[0002] Servo motors are used as a power source for electrical appliances or various machines, and are mainly used to convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. A servo motor mainly includes a stator and a rotor. The stator is provided with a stator coil, the rotor is provided with a magnetic steel, and rotation of the rotor is achieved by cooperation of the magnetic steel and the stator coil. The stator includes a stator core and an insulative frame. The insulative frame is sheathed outside stator teeth of the stator core, the stator coil is wound around the insulative frame, and the stator coil is insulated from the stator teeth by the insulative frame. Conventional insulative frames are mostly in a one-piece structure. For manufacture of servo motors of the same series within different power sections, dedicated dies need to be designed for the insulative frames of the different power sections. As such, the manufactured insulative frames are poor in computability, such that the manufacture and repair costs of the servo motors are higher.SUMMARY

[0003] An object of the present disclosure is to provide an insulative frame for a stator assembly. The insulative frame may be spliced into different lengths, such that manufacture and repair costs of servo motors within different power sections are reduced.

[0004] Another object of the present disclosure is to provide a stator assembly including the insulative frame. The insulative frame may be spliced into different lengths, such that manufacture and repair costs of servo motors within different power sections are saved.

[0005] Still another object of the present disclosure is to provide a servo motor including the stator assembly. The insulative frame may be spliced into different lengths, such that manufacture and repair costs of servo motors within different power sections are saved.

[0006] The present disclosure provides an insulative frame for a stator assembly. The insulative frame includes a first splicer and a second splicer. The first splicer includes a first end plate and two first side plates. The first end plate is perpendicular to a lengthwise direction. Each of the first side plates is perpendicularly connected to the first end plate, and the two first side plates are parallelly connected to two ends, along a widthwise direction, of the first end plate. The second splicer includes a second end plate and two second side plates. Each of the second side plates is perpendicularly connected to the second end plate, the two second side plates are parallelly connected to two ends of the second end plate, the two second side plates are fittingly secured to outer sides, along the widthwise direction, of the two first side plates, the second end plate is parallel to the first end plate such that the first end plate, the two first side plates, the second end plate, and the two second side plates are spliced to form an annular winding portion, and the two second side plates are securable to the two first side plates via a plurality of securing positions along the lengthwise direction.

[0054] FIG. 4 is a schematic structural view of an insulative frame according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. Referring to FIG. 4, parts of the insulative frame the same as or similar to those of the insulative frame in FIG. 1 are not described herein any further. The differences lie in that: a plurality of first ribs 14 arranged along the depthwise direction D and extended along the lengthwise direction L are formed on an outer side surface, along the widthwise direction W, of each of the two first side plates 13, wherein a first winding groove 15 is formed between adjacent two of the first ribs 14; and a plurality of second ribs 24 arranged along the depthwise direction D and extended along the lengthwise direction L are formed on an outer side surface, along the widthwise direction W, of each of the two second side plates 23, wherein a second winding groove 25 is formed between adjacent two of the second ribs 24, and the second winding groove 25 is opposite to the first winding groove 15 in the lengthwise direction L. When the coils of the stator are wound, the first winding groove 15 and the second winding groove 25 are capable of positioning the wires, and hence improve product quality. A wire crossing groove 221 running through the second baffles 22 is formed at a position of the second baffles 22 close to the second end plate 21. In other exemplary embodiments, a wire crossing groove running through the first baffles 12 may be formed at a position of the first baffles 12 close to the first end plate 11, depending on design requirements.

[0055] In an exemplary embodiment, referring to FIG. 4, a slide groove 17 extended along the lengthwise direction L is formed in an outer side surface of the first side plate 13, and a slider corresponding to the slide groove 17 is formed on an inner side surface of the second side plate  23, and the slide block can slide in the slide groove 17, such that the second side plate 23 is slidable along the lengthwise direction L with respect to the first side plate 13. When the second side plate 23 is secured to the first side plate 13, the slider and the slide groove 17 are capable of supplying auxiliary positioning for ease of operation.

[0056] FIG. 5 is a schematic cross-sectional view of an insulative frame according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 6 is a partial enlarged view of position VI in FIG. 5. With reference to FIG. 5 and FIG. 6, parts of the insulative frame the same as or similar to those of the insulative frame in FIG. 1 are not described herein any further. The differences lie in that: the two second side plates 23 are respectively adhered to the two first side plates 13 not by means of hot melt or adhesive; a plurality of securing bumps 16 arranged along the depthwise direction D are formed on the outer side surface, along the widthwise direction W, of each of the first side plates 13; and a plurality of groups of securing grooves 26 arranged along the lengthwise direction L are formed in the inner side surface of each of the second side plates 23 along the width direction W. Each of the securing bumps 16 is insertable into any one of a group of securing grooves 26, such that the two second side plates 23 are fittingly secured to the outer sides of the two first side plates 13 along the widthwise direction W. Compared with securing by adhesion, the above structure is conducive to assembling the two side plates 23 with the two first side plates, and adjusting the securing positions of the second side plates on the first side plates 13. However, unlimitedly, in other exemplary embodiments, a plurality of sets of securing grooves 26 arranged along the lengthwise direction L may also be formed in the outer side surface, along the widthwise direction W, of each of the first side plates 13, and a plurality of securing bumps 16 are formed on the inner side surface, along the widthwise direction W, of each of the second side plates 23.

[0057] In an exemplary embodiment, referring to FIG. 6, a bevel 161 is formed on each of two ends, along the lengthwise direction L, of each of the securing bumps 16, and the securing bump 16 is capable of sliding out of the securing groove 26 by virtue of the bevel 161 in response to a force received by the first splicer 10 for driving the first splicer to move along the lengthwise direction L with respect to the second splicer 20 exceeding a predetermined value. In this way, it is possible to avoid cracking of the insulative frame after winding due to stress concentration.

[0058] The present disclosure further provides a stator assembly and a servo motor. The stator assembly includes a stator core, a plurality of the insulative frames as described above, and a plurality of stator coils. The winding portion of the insulative frame is embedded into the stator core. Each of the stator coils is wound on the winding portion. The servo motor includes the stator assembly as described above.

[0059] It should be understood that, although this specification is described based on the embodiments, not each of the embodiments discloses an independent technical solution. Such description manner of the specification is only for clarity. A person skilled in the art should consider the specification as an entirety. The technical solutions according to the embodiments may also be suitably combined to derive other embodiments that may be understood by a person skilled in the art.

[0060] A series of detailed descriptions given in this specification are merely intended to illustrate feasible embodiments of the present disclosure, instead of limiting the protection scope of the present disclosure. Any equivalent embodiments or modifications, for example, combinations, segmentations, or repetition of features, derived without departing from the spirit of the present disclosure shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
