In this embodiment, the multiple registered voice fields include a field for storing the voice of each digit from 0 to 9 and a field for storing the voice of each alphabet from A to Z. That is, the contractor information table 121 includes fields for registered voice (0) to registered voice (9) and fields for registered voice (A) to registered voice (Z). For example, the registered voice (0) field stores the voice of the contractor uttering "0," and the registered voice (A) field stores the voice of the contractor uttering "A."
[0030] 6 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the contract document table 122. The management items of the contract document table 122 include a contract document ID field, a trader ID field, a contractor ID field, a contract document field, and a contract success / failure field.
[0031] The contract document ID field stores the ID assigned to the contract document. The contractor ID field stores the ID assigned to the contractor who owns the contractor terminal 2 that sent the contract document. The contractor ID field stores the contractor ID of the contractor specified in the contract document. The contract document field stores the contract document created on the contractor terminal 2 and acquired by the information processing device 1 from the contractor terminal 2, for example, in PDF file format. Note that the contract document field stores the contract document acquired by the information processing device 1 from the contractor terminal 2 before voice authentication is performed or if voice authentication fails. If voice authentication is successful and the contract is concluded, the contract document stored in the contract document field is updated to a contract document stating that voice authentication was successful and the contract has been concluded. The contract success / failure field stores the success / failure of the contract (concluded or not concluded) based on the success or failure of voice authentication. Note that if the information processing device 1 has not acquired a voice file from the contractor terminal 3, i.e., if voice authentication has not yet been performed, a null value (-) is stored in the contract success / failure field.
[0032] 7 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a subscriber information input screen on the subscriber terminal 3. The subscriber terminal control unit 31 of the subscriber terminal 3 causes the display unit 34 to display the subscriber information input screen. The subscriber information input screen includes a name input field, a date of birth input field, a telephone number input field, a location information consent field, and an identification document image input field. The subscriber's name, date of birth input field, and telephone number input field are entered in the name input field, date of birth input field, and telephone number input field.
[0033] The location information consent field displays a checkbox for inputting consent to transmitting the location information of the contractor terminal 3 to the information processing device 1. When the checkbox is checked, the contractor terminal control unit 31 is able to transmit the location information of the contractor terminal 3 to the information processing device 1, assuming that consent has been given.
[0034] A photographed image of an identification document such as a driver's license is input into the identification document image input field. The contractor terminal control unit 31 may accept the input of the identification document image by photographing the identification document with the photographing unit 36, or may accept the input of the identification document image by accepting the selection of the identification document image from an image folder of images photographed by the photographing unit 36 and stored in the memory unit 32. In this embodiment, the contractor can photograph the identification document image by pressing a function button (photograph button) that instructs photographing. When the contractor information of the contractor has been entered into all fields of the contractor information input screen, a function button (voice input button) for displaying a voice input screen (see FIG. 8) becomes pressable.
[0035] 8 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a voice input screen on the contractor terminal 3. When the voice input button is pressed on the contractor information input screen, the contractor terminal control unit 31 of the contractor terminal 3 causes the display unit 34 to display the voice input screen. The voice input screen displays a message prompting the contractor to input voice, as well as numbers 0 to 9 and letters A to Z. When the voice input screen is displayed, the contractor terminal control unit 31 causes the voice input unit 38 of the contractor terminal 3 to start collecting voice.
[0036] The contractor speaks the numbers from 0 to 9 in order and inputs the voice into the voice input unit 38. The contractor terminal control unit 31 recognizes the voice of each number spoken by the contractor from the voice input into the voice input unit 38, for example, by pattern matching, and enters a check in the column indicating the recognized number. After all numbers have been recognized from the contractor's voice and a check has been entered in all the columns indicating numbers, the contractor speaks the numbers from A to Z in order and inputs the voice into the voice input unit 38. The contractor terminal control unit 31 recognizes the voice of each alphabet spoken by the contractor from the voice input into the voice input unit 38, and enters a check in the column indicating the recognized alphabet. In addition, the voice input screen displays a message prompting the contractor to input their name by voice, along with a name column. The contractor speaks their name and inputs the voice into the voice input unit 38. When check marks are entered in all the columns showing the alphabet and the contractor's name is entered by voice, a check mark is entered in the name column and a function button (send button) that sends the contractor's contractor information and the contractor's voice to the information processing device 1 can be pressed.
[0037] When the send button is pressed, the contractor terminal control unit 31 transmits the contractor information of the contractor that was input and the contractor's voice to the information processing device 1. The contractor's voice is transmitted to the information processing device 1 as a voice file containing each number or each alphabet and the contractor's name.
[0038] 9 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a contract document creation screen on the contractor terminal 2. The contract document format is displayed on the contract document creation screen. The contract document includes, for example, a contractor name field, a contractor ID field, a contractor ID field, a contractor name field, a contract title field, an amount field, and a payment method field.
[0039] The contractor terminal control unit 21 of the contractor terminal 2 causes the display unit 24 to display the contract document and the input unit 25 to accept input into each field of the contract document. The contractor name field is entered with the contractor's name. The contractor ID field is entered with the contractor's ID. The contractor ID field is entered with the contractor's ID. The contractor name field is entered with the contractor's name. The contract title field is entered with the item of goods or services to be purchased by the contractor, or the type of loan, etc. The amount field is entered with the amount related to the contract, such as the price of the goods or services to be purchased by the contractor or the loan amount, and the payment method field is entered with the payment method (lump sum or number of payments) or the loan repayment method (number of repayments, interest rate, repayment period, etc.). The contract document is created by entering information into each field.
[0040] The contract creation screen displays a function button (send button) for sending the created contract to the information processing device 1. When information is entered into each field included in the contract, the send button becomes pressable. When the send button is pressed, the contractor terminal control unit 21 sends the created contract to the information processing device 1.
[0041] 10 is an explanatory diagram showing the contract document display screen on the contractor terminal 3. The information processing device 1, which has acquired the contract document from the contractor terminal 2, transmits the acquired contract document to the contractor terminal 3. The information processing device 1 assigns a contract document ID to the contract document acquired from the contractor terminal 2 and writes the assigned contract document ID on the contract document. The contractor terminal control unit 31 of the contractor terminal 3 that has acquired the contract document displays the acquired contract document on the display unit 34. The contract document and a function button for starting voice authentication (voice authentication start button) are displayed on the contract document display screen. When the voice authentication start button is pressed, the contractor terminal control unit 31 transmits to the information processing device 1 a message that voice authentication has started.
[0042] 11 is an explanatory diagram showing the voice authentication screen on the contractor terminal 3. Upon receiving from the contractor terminal 3 a notification that voice authentication has started, the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 randomly selects four characters from the numbers 0 to 9 and the letters A to Z to generate a password. The password may be three characters or less, or five characters or more. The control unit 11 transmits the generated password to the contractor terminal 3. The contractor terminal control unit 31 of the contractor terminal 3 causes the display unit 34 to display the password received from the information processing device 1.
[0043] The voice authentication screen displays a message urging the contractor to speak the displayed password. The contractor speaks the characters of the password displayed on the voice authentication screen, for example, in order from the characters displayed on the left, and inputs the voice into the voice input unit 38. The contractor terminal control unit 31 recognizes the voice of each character spoken by the contractor from the voice input into the voice input unit 38, for example, by pattern matching, and inputs a check mark in the column for the recognized character.
[0044] The voice authentication screen also displays a message prompting the subscriber to input their name by voice. After completing the voice input of all characters of the password, the subscriber speaks their name and inputs the voice into the voice input unit 38. When the voice input of all characters of the password and the subscriber's name is complete, a function button for executing voice authentication (voice authentication execution button) becomes pressable. When the voice authentication execution button is pressed, the subscriber terminal control unit 31 of the subscriber terminal 3 transmits to the information processing device 1 an audio file of each character of the voice-input password and an audio file of the subscriber's name that was input by voice. The audio files of each character of the voice-input password and an audio file of the subscriber's name that was input by voice are transmitted to the information processing device 1 as audio files containing the authentication audio. The subscriber terminal control unit 31 also transmits the terminal identification number of its own subscriber terminal 3 to the information processing device 1 together with the audio files.
[0045] When the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 acquires each voice file from the subscriber terminal 3, it determines whether or not the voiceprint of the voice of each character of the acquired password (authentication voice information) matches the voiceprint of the voice (registered voice information) pre-registered in the registered voice field for each character of the subscriber in the subscriber information table 121. The control unit 11 also determines whether or not the voiceprint of the voice of the acquired name matches the voiceprint of the voice pre-stored in the subscriber's name voice field in the subscriber information table 121. The control unit 11 calculates, for example, the similarity of the spectrograms of the voice stored in the subscriber information table 121 and the voice acquired from the subscriber terminal 3 by PLDA (Probabilistic Linear Discriminant Analysis), and determines that the voiceprints match if the calculated similarity is equal to or greater than a predetermined value.
[0046] FIG. 12 is an explanatory diagram showing a contract document after the contract has been concluded. When the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 determines that the terminal identification number acquired from the contractor terminal 3 matches the terminal identification number stored in the contractor information table 121 and that the voiceprints of the voice of each character of the password and the voice of the name acquired from the contractor terminal 3 match the voiceprints stored in the contractor information table 121, the control unit 11 determines that the contract related to the contract document transmitted to the contractor terminal 3 has been concluded. When the contract has been concluded, the contract document includes the date on which the information processing device 1 acquired the voice file from the contractor terminal 3 (the date on which voice authentication was performed) and the fact that the contract has been concluded. The information processing device 1 updates the contract document file stored in the contract document field of the contract document table to a file of the contract document (post-contract contract document) that includes the date on which voice authentication was performed and the fact that the contract has been concluded. The post-contract contract document is transmitted to the contractor terminal 2 or the contractor terminal 3, for example, in response to a request from the contractor terminal 2 or the contractor terminal 3. The contractor terminal 2 or the contractor terminal 3 that has acquired the contract document after the conclusion of the contract displays the contract document after the conclusion of the contract on the display unit 24 or the display unit 34. The contract document after the conclusion of the contract may include a URL indicating an audio file of the voice of the name acquired by the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 from the contractor terminal 3.
[0047] FIG. 13 is a flowchart showing an example of a contractor information input process. The contractor terminal control unit 31 of the contractor terminal 3 causes the display unit 34 to display a contractor information input screen (S1). The contractor terminal control unit 31 causes the input unit 35 to accept input of contractor information, including the contractor's name, date of birth, and telephone number (S2). The contractor terminal control unit 31 causes the input unit 35 to accept input of consent to transmitting location information of the contractor terminal 3 to the information processing device 1 (S3). The contractor terminal control unit 31 acquires location information of the contractor terminal 3 from the location information acquisition unit 37 (S4). The contractor terminal control unit 31 causes the photographing unit 36 to photograph an image of the identification document (S5). The contractor terminal control unit 31 causes the display unit 34 to display a voice input screen (S6). The contractor terminal control unit 31 causes the voice input unit 38 to accept voice input of numbers and alphabets by the contractor (S7). The contractor terminal control unit 31 also causes the voice input unit 38 to accept voice input of the contractor's name (S8). The contractor terminal control unit 31 transmits the contractor's name, date of birth, telephone number, terminal identification number of the contractor terminal 3, location information of the contractor terminal 3, an image of the personal identification document, voice files of numbers and letters, and a voice file of the contractor's name to the information processing device 1 (S9), and ends the process.
[0048] FIG. 14 is a flowchart showing an example of a contractor information registration process. The control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 acquires contractor information from the contractor terminal 3 (S11). The control unit 11 reads the contractor's address written on the contractor's identification document from an image of the document using, for example, an OCR (Optical Character Reader) (S12). The control unit 11 determines whether the read address (written address) matches the address based on the location information acquired from the contractor terminal 3 (location information address) (S13). If the written address matches the location information address (S13: YES), the control unit 11 stores the acquired contractor information in the contractor information table 121 (S14) and terminates the process. If the written address does not match the location information address (S13: NO), the control unit 11 transmits information to the contractor terminal 3 requesting re-entry of contractor information (S15) and terminates the process.
[0049] 15 and 16 are flowcharts showing an example of contract processing. The contractor terminal control unit of the contractor terminal 2 displays a contract document creation screen on the display unit 24 (S21). The control unit 11 transmits (outputs) the contract document to the contractor terminal 3 (S27).
[0051] The contractor terminal control unit 31 of the contractor terminal 3 acquires the contract document from the information processing device 1 (S28). The contractor terminal control unit 31 causes the display unit 24 to display the contract document display screen (S29). The contractor terminal control unit 31 receives input of pressing the voice authentication start button (S30). The contractor terminal control unit 31 transmits information indicating that voice authentication has started to the information processing device 1 (S31).
[0052] The control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 receives information indicating that voice authentication has started from the subscriber terminal 3 (S32). The control unit 11 generates a password by randomly selecting four characters from the numbers 0 to 9 and the letters A to Z (S33). The control unit 11 transmits the generated password to the subscriber terminal 3 (S34).
[0053] The contractor terminal control unit 31 of the contractor terminal 3 acquires a password from the information processing device 1 (S35). The contractor terminal control unit 31 causes the display unit 34 to display a voice authentication screen showing the acquired password (S36). The contractor terminal control unit 31 causes the voice input unit 38 to accept voice input of the characters included in the password and the contractor's name (S37). The contractor terminal control unit 31 transmits the terminal identification number and an audio file of the input voice to the information processing device 1 (S38).
[0054] The control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 acquires the terminal identification number and the voice file from the contractor terminal 3 (S39). The control unit 11 determines whether the acquired terminal identification number matches the terminal identification number pre-stored in the terminal identification number field in the contractor information table 121 (S40). The control unit 11 determines whether the voiceprint of each character of the acquired password matches the voiceprint of the contractor pre-stored in the registered voice field for each character in the contractor information table 121 (S41). The control unit 11 stores the success or failure of the contract (established or not established) based on the determination results (match or mismatch) in S40 and S41 in the contract success or failure field of the contract document table 122 (S42). The control unit 11 also updates the file of the contract document stored in the contract document field of the contract document table 122 (S43). Note that if the voiceprints match and the voice authentication is successful in S41, the contract document stored in the contract document field of the contract document table 122 is updated to a contract document stating that the voice authentication was successful and the contract has been concluded. If the voiceprints do not match and the voice authentication is unsuccessful in S41, the contract document stored in the contract document field of the contract document table 122 is not updated in S43. The control unit 11 notifies (transmits) the success or failure of the contract to the agent terminal 2 and the contractor terminal 3 (S44), and terminates the processing. Note that if the contract has been concluded, the control unit 11 notifies the agent terminal 2 and the contractor terminal 3 in S44 by transmitting a contract document stating that the voice authentication was successful and the contract has been concluded. If the contract has not been concluded, the control unit 11 notifies the agent terminal 2 and the contractor terminal 3 in S44 by transmitting information that the voice authentication failed.
[0055] The supplier terminal control unit 21 of the supplier terminal 2 receives a notification of the success or failure of the contract from the information processing device 1 (S45), displays the received notification of the success or failure of the contract on the display unit 24 (S46), and ends the process.
[0056] The contractor terminal control unit 31 of the contractor terminal 3 receives notification of the success or failure of the contract from the information processing device 1 (S47), displays the received notification of the success or failure of the contract on the display unit 34 (S48), and terminates the processing.
[0057] According to the above configuration and processing, the contractor can conclude a contract by inputting voice into the contractor terminal 3. Voice authentication is performed to determine whether the voiceprint of the input voice matches a pre-registered voiceprint, so the contractor's identity can be easily confirmed when concluding a contract.
[0058] (Embodiment 2) After transmitting the contract document to the contractor terminal 3, when the information processing device 1 according to embodiment 2 acquires from the contractor terminal 3 a voice recording of the password and the contractor's name, i.e., when voice authentication has been performed by the contractor, it notifies the guardian terminal held by the guardian of the contractor (protected person) that voice authentication has been performed by the contractor, and acquires from the guardian terminal information (permission information) indicating whether or not to permit the establishment of the contract. When the voice authentication is successful and information permitting the establishment of the contract is acquired from the guardian terminal, the information processing device 1 determines that the contract has been established.
[0059] FIG. 17 is a schematic diagram showing a configuration example of an information processing system S according to a second embodiment. The information processing system S according to the second embodiment includes a guardian terminal 4. The guardian terminal 4 is a terminal owned by the guardian of the contractor who owns the contractor terminal 3. For example, if the contractor is a minor, the contractor's parental authority is the guardian, and the guardian terminal 4 is owned by the guardian. If the contractor is an adult ward, the adult guardian may be the guardian, and if the contractor is a person under curatorship, the curator may be the guardian. The guardian terminal 4 acquires a written contract related to the contract that the contractor is attempting to establish through voice authentication. The guardian inputs into the guardian terminal 4 whether or not to permit the establishment of the contract (permission or denial), and the guardian terminal 4 transmits information (permission information) indicating whether or not to permit the establishment of the contract to the information processing device 1. The information processing device 1 determines whether or not the contract has been established based on the information acquired from the guardian terminal 4.
[0060] 18 is a block diagram showing an example of the configuration of an information processing device 1 according to embodiment 2. The storage unit 12 of the information processing device 1 according to embodiment 2 stores a guardian information table 123. The guardian information table 123 will be described in detail later.
[0061] FIG. 19 is a block diagram showing an example configuration of the parent terminal 4. [0066] The location information acquisition unit 47 is configured by, for example, a GPS module. The location information acquisition unit 47 acquires location information of the parent terminal 4 and outputs it to the parent terminal control unit 41.
[0067] The voice input unit 48 receives voice input from the guardian by collecting voices uttered by the guardian. When the guardian terminal 4 is a smartphone, the image capturing unit 46 is a microphone built into the smartphone.
[0068] 20 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the guardian information table 123. The guardian information table stores information about the guardian that the guardian inputs on the guardian terminal 4. The management items (fields) of the guardian information table 123 include a guardian ID field, a contractor ID field, a name field, a date of birth field, a telephone number field, a terminal identification number field, a location information field, an identification document field, a name voice field, and a plurality of verification voice fields.
[0069] The guardian ID field stores the ID assigned to the guardian. The subscriber ID field stores the subscriber ID of the subscriber who will be the guardian's ward, entered by the guardian on the guardian terminal 4. The name field, date of birth field, and telephone number field store the name, date of birth, and telephone number of the guardian terminal 4 entered by the guardian on the guardian terminal 4. The terminal identification number field stores the terminal identification number of the guardian terminal 4, which the guardian terminal 4 sent to the information processing device 1 along with the guardian information. The location information field stores the address based on the location information of the guardian terminal 4 when the guardian terminal 4 sends information about the guardian to the information processing device 1. The personal identification document field stores, for example, an image of the personal identification document photographed by the guardian terminal 4 in file format. The name audio field stores, for example, a file format of the voice of the guardian uttering their own name, which is input by voice on the guardian terminal 4. The verification voice field stores, for example, a file format of the voice for verification spoken by the guardian. In this embodiment, the plurality of matching phonetic fields include a field for storing the phonetic sounds of the numbers 0 to 9 and a field for storing the phonetic sounds of the letters A to Z.
[0070] 21 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a contract document table 122 according to the second embodiment. The contract document table 122 according to the second embodiment includes a parental permission field. The parental permission field stores permission information input at the parental terminal 4. If the information processing device 1 does not acquire permission information from the parental terminal 4, a null value is stored in the parental permission field. If the voice authentication is successful and "permitted" is stored in the parental permission field, "concluded" is stored in the contract success / failure field according to this embodiment.
[0071] 22 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a guardian information input screen. The guardian terminal control unit 41 of the guardian terminal 4 causes the display unit 44 to display the guardian information input screen. The guardian information input screen includes a contractor ID input field, a name input field, a date of birth input field, a telephone number input field, a location information consent field, and an identification document input field. The contractor ID of the contractor who will be the guardian's ward is input into the contractor ID input field. The name input field, date of birth input field, and telephone number input field are input with the guardian's name, guardian's date of birth, and the telephone number of the guardian terminal 4.
[0072] The location information consent field displays a checkbox for inputting consent to transmitting the location information of the parent / guardian terminal 4 to the information processing device 1. When the checkbox is checked, the parent / guardian terminal control unit 41 is able to transmit the location information of the parent / guardian terminal 4 to the information processing device 1, assuming that consent has been given.
[0073] A photographed image of an identification document such as a driver's license is input into the identification document image input field.
[0074] 23 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of a voice input screen on the parent terminal 4. When the voice input button is pressed on the parent information input screen, the parent terminal control unit 41 of the parent terminal 4 causes the display unit 44 to display the voice input screen. The voice input screen displays a message prompting the parent to input voice, as well as numbers 0 to 9 and letters A to Z. When the voice input screen is displayed, the parent terminal control unit 41 causes the voice input unit 48 of the parent terminal 4 to start collecting voice.
[0075] The guardian speaks the numbers from 0 to 9 in order and inputs the voice into the voice input unit 48. The guardian terminal control unit 41 recognizes the voice of each number spoken by the guardian from the voice input into the voice input unit 48, for example, by pattern matching, and enters a check mark in the box representing the recognized number. After all numbers have been recognized from the guardian's voice and a check mark has been entered in all the boxes representing numbers, the guardian speaks the numbers from A to Z in order and inputs the voice into the voice input unit 48. The guardian terminal control unit 41 recognizes the voice of each alphabet spoken by the guardian from the voice input into the voice input unit 48 and enters a check mark in the box representing the recognized alphabet. In addition, the voice input screen displays a message prompting the guardian to enter their name by voice. The guardian speaks their name and inputs the voice into the voice input unit 48. When a check mark has been entered in all the boxes representing the alphabet and the guardian's name has been entered by voice, a function button (send button) that transmits information about the guardian and the guardian's voice to the information processing device 1 becomes pressable.
[0076] 24 is an explanatory diagram showing the contract document confirmation screen on the guardian terminal 4. When the information processing device 1 acquires an audio file for voice authentication from the contractor terminal 3, it transmits the contract document to the guardian terminal 4 of the contractor's guardian. The guardian terminal control unit 41 of the guardian terminal 4 that acquired the contract document displays the acquired contract document on the display unit 44. The contract document and a function button for starting voice authentication (voice authentication start button) are displayed on the contract document confirmation screen. When the voice authentication start button is pressed, the contractor terminal control unit 31 transmits a message to the information processing device 1 that voice authentication has started.
[0077] 25 is an explanatory diagram showing the voice authentication screen on the parent terminal 4. Upon receiving from the parent terminal 4 a notification that voice authentication has started, the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 randomly selects four characters from the numbers 0 to 9 and the letters A to Z to generate a password. The password may be three characters or less, or five characters or more. The control unit 11 transmits the generated password to the parent terminal 4. The parent terminal control unit 41 of the parent terminal 4 causes the display unit 44 to display the password received from the information processing device 1.
[0078] The voice authentication screen displays a message urging the parent or guardian to pronounce the displayed password. The parent or guardian pronounces the characters of the password displayed on the voice authentication screen, for example, in order from the characters displayed on the left, and inputs the voice into the voice input unit 48. The parent terminal control unit 41 recognizes the voice of each character spoken by the parent or guardian from the voice input into the voice input unit 48, for example, by pattern matching, and inputs a check mark next to the recognized character.
[0079] The voice authentication screen also displays a prompt to input the guardian's name by voice. After completing the voice input of all characters of the password, the guardian speaks his or her name and inputs the voice into the voice input unit 48. When the voice input of all characters of the password and the guardian's name is completed, a function button (deny button) for transmitting a notice of denial of the contract to the information processing device 1, or a function button (allow button) for transmitting a notice of approval of the contract to the information processing device 1, becomes pressable. When the deny button is pressed, the guardian terminal control unit 41 of the guardian terminal 4 transmits a notice of denial of the contract to the information processing device 1, along with an audio file of each character of the voice-input password and an audio file of the voice-input name of the contractor. When the allow button is pressed, the guardian terminal control unit 41 of the guardian terminal 4 transmits a notice of denial of the contract to the information processing device 1, along with an audio file of each character of the voice-input password and an audio file of the voice-input name of the contractor.
[0080] When the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 acquires each voice file from the parent / guardian terminal 4, it determines whether the voiceprint of the voice of each character of the acquired password matches the voiceprint of the voice of the parent pre-stored in the parent / guardian information table 123 in the matching voice field for each character. The control unit 11 also determines whether the voiceprint of the voice of the acquired name matches the voiceprint of the voice pre-stored in the parent / guardian name voice field in the parent / guardian information table 123. For example, the control unit 11 calculates the similarity of the spectrogram between the voice stored in the parent / guardian information table 123 and the voice acquired from the parent / guardian terminal 4 by PLDA, and determines that the voiceprints match if the calculated similarity is equal to or greater than a predetermined value.
[0081] If the voiceprints match, the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 stores "not permitted" or "permitted" in the parental permission field of the contract document table 122. If the not permitted button is pressed on the parent terminal 4 and the control unit 11 receives from the parent terminal 4 information that the parent does not permit the establishment of the contract, the control unit 11 stores "not permitted" in the parental permission field of the contract document table 122. If the permit button is pressed on the parent terminal 4 and the control unit 11 receives from the parent terminal 4 information that the parent permits the establishment of the contract, the control unit 11 stores "permitted" in the parental permission field of the contract document table 122.
[0082] FIG. 26 is an explanatory diagram showing a contract document after a contract is concluded according to the second embodiment. When “Allowed” is stored in the parental permission field of the contract document table 122, the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 determines that the contract related to the contract document transmitted to the parent terminal 4 has been concluded. If the contract is concluded, the contract document includes the date on which the information processing device 1 acquired the audio file from the contractor terminal 3 (the date on which the contractor's voice authentication was performed), the date on which the information processing device 1 acquired the audio file from the parent terminal 4 (the date on which the parent's voice authentication was performed), and a statement that the contract has been concluded. The information processing device 1 updates the contract document file stored in the contract document field of the contract document table to a contract document file (post-contract contract document) that includes the date on which the contractor's voice authentication was performed, the date on which the parent's voice authentication was performed, and a statement that the contract has been concluded. The post-contract contract document is transmitted to the contractor terminal 2, contractor terminal 3, or parent terminal 4, for example, in response to a request from the contractor terminal 2, contractor terminal 3, or parent terminal 4. The provider terminal 2, the contractor terminal 3, or the guardian terminal 4 that has acquired the contract document after the contract has been concluded displays the contract document after the contract has been concluded on the display unit 24, the display unit 34, or the display unit 44.
[0083] FIG. 27 is a flowchart showing an example of the guardian information input process. The guardian terminal control unit 41 of the guardian terminal 4 causes the display unit 44 to display a guardian information input screen (S51). The guardian terminal control unit 41 causes the input unit 45 to accept input of information about the guardian, including the subscriber ID of the subscriber who will be the guardian's ward, the guardian's name, date of birth, and telephone number (S52). The parent terminal control unit 41 also causes the voice input unit 48 to accept voice input of the parent's name (S58). The parent terminal control unit 41 then transmits the parent's name, date of birth, telephone number, location information of the parent terminal 4, an image of the identification document, audio files of numbers and letters, and an audio file of the parent's name to the information processing device 1 (S59), and the process ends.
[0084] FIG. 28 is a flowchart showing an example of a guardian information registration process. The control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 acquires guardian information from the guardian terminal 4 (S61). The control unit 11 reads the guardian's address written on the identification document from an image of the identification document, for example, using an OCR (Optical Character Reader) (S62). The control unit 11 determines whether the read address (written address) matches the address based on the location information acquired from the guardian terminal 4 (location information address) (S63). If the written address matches the location information address (YES in S63), the control unit 11 stores the acquired guardian information in the guardian information table 123 (S64) and terminates the process. If the written address does not match the location information address (NO in S63), the control unit 11 transmits information to the guardian terminal 4 requesting re-entry of the guardian information (S65) and terminates the process.
[0085] 29 and 30 are flowcharts showing an example of contract processing according to embodiment 2. Note that Fig. 29 describes the processing of the information processing device 1, the contractor terminal 3, and the guardian terminal 4 after the information processing device 1 acquires the contract document from the provider terminal 2 and stores the acquired contract document file in the contract document table 122. The parent terminal control unit 41 transmits the terminal identification number, the permission information, and an audio file of the input voice to the information processing device 1 (S98).
[0093] The control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 acquires the terminal identification number, permission information, and audio file from the parent terminal 4 (S99). The control unit 11 determines whether the acquired terminal identification number matches the terminal identification number pre-stored in the terminal identification number field of the parent information table 123 (S100). The control unit 11 determines whether the voiceprint of each character of the acquired password matches the voiceprint of the contractor pre-stored in the matching voice field of each character of the contractor information table 123 (S101). If the voiceprints match, the control unit 11 stores the parent's permission or denial of the contract (permission information) in the parent permission field of the contract document table 122 (S102). If the "permission" button on the parent terminal 4 is pressed, "permission" is stored in the parent permission field of the contract document table 122 in S98. If the "denial" button on the parent terminal 4 is pressed, "denial" is stored in the parent permission field of the contract document table 122 in S98. If the voiceprints do not match, the control unit 11 transmits information indicating that the voice authentication failed to, for example, the provider terminal 2, the contractor terminal 3, and the guardian terminal 4. The control unit 11 stores the success or failure of the contract in the contract success / failure field of the contract document table 122 (S103). If "Permitted" is stored in the guardian permission field of the contract document table 122, "Concluded" is stored in the contract success / failure field in S99. If "Not Permitted" is stored in the guardian permission field, "Not Concluded" is stored in the contract success / failure field. The control unit 11 also updates the contract document file stored in the contract document field of the contract document table 122 (S104). The control unit 11 notifies the contractor terminal 3 and the guardian terminal 4 of the success or failure of the contract (S105), and terminates the process. If the contract has been concluded, the control unit 11 notifies the contractor terminal 3 and the guardian terminal 4 in S105 by transmitting a contract document indicating that the voice authentication was successful and that the contract has been concluded. If the contract is not concluded, the control unit 11 notifies the contractor terminal 3 and the guardian terminal 4 by transmitting information to that effect in S105.
[0094] The contractor terminal control unit 31 of the contractor terminal 3 receives notification of the success or failure of the contract from the information processing device 1 (S106), displays the received notification of the success or failure of the contract on the display unit 34 (S107), and terminates the processing.

The control unit 11 transmits the contractor information to the dealer terminal 2 (S136).
[0120] The contractor terminal control unit 21 of the contractor terminal 2 acquires contractor information from the information processing device 1 (S137). The contractor terminal control unit 21 creates a contract document by entering the acquired contractor information (S138). The contractor terminal control unit 21 also enters the total payment amount, number of payments, and monthly payment amount specified based on the vehicle ID and payment plan included in the contractor information into the contract document (S139). The contractor terminal control unit 21 transmits the created contract document to the information processing device 1 (S140).
[0121] The processes of S141 to S165 are the same as the processes of S24 to S48. The control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 may determine that the contract is not concluded if the contractor has not entered into the contractor terminal 3 an agreement to the notes, including the insurance subscription or the vehicle return special clause. In other words, the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 may determine whether the contract is concluded or not based on information regarding the existence or non-existence of agreement to the vehicle return special clause or the notes.
[0122] 44 is an explanatory diagram showing an example of the payment information table 128. The payment information table 128 records monthly payments based on payment plans for vehicles purchased by contractors. The management items (fields) of the payment information table 128 include, for example, a contractor ID field, a vehicle ID field, a payment plan field, a monthly payment field, and a payment due date field.
[0123] The contractor ID field stores the contractor ID of the contractor who has signed a contract to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle ID field stores the vehicle ID of the vehicle purchased by the contractor. The payment plan field stores the payment plan entered by the contractor on the contractor terminal 3. The monthly payment field stores the monthly amount that the contractor plans to pay based on the vehicle ID and payment plan. The memory unit 12 of the information processing device 1 stores, for example, a table in which monthly payment amounts for vehicle IDs and payment plans are recorded, and the control unit 11 refers to the table and stores the monthly payment amount in the monthly payment field of the payment information table 128. The payment due date field stores the monthly payment date on which the contractor pays the monthly payment amount.
[0124] FIG. 45 is a flowchart showing an example of payment management processing. The control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 determines whether it is a predetermined time (S171). If it is a predetermined time (e.g., 5:00 PM) (S171: YES), the control unit 11 proceeds to S172. If it is not the predetermined time (S171: NO), the control unit 11 repeats S171 and waits until the predetermined time arrives. The control unit 11 determines whether the subscriber has made a monthly payment (payment based on the payment plan) by the predetermined time on the processing day (S172). The control unit 11 determines whether a payment has been made based on information transmitted (output) from, for example, an account collection system or a credit card collection system. If a payment has been made (S172: YES), the control unit 11 returns to S171 and repeats the same processing for the next payment month. In this case, the determination in S21 determines whether it is the predetermined time on the next day.
[0125] If payment has not been made (S172: NO), the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 determines whether the current day of the transaction is after the payment due date based on the payment information table 128 (S173). If the current day of the transaction is before the payment due date (S173: NO), the control unit 11 returns the process to S171 and repeats the same process. In this case, the determination in S171 determines whether it is a predetermined time on the next day. If the current day of the transaction is after the payment due date (S173: YES), a vehicle return request notice is sent to the vehicle return guarantor terminal 5 and the joint vehicle return guarantor terminal 6 (S174) to inform them that the contractor has not made payment and that the contractor needs to return the vehicle they purchased to the dealer, and the process ends.
[0126] According to the above configuration and processing, a contractor purchasing a vehicle can conclude a contract by inputting voice information into the contractor terminal 3. The information processing device 1 can also acquire and store information regarding consent to the terms of the vehicle purchase contract. The contractor terminal 3 may also accept contractor information input by voice input from the contractor, including the contractor's occupation, annual income, whether or not the contractor consents to insurance, whether or not the contractor consents to a special vehicle return clause, information regarding the vehicle return guarantor, information regarding the joint vehicle return guarantor, and information regarding the selection of a payment plan for the vehicle purchase price. Furthermore, when the contractor terminal 3 inputs the vehicle return guarantor information or the joint vehicle return guarantor information and transmits the input vehicle return guarantor information or the joint vehicle return guarantor information to the information processing device 1, the information processing device 1 may notify the vehicle return guarantor terminal 5 or the joint vehicle return guarantor terminal 6 that the vehicle return guarantor information or the joint vehicle return guarantor information has been input. At this time, the vehicle return guarantor terminal 5 or the joint vehicle return guarantor terminal 6 may accept input of information regarding permission for the establishment of the contract from the vehicle return guarantor or the joint vehicle return guarantor, and transmit the input information regarding permission for the establishment to the information processing device 1. The information processing device 1 determines whether the contract has been concluded based on the information regarding permission for the establishment of the contract obtained from the vehicle return guarantor terminal 5 or the joint vehicle return guarantor terminal 6. The information processing device 1 may also perform voice authentication of the vehicle return guarantor or the joint vehicle return guarantor based on the voice input to the vehicle return guarantor terminal 5 or the joint vehicle return guarantor terminal 6, and determine whether the contract has been concluded based on the success or failure of the voice authentication of the vehicle return guarantor or the joint vehicle return guarantor.
[0127] (Modification) In each of the above-described embodiments, the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 may transmit, to the contractor terminal 3, information requesting an update of the voice file stored in the contractor information table 121. Furthermore, if the voice file stored in the contractor information table 121 has not been updated for a predetermined period (e.g., one year) or more, the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 may determine that the contract has not been established even if it acquires an authentication voice file from the contractor terminal 3.
[0128] In each of the above-described embodiments, the control unit 11 of the information processing device 1 may determine that the contract has not been concluded if an authentication voice file is acquired after a predetermined time has elapsed since the generated password was transmitted to the contractor terminal 3. In other words, the password may function as a one-time password. In this case, the control unit 11 may generate a new password and transmit the new password to the contractor terminal 3.
[0129] In the above-described embodiments, the contractor terminal 3 accepts input of contractor information and authentication voice, but this is not limiting. For example, a customer terminal such as a personal computer installed in a store owned by the dealer may accept input of contractor information and authentication voice. The customer terminal may be installed, for example, in a booth-type private room in the store.
[0130] In each of the above-described embodiments, the contract document may include a two-dimensional code indicating an audio file of the contractor's name. In this case, the contractor terminal 2, contractor terminal 3, guardian terminal 4, vehicle return guarantor terminal 5, or joint vehicle return guarantor terminal 6 may be able to read the two-dimensional code included in the contract document to obtain an audio file of the contractor's name and play back the audio of the contractor's name.
[0131] The registration voice input at the subscriber terminal 3 may be frequency-converted using a voice filter designated from among a plurality of voice filters, and stored in the subscriber information table 121. The subscriber terminal 3 accepts, for example, on a voice input screen, input of the designation of the voice filter to be used, for example, by selecting a voice filter number. The information processing device 1 frequency-converts the input voice using a designated filter from among a plurality of stored filters, and stores the frequency-converted voice in the subscriber information table 121. The subscriber inputs the number of the voice filter selected (designated) in advance on a voice authentication screen displayed by the subscriber terminal 3. The subscriber terminal 3 transmits the input voice filter number together with the authentication voice file to the information processing device 1. The information processing device 1 may convert the acquired authentication voice using the voice filter whose number was input at the subscriber terminal 3, and determine whether the converted authentication voice matches the registration voice stored in the subscriber information table 121. Note that multiple voice filters may be used for frequency conversion.
[0132] The authentication voice that the contractor terminal 3 accepts as input when performing voice authentication is not limited to the voice of the password or contractor's name randomly determined by the information processing device 1. The contractor terminal 3 may accept input of a registered voice of any predetermined phrase, and the information processing device 1 may store the registered voice of the arbitrary phrase. The contractor inputs a predetermined phrase by voice on a voice authentication screen displayed on the contractor terminal. The contractor terminal 3 transmits the authentication voice of the input phrase to the information processing device 1. The information processing device 1 may determine whether the authentication voice of the input phrase matches the registered voice of the predetermined phrase.
[0133] The embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative in all respects and should not be considered limiting. The technical features described in each embodiment may be combined with one another, and the scope of the present invention is intended to include all modifications within the scope of the claims and equivalents thereto. Furthermore, independent and dependent claims described in the claims may be combined with one another in any and all combinations, regardless of the reference format. Furthermore, while the claims use a format in which a claim references two or more other claims (multiple claim format), this is not limiting. Multiple claims (multiple multiple claims) that reference at least one other claim may also be used.
