Abstract

The invention refers to clothing, in particular to underwear for men, for example, different types of underpants, underpants of different lengths, etc., the design and cut of which take into account the physiological characteristics of men that are fundamental for health, and which can be used for everyday wear, for therapeutic and preventive purposes, as well as for sports and outdoor activities. Regulated anatomical underwear for men contains several seam-joined parts of textile material, including at least a base, an elastic waistbend and a voluminous anatomical pocket, seam-joined to the base, which is seam-joined from the inside to two mirror symmetrical cut blanks, which form a fly-piece for access to the inner volume of the anatomical pocket. Wherein on the inner side of the anatomical pocket inside the fly-piece along the contour there is a drawstring, along the length of which a flexible element is worn, the section of which extends through the hole in the anatomical pocket to its outer part. Due to the use of the anatomical underwear for men described above, it is possible to place the genitals separately from the body in order to eliminate discomfort while wearing underwear, and at the same time provide additional fixation of the genitals located in the inner volume of the anatomical pocket.

[0001] REGULATED ANATOMICAL UNDERWEAR FOR MEN

[0002] The invention refers to clothing, in particular to underwear for men, for example, different types of underpants, underpants of different lengths, etc., the design and cut of which take into account the physiological characteristics of men that are fundamental for health, and which can be used for everyday wear, for therapeutic and preventive purposes, as well as for sports and outdoor activities.

[0003] Known anatomical underwear for men allows to place the genitals separately from the body and due to such isolation to eliminate discomfort while wearing underwear, to balance the temperature regime of the genitals, to improve their natural ventilation, etc.

[0004] Thus, the known anatomical underwear for men described in UA 145214 U, publication date 25.11.2020, contains several seam -joined parts of textile material, including a base, an elastic waistband and a volumetric anatomical pocket seam- connected to the base, which is seam-connected on the inner side with two mirror symmetrical cut blanks, which form a fly-piece for access to the internal volume of the anatomical pocket. The disadvantage of the underwear described above is the lack of means of additional fixation of the genitals located in the inner volume of the anatomical pocket in a static state, which is important during active movement, for example, sport activities, etc.

[0005] The prototype is the anatomical underwear for men described in RU 182 512 Ul, publication date 21.08.2018, which contains several seam -joined parts of textile material, including a base, an elastic waistband and a volumetric anatomical pocket seam-joined to the base, which on the inner side is seam-joined to two mirror symmetrical cut blanks that form a fly-piece for access to the inner volume of the anatomical pocket. The anatomical pocket is formed by a central sector and symmetrical lateral sectors. Each of the symmetrical side sectors on one side is connected to the central sector and on the other side is connected to the base and to the cut blanks that form the fly-piece. When wearing anatomical underwear according to the prototype, the genitals are separated from the body by cut blanks. However, the disadvantage of the prototype underwear is the lack of means for adjusting the internal volume of the anatomical pocket and means of additional fixation of the genitals, which are located in the internal volume of the anatomical pocket, in a static state, which reduces the comfort of wearing underwear, especially when used during active movement.

[0006] The invention is based on the task of creating anatomical underwear for men, the design of which allows the location of the genitals separately from the body in order to eliminate discomfort while wearing underwear, and at the same time provides additional fixation of the genitals located in the inner volume of the anatomical pocket.

[0007] The task is solved by the fact that in an anatomical underwear for men with a regulator, which contains several seam-joined parts of textile material, including at least a base, an elastic waistbend and a volumetric anatomical pocket seam- joined to the base, which is seam-joined on the inner side to two mirror symmetrical cut blanks, which form a sleeve for access to the inner volume of the anatomical pocket, in accordance with the invention, from the inner side of the anatomical pocket inside the fly-piece the contour there is a drawstring, along the length of which a flexible element is worn, the section of which through the hole in the anatomical pocket extends to its outer side.

[0008] The technical result is the location of the genitals separately from the body to eliminate discomfort while wearing underwear, and adjusting the size of the internal volume of the anatomical pocket with the genitals inside with their fixation in a static state due to the flexible element worn in the drawstring located on the inside of the anatomical pocket inside the fly -piece along the contour. When, while wearing underwear, the genitals are positioned inside the inner volume of the anatomical pocket, by pulling out the area of the flexible element extending through the hole in the anatomical pocket to its outer side, tighten the tissue around the genitals and thus adjusting the volume of the anatomical pocket depending on the needs and fix the genitals inside it. This increases comfort while wearing underwear, and also allows to maintain the genitals inside the anatomical pocket in a static state, which is important during active movement.

[0009] According to one of the preferred embodiments of the anatomical underwear, the flexible element is made in the form of a round textile elastic cord, which increases the reliability of the location of the flexible element inside the drawstring and its extension to adjust the volume of the anatomical pocket.

[0010] According to another preferred embodiment of the anatomical underwear, the anatomical underwear for men comprises a spring retainer with holes in which a portion of a round textile elastic cord extending to the outside of the anatomical pocket is located, thereby providing a convenient and reliable fixation of the cord after it is tightened to adjust the volume of the anatomical pocket.

[0011] According to yet another preferred embodiment of the anatomical underwear, the anatomical underwear for men comprises a strap attached to the outside of the anatomical pocket at the bottom thereof. When the strap is pulled out to the side, when the flexible element is unfixed from the spring retainer, the flexible element is pulled back into the drawstring and thus the volume of the anatomical pocket is returned to its original state, when genital fixation is no longer required.

[0012] According to another preferred embodiment of the anatomical underwear, anatomical underwear for men further comprises a gusset that is seam-joined to the anatomical pocket and base, thereby contributing to additional protection of the genitals and increasing the comfort of wearing underwear. According to another preferred embodiment of the anatomical underwear, the base is made of a single one-piece cut blank, which further increases the comfort of wearing underwear due to the absence of middle and side seams, which can create discomfort during wearing.

[0024] Anatomical underwear for men is made in the form of underpants (Fig. 1) and comprises several seam-joined parts of textile material comprising a base (1), an elastic waistband (2), a volumetric anatomical pocket (3), and a gusset (4). The anatomical pocket (3) is seam-joined to the base (1) and to the gusset (4). The anatomical pocket (3) is a recessed fly-piece with internal partitions, which allows the genitals of a man to be located naturally in a separate pocket and not to touch the body while wearing such underwear. The base (1) is made of a single-piece cut blank and from the inside (Fig. 2) is seam-joined to two mirror symmetrical cut blanks (5), in the form of curtains that form a fly -piece (6) for access to the inner volume of the anatomical pocket (3). On the inside of the anatomical pocket (3) inside the fly-piece along the contour there is a drawstring in the form of a circular trough formed on the inside of the anatomical pocket (3) by sewing a strip of tissue, etc. A flexible element (7) is worn along the length of the drawstring, for example, a round textile elastic cord. A section of a round textile cord rubber band through the hole in the upper part of the anatomical pocket (3) extends to its outer side. The anatomical underwear also contains a spring retainer (8) with holes in which the specified section of the round textile elastic cord is located. A cord retainer with two holes can be used, as a spring retainer (8), which is a special sewing accessory, mainly plastic, in each of the holes of which the specified section of the round textile cord is advanced. Such a retainer contains a spring- loaded button, when pressed, the elastic cord is fixed in the holes, and when pressed again, it moves freely in the holes and the retainer can be moved along the elastic cord to adjust the volume of the anatomical pocket (3). There may be used any other type of retainer that can fix the flexible elements of the cord type. The anatomical underwear also contains a strap (9) attached to the outer side of the anatomical pocket (3) in its lower part.

[0025] A cotton single jersey can be used as a textile material for the base (1), anatomical pocket (3), gusset (4) and cut blanks (5). The elastic waistband (2) can be made of elastic braid.

[0026] When wearing the above-described underwear, by pulling out a portion of the flexible element (7) that extends to the outside of the anatomical pocket (3), the textile material of the anatomical pocket (3) is pulled together and its desired internal volume is selected. Then, a section of the flexible element (7) is fixed at the desired length using a spring retainer (8) worn on this section. If the anatomical pocket (3) needs to be returned to its original state, the spring retainer (8) is unfixed and the strap (9) is pulled, straightening the textile of the anatomical pocket (3).

[0027] Thus, due to the use of the anatomical underwear for men described above, it is possible to place the genitals separately from the body in order to eliminate discomfort while wearing underwear, and at the same time provide additional fixation of the genitals located in the inner volume of the anatomical pocket.

Claims

Claims1. Regulated anatomical underwear for men, which contains several seam- joined parts of textile material, including at least a base, an elastic waistbend and a volumetric anatomical pocket, seam-joined connected to the base, which from the inner side is seam-joined to two mirror symmetrical cut blanks, which form a fly-piece for access to the inner volume of the anatomical pocket, characterized in that from the inner side of the anatomical pocket inside the fly-piece along the contour there is a drawstring, along the length of which a flexible element is worn, and the section thereof extends to its outer part through the hole in the anatomical pocket.

2. Anatomical underwear for men according to claim 1, characterized in that the flexible element is made in the form of a round textile elastic cord.

3. The anatomical underwear for men according to claim 2, characterized in that the anatomical underwear comprises a spring retainer with openings in which located a portion of a circular textile cord rubber band extending to the outside of the anatomical pocket.

4. The anatomical underwear for men according to claim 1, characterized in that the anatomical underwear for men comprises a strap attached to the exterior of the anatomical pocket at the bottom thereof.

5. The anatomical underwear for men according to claim 1, characterized in that the anatomical underwear for men further comprises a gusset seam- joined to the anatomical pocket and base.

6. The anatomical underwear for men according to claim 1, characterized in that the base is made of one whole cut blank.
