pesticides evenly in the height direction adjacent to fruit trees or crops, which has the effect of improving the pesticide spraying efficiency compared to spraying pesticides radially as in the conventional technology.

[0094] Due to this, the amount of pesticide sprayed is reduced and the spraying time is also shortened, which has the advantage of reducing battery consumption when the pesticide spraying vehicle is battery-powered.

[0095] Furthermore, since the blower fan is driven by multiple, inexpensive, small motors, the cost is reduced compared to conventional techniques that use large motors to drive large fans. This is because large motors are significantly more expensive than multiple small motors. Furthermore, the use of smaller motors reduces battery consumption, which is beneficial when adopting a battery-powered vehicle.

[0096]

[0097] FIGS. 9 to 11 illustrate a chemical spraying vehicle according to another embodiment of the present invention. Since the basic structure is the same as the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 8 described above, a duplicate description will be omitted. However, the chemical spraying unit support unit (2000) is structured to be able to be laid down or raised upwards on the body unit (1200) by an actuator (2100), and the chemical spraying unit (3000) is installed on the chemical spraying unit support unit (2000) so that the spraying direction can be adjusted by a direction-adjusting bracket (2200).

[0098] In the pesticide spraying unit (3000) according to the present embodiment, as in the first embodiment described above, a plurality of pesticide spraying units (3000) are installed spaced apart on both left and right sides of the pesticide spraying unit support unit (2000) so as to face both sides of the body unit (1200), and by setting the spraying direction of each pesticide spraying unit (3000) differently as in FIG. 9 while the pesticide spraying unit support unit (2000) is laid down, uniform pesticide control can be performed in a tunnel-type fruit cultivation site, or by making the spraying direction of the pesticide spraying unit (3000) face only in the lateral direction while the pesticide spraying unit support unit (2000) is erected vertically, the pesticide can be sprayed only in the left and right lateral directions.

[0099]

[0100] In this embodiment, the direction-adjusting bracket (2200) includes a first bracket (2210) fixed to a drug spraying unit support member (2000), a second bracket (2220) that is installed so as to be rotatable in the x-axis direction from the first bracket (2210) and is fixed at an arbitrary angle by a fixing knob (2212), and a third bracket (2230) that is installed so as to be rotatable in the y-axis direction orthogonal to the x-axis, which is the rotational direction of the second bracket (2220), and is fixed at an arbitrary angle by a fixing knob (2222), and on which the drug spraying unit (3000) is mounted.

[0101]

[0102] Although the present invention has been described with reference to the attached drawings and centering on preferred embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that many various and obvious modifications are possible without departing from the scope of the present invention from this description.

[0103] Accordingly, the scope of the present invention should be construed by the claims which are described to include these many modifications.
