Description

pajamas

[0001] The present invention relates to pajamas, particularly pajamas that can care for the wearer's muscles and body while they sleep. This application claims priority to Japanese Patent Application No. 2023-223657, filed on December 28, 2023, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.

[0002] In recent years, athletic clothing for improving athletic performance when playing sports and the like has become known. There is a strong demand for athletic clothing. Taking golf as an example, there are many golfers who want to increase their head speed and distance without having to do daily muscle training or stretching (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

[0003] The applicant of the present application also disclosed in Patent Document 2 clothing (shirts, pants, etc.) that improves athletic performance based on an approach (idea) that is fundamentally different from conventional approaches.

[0004] Japanese Patent No. 4061336 Japanese Patent No. 6409143

[0005] The clothing (shirts, pants, etc.) disclosed by the applicant in Patent Document 2 were clothing (shirts, pants, etc.) that could significantly improve athletic performance. However, the applicant noticed that the appearance of clothing when sleeping (for example, when lying on one's back) was different from when standing, which led to the idea of pajamas that have a positive effect on the body when sleeping (for example, when lying on one's back), which led to the present invention.

[0006] The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its main object is to provide pajamas that can care for the wearer's muscles and body while sleeping.

[0007] The pajamas of the present invention are designed to cover the wearer's upper and lower body, and include an upper body main body portion worn over the upper body and a lower body main body portion worn over the lower body. The lower body main body portion is formed with a first lower body pattern portion positioned along the tensor fasciae latae muscle and a second lower body pattern portion positioned along at least one of the semitendinosus and semimembranosus muscles. An S-shaped upper body pattern portion is formed on the back of the upper body main body portion. The upper body pattern portion is composed of a first back pattern extending from the upper right to the lower left, a second back pattern starting from the bottom end of the first back pattern and extending from the upper left to the lower right, and a third back pattern starting from the bottom end of the second back pattern and extending from the upper right to the lower left.

[0008] In a preferred embodiment, a third angle at which the third back pattern extends from the upper right to the lower left is 45° (±5°) with respect to the horizontal line. The total length of the second back pattern is longer than the total length of the first back pattern. The total length of the third back pattern is longer than the total length of the second back pattern. The first angle at which the first back pattern extends from the upper right to the lower left with respect to the horizontal line is smaller than the third angle. The second angle at which the second back pattern extends from the upper right to the lower left with respect to the horizontal line is smaller than the third angle.

[0009] In a preferred embodiment, the upper body pattern portion extends so as to straddle the erector spinae muscles.

[0010] In a preferred embodiment, the first lower body pattern portion, the second lower body pattern portion, and the upper body pattern portion contain powder of at least one mineral selected from the group consisting of radium ore, germanium, quartz, terahertz ore, and tourmaline, or powder of a blend of two or more minerals.

[0011] In a preferred embodiment, the first lower body pattern portion, the second lower body pattern portion, and the upper body pattern portion are each made of a tape material.

[0012] In a preferred embodiment, the upper body pattern portion is made of a single piece of tape material, and the single piece of tape material is folded over at the bent portion of the S-shaped structure.

[0013] In a preferred embodiment, the first lower body pattern portion, the second lower body pattern portion, and the upper body pattern portion are each formed from an ink print pattern formed by printing with ink.

[0014] In a preferred embodiment, the first lower body pattern portion and the front portion each have a width of 30 mm or less, and the upper body pattern portion has a width of 60 mm or less.

[0015] According to the pajamas of the present invention, the lower body main body portion is formed with a first lower body pattern portion located along the tensor fasciae latae muscle, and a second lower body pattern portion located along at least one of the semitendinosus and semimembranosus muscles, and the back of the upper body main body portion is formed with an S-shaped upper body pattern portion composed of the first back pattern, second back pattern, and third back pattern, making it possible to realize pajamas that have a positive effect on the body when sleeping (for example, when lying on one's back).

[0017] A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the following drawings, for the sake of simplicity, components and parts that perform the same function are designated by the same reference numerals, and duplicate descriptions may be omitted or simplified. Furthermore, the dimensional relationships (length, width, thickness, etc.) in each drawing may not necessarily accurately reflect the actual dimensional relationships. However, in some drawings, the dimensional relationships are consistent, and in such cases, it is possible to derive a six-sided drawing from the dimensional and positional relationships of each drawing. Furthermore, since pajamas are clothing, the thickness can often be ignored in a six-sided drawing.

[0018] Furthermore, matters necessary for carrying out the present invention other than those specifically mentioned in this specification can be understood as design matters for a person skilled in the art based on the prior art in the relevant field. The present invention can be carried out based on the contents disclosed in this specification and drawings and the technical common sense in the relevant field. In addition, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

[0019] 1 and 2 are front and back views, respectively, of a pajama 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention when laid flat, and Figs. 3 and 4 are front and back perspective views (three-dimensional views), respectively, of the pajama 100 according to the embodiment.

[0020] The pajamas 100 of this embodiment are pajamas (clothing) that cover the upper and lower body of the wearer. The pajamas of this embodiment are basically worn while sleeping (lying down), but may also be used as loungewear. The pajamas 100 of this embodiment are configured as a pair, consisting of an upper body main body portion 10 worn on the upper body and a lower body main body portion 20 worn on the lower body.

[0021] The upper body portion 10 shown in Figures 1 and 2 is of a shirt type, but it may also be of a sweatshirt type or a T-shirt (including a long T-shirt). The illustrated upper body portion 10 is composed of a front surface (outer fabric) 11 of the upper body portion 10 and a back surface (back fabric) 19. The upper body portion 10 (shirt) has a collar 13 around the neck, sleeves 12 at the hands, and fasteners (buttons) 16 where the front surface (outer fabric) 11 meets. The bottom end 17 of the illustrated upper body portion 10 (shirt) is formed straight (horizontal when standing).

[0022] The lower body main body 20 is composed of a crotch portion 22 for receiving the waist and a crotch portion 21 for receiving the feet. As shown in Figure 2, the rear side (back surface) 25 of the crotch portion 22 receives the buttocks.

[0023] In the configuration of this embodiment, lower body main body portion 20 is formed with first lower body pattern portion 51 located along the tensor fasciae latae muscle (see "81" in FIG. 7). Lower body main body portion 20 is also formed with second lower body pattern portion 52 located along at least one of the semitendinosus muscle and the semimembranosus muscle (see "85" and "86" in FIG. 8). Specifically, first lower body pattern portion 51 is provided symmetrically in the outer region (outer region on the front side) of crotch portion 21 of lower body main body portion 20. Second lower body pattern portion 52 is provided symmetrically in the inner region (inner region on the front side) of crotch portion 21 of lower body main body portion 20.

[0024] An S-shaped (approximately S-shaped) upper body pattern portion 55 is formed on the back surface 19 of the upper body main body portion 10. In this embodiment, the upper body pattern portion 55 is composed of a first back pattern 55a, a second back pattern 55b, and a third back pattern 55c. The first back pattern 55a is a pattern portion (strip portion) that starts from the right side (starting point 70) at the upper back (near the collar 13) and extends from the upper right to the lower left. The second back pattern 55b is a pattern portion (strip portion) that starts from the lower end 71 of the first back pattern 55a and extends from the upper left to the lower right. The third back pattern 55c is a pattern portion (strip portion) that starts from the lower end 72 of the second back pattern 55b and extends from the upper right to the lower left. In the configuration of this embodiment, the third angle (θ3) at which the third back pattern 55c extends from the upper right to the lower left is 45° (or approximately 45°, for example, 45° (±5°)) with respect to the horizontal line (L). The horizontal line (L) here refers to the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction when standing upright while wearing the pajamas 100. The upper body pattern portion 55 (55a, 55b, 55c), the first lower body pattern portion 51, and the second lower body pattern portion 52 may be referred to as the pajama pattern portion (or pattern portion) 50. Here, the third back pattern 55c extends at a 45° diagonal because vibrations (fluctuations) in the body spread at a 45° angle (45 degrees) centered on the liver.

[0025] In this embodiment, the pattern 50 is configured such that the total length of the second rear pattern 55b is longer than the total length of the first rear pattern 55a. The pattern 50 is configured such that the total length of the third rear pattern 55c is longer than the total length of the second rear pattern 55b. Furthermore, the first angle (θ1) at which the first rear pattern 55a extends from the upper right to the lower left relative to the horizontal line (L) is smaller than the third angle (approximately 45°), for example, 15° to 30° (20° (±5°) in one example). The second angle (θ2) at which the second rear pattern 55b extends from the upper right to the lower left relative to the horizontal line (L) is smaller than the third angle (approximately 45°), for example, 15° to 30° (20° (±5°) in one example). The angle θ1 of the first back pattern 55a and the angle θ2 of the second back pattern 55b are smaller than the angle θ3 because this allows the pattern (50) to be more compactly fitted into the pajamas 100. The reason for this angle and arrangement is that the vibration ripples are transmitted along the muscles, so that they pass through the trapezius muscle from the left shoulder.

[0026] In this embodiment, the lower end (end point) 72 of the second back pattern 55b extends outward from the starting point 70 of the first back pattern 55a. The lower end (end point) 73 of the third back pattern 55c extends outward from the lower end (end point) 71 of the first back pattern 55a. The lower end (end point) 73 of the third back pattern 55c does not extend to the lower end 17 of the upper body main body 10 (shirt) but is contained within the back 19 of the upper body main body 10. Furthermore, the upper body pattern portions 55 (approximately S-shaped patterns: 55a-55c) of this embodiment extend so as to straddle the erector spinae muscles (see "90" in Figure 9). Specifically, the upper body pattern portions 55 (approximately S-shaped patterns: 55a-55c) extend in a zigzag pattern from top to bottom, right to left, and left to right. The upper body pattern portion 55 (approximately S-shaped patterns: 55a to 55c) can be inverted (reverse S-shaped pattern), but considering the position of the organs in the body, the shape of the upper body pattern portion 55 (S-shaped patterns: 55a to 55c) shown in the figure is preferable.

[0027] If the pajamas 100 of this embodiment were actually worn, it would have a three-dimensional structure as shown in Figures 3 and 4. In other words, by referring to Figures 3 and 4, it is possible to imagine how a user (wearer) would actually wear the pajamas 100.

[0028] Because the human body (skeleton, muscles) is generally bilaterally symmetrical, the first lower body pattern portion 51 and the second lower body pattern portion 52 are each arranged in a bilaterally symmetrical shape. However, in reality, the functions of muscles on the right and left sides may differ (for example, right-handed people have muscles developed for throwing with their right hand). In this regard, a pattern may be formed to be asymmetrical according to the flow of muscles on the right and left sides, tailored to each individual (custom-made). In addition, if an asymmetrical arrangement is desired not because of differences in the position of muscles on the left and right sides (subtle differences between individuals) but because of design requirements or other reasons, the first lower body pattern portion 51 and the second lower body pattern portion 52 in this embodiment can be changed within the scope of their functionality.

[0029] In this embodiment, the width of first lower body pattern portion 51 and the width of second lower body pattern portion 52 are, for example, 30 mm or less (in the illustrated example, for example, 25 mm ± 5 mm, or approximately 10 mm to 30 mm). However, the widths of first lower body pattern portion 51 and second lower body pattern portion 52 are not limited to 30 mm or less and may exceed this value as long as an effect is achieved. Furthermore, the lower limit of the width of first lower body pattern portion 51 and second lower body pattern portion 52 may also be 25 mm ± 5 mm or less than 10 mm.

[0030] Furthermore, the width of first back pattern 55a, second back pattern 55b, and third back pattern 55c constituting S-shaped (approximately S-shaped) upper body pattern 55 of this embodiment is, for example, 60 mm or less (for example, 50 mm ± 5 mm or approximately 20 mm to 60 mm in the illustrated example). However, the width of upper body pattern 55 (55a to 55c) is not limited to 60 mm or less and may exceed that width as long as it is effective. Furthermore, the lower limit of the width of upper body pattern 55 (55a to 55c) may also be 50 mm ± 5 mm or less than 20 mm.

[0031] The material constituting the pajamas 100 of this embodiment is a fabric typically used for clothing (especially suitable for pajamas) and has appropriate stretchability for clothing (pajamas). Note that "stretchability" here refers to a characteristic suitable for clothing, and does not require the resilience of rubber (elastomer). Examples of the material (fabric) constituting the pajama body 10 include synthetic fiber materials (e.g., nylon, polyurethane, etc.), natural fiber materials (e.g., cotton, silk, etc.), blended synthetic fiber materials (e.g., a nylon-polyurethane blend), blends of natural and synthetic fiber materials (e.g., a cotton-polyurethane blend), and blends of multiple types of materials (e.g., natural fiber materials (e.g., cotton) / nylon / polyurethane, rayon / acrylic / polyester, acrylic / polyester / rayon / polyurethane, etc.).

[0032] In this embodiment, the pajama pattern portion 50 (i.e., patterns 51, 52, 55 (55a to 55c)) is made of tape material. The first lower body pattern portion 51, the second lower body pattern portion 52, and the upper body pattern portion 55 (55a to 55c) made of tape material stimulate the muscle portions of the pajamas 100 (i.e., the tensor fasciae latae 81, the semitendinosus 85, the semimembranosus 86, and the erector spinae 90 (91 to 93) as shown in Figures 7 to 9) to activate the muscles. This can have a positive effect on the body. The upper body patterns 55 (55a to 55c) can be made from a single piece of tape material. At the bends in the S-shaped structure, the single piece of tape material can be folded over. When the upper body patterns 55 (55a to 55c) are made from a single piece of tape material folded over, the overlapping portions become areas of two pieces of tape material, allowing for a relatively large stimulation to be applied to the relevant areas.

[0033] In one example of this embodiment, the pajama pattern portion 50 (51, 52, 55) is constructed by attaching tape material to the back surface (non-exposed surface, the surface facing the body) of the pajama main body portion (10, 20). Alternatively, the pajama pattern portion 50 (51, 52, 55) can be constructed by attaching tape material to the front surface (exposed surface) of the pajama main body portion (10, 20). It is also possible to construct the pajama pattern portion 50 (51, 52, 55) by attaching tape material to both the front and back surfaces of the pajama main body portion 10.

[0034] Alternatively, the tape material constituting the pajama pattern portion 50 (51, 52, 55) may be made of a fabric material (here, cotton (e.g., cotton 40 smooth)), and a heat-sensitive adhesive (or iron-on adhesive) may be applied to the fabric surface that will contact (fix / adhere) the clothing fabric surface (here, the inner surface) of the pajama main portion (10, 20). The tape material can then be attached (adhered) to the pajama main portion 10, 20 by heating with a heater (here, an iron). In this case, the presence of the fabric (contact surface, cotton) indirectly stimulates the skin. To prevent the tape material from coming off or shifting even after washing, the tape material may be sewn to attach (fix) it to the pajama main portion 10, 20. In this case, it is more convenient to first fix it with an iron and then sew it with thread.

[0035] Furthermore, in a modified example of this embodiment, the pajama pattern portion 50 (51, 52, 55) is composed of an ink-printed pattern formed by printing with ink. That is, in this case, the pajama pattern portion 50 (51, 52, 55) is formed by printing, not by the tape material described above. In a preferred example of this embodiment, the ink-printed pattern constituting the pajama pattern portion 50 (51, 52, 55) is formed by silk screen printing.

[0036] Silkscreen printing (also known as screen printing or silk screen printing) is a type of stencil printing in which holes are created in a mesh plate and ink is applied only through the holes. The name derives from the fact that the stencils were originally made of silk. However, today, due to durability concerns, the mesh material for stencil printing is made of synthetic fibers such as polyester or nylon (and sometimes metal). In silkscreen printing, the mesh of the stencil is placed in close contact with the shirt fabric (in this case, cotton). Then, ink is applied to the mesh of the stencil. A squeegee is then pressed firmly against the mesh and moved in a consistent direction across the entire surface of the mesh (or the desired print area), forcing the ink through the holes and onto the fabric. Since silkscreen printing is a common technique for printing on clothing, it is not a specialized technique, and therefore is highly reliable from a technical standpoint and allows for low production costs.

[0037] Inks used for printing pajamas in silk screen printing include plastisol (ink) and water-based rubber (ink). Factories that print large quantities (large lots of 300 sheets or more) often use plastisol, while medium-sized factories that print small lots of around 50 sheets often use water-based ink. Note that while silk screen printing is used for the garment (pajamas 100) of this embodiment, other printing methods (such as inkjet direct printing) may also be used as long as the effects of the garment (pajamas 100) of this embodiment can be obtained.

[0038] The printing ink (ink for printing pajamas) of this embodiment contains a mineral (powder). In one example, the printing ink of this embodiment is prepared by blending an appropriate amount of a mineral (such as a mineral known as a power stone (e.g., radium ore, germanium, quartz, terahertz ore, tourmaline, etc.) or a blend of multiple minerals) with a particle size of 325 mesh (approximately 44 microns) at a concentration of 0.1 g to 0.5 g of each type (e.g., one, two, or three types) per 500 square centimeters of ink. Note that 500 square centimeters of ink corresponds to the print area of one pair of pajamas. This concentration is merely an example and can be adjusted to suit the conditions of use. Additives other than the mineral (powder) may also be added. The mineral powder can be a powder of at least one mineral selected from the group consisting of radium ore, germanium, quartz, terahertz ore, and tourmaline (or a blend of two or more mineral powders). It is also preferable that such mineral powder is contained in the tape material that constitutes the pajama pattern portion 50 (51, 52, 55) described above.

[0039] 5 and 6 show the locations of minerals in the pajamas 100 of this embodiment. When the pajama pattern portion 50 (i.e., the patterns 51, 52, 55 (55a to 55c)) is constructed from tape material, the strength of the tension stimulates and activates the corresponding muscles. On the other hand, when the pajama pattern portion 50 (i.e., the patterns 51, 52, 55 (55a to 55c)) is constructed from an ink-printed pattern, the stimulation from tension, etc. is weaker than with tape material, so it is preferable to include minerals. When the pajama pattern portion 50 (i.e., the patterns 51, 52, 55 (55a to 55c)) is constructed from tape material, including minerals increases the likelihood of obtaining better effects.

[0040] Next, specific muscles will be described with reference to Figures 7 to 9. Figure 7 shows the muscles on the side of the foot, specifically the "tensor fasciae latae muscle" (81) on which the first lower body pattern portion 51 will be placed. The iliotibial band (82) and gluteus maximus (83) are located around the tensor fasciae latae muscle (81). By stimulating the tensor fasciae latae muscle (81) with the first lower body pattern portion 51 of this embodiment, symptoms such as cold hands and feet, hot flashes, and sweating can be alleviated. More specifically, the first lower body pattern portion 51 is placed to target the tensor fasciae latae muscle (81), which corresponds to reflex stasis (heat) in traditional Chinese medicine. Symptoms that occur most frequently while sleeping include cold hands and feet, hot flashes, and sweating, which are problems with the autonomic nervous system. The reaction in this area is due to abnormal heat and cold in the skin, and since the skin is a mirror of the internal organs, adjusting the abnormal heat and cold stagnation will regulate the five internal organs and improve the physical condition of the body.

[0041] FIG. 8 shows the muscles on the front side of the foot, specifically the "semitendinosus" (85) and "semimembranosus" (86), where the second lower body pattern unit 52 will be placed. The long head of the biceps femoris (87) and the short head of the biceps femoris (88) are located around the semitendinosus (85) and semimembranosus (86). By stimulating the semitendinosus (85) and semimembranosus (86) with the second lower body pattern unit 52 of this embodiment, what is known as the hypertension reflex zone in traditional Chinese medicine can be adjusted. Furthermore, people with high blood pressure often have abnormalities in heat sensitivity. Therefore, stimulation with the second lower body pattern unit 52 can regulate nitric oxide in the blood, thereby improving hypertension. While people without high blood pressure do not experience abnormal heat sensitivity, the physiological effect of improved blood flow can be achieved.

[0042] FIG. 9 shows the muscles on the back, specifically the "erector spinae muscles" (90) that the upper body pattern portions 55 (55a, 55b, 55c) will straddle. The "erector spinae muscles" (90) are a collective name for the spinalis muscles (91), longissimus muscles (92), and accessory intestinal muscles (93). The trapezius muscles (94) and latissimus dorsi muscles (95) are located around the erector spinae muscles (90). In this embodiment, it is difficult to stimulate the erector spinae muscles 90 (91, 92, 93) with the upper body pattern portions 55 (55a, 55b, 55c) while sleeping. That is, since pajamas are basically worn while sleeping, it is difficult to approach the muscles. More specifically, since there is almost no muscle movement while sleeping, there is a high possibility that the upper body pattern portions 55 (55a, 55b, 55c) will not fit the corresponding muscles. Since the shape and function of muscles when lying down are completely different from when standing, the approach for lying down does not focus on muscles, but on calculating the gravity ratios for the horizontal, sagittal, and frontal planes when standing and lying down, and based on this, determines the pattern arrangement (approximately S-shaped) of the upper body pattern parts 55 (55a, 55b, 55c).More specifically, the upper body pattern parts 55 (55a, 55b, 55c) have the effect of adjusting the physiological curvature of the vertebrae, and from the muscular perspective, they aim to stabilize the erector spinae (90).

[0043] 10(a) and 10(b) are diagrams for explaining the front and back regions of the body, respectively.

[0044] When the human body is standing, gravity acts on the top of the head, which is supported by a horizontal plane, and the proportions of the frontal plane and the left and right sagittal plane are determined by the shape of the skeleton. However, when lying down, the frontal plane changes to a horizontal plane and the entire weight is applied (assuming you are lying down on your back). This means that muscle fatigue during the movement of an upright position can be detected at a common fatigue point regardless of body type when lying down on your back.

[0045] The upper body pattern portion 55 of this embodiment can relax points C2-3 in Figure 10(b), C7-T2 in Figure 10(a), T9-T12 in Figure 10(b), and L4-5 in Figure 10(a). Specifically, it can adjust the erector spinae muscles. Starting with the reflex stasis of the trapezius muscles C2-3 in Figure 10(b), the upper body pattern portion 55 (55a, 55b, 55c) is stretched from the inner edge of the left scapula (T2-3), to the area behind the right liver (T9-12), and to the left lumbar region (L4-5). Folding a single piece of tape to create overlapping points is effective. When standing, gravity (G) exerts pressure from above. Naturally, compressive fatigue is exerted on muscles, ligaments, and joints, distorting the skeleton. When lying on your back, common fatigue points are detected regardless of the muscle fatigue caused by any body distortion. If you relax these points while lying on your back, the erector spinae muscles will recover from fatigue, making it easier to withstand compressive muscle fatigue when standing.

[0046] In the pajamas 100 of this embodiment, the lower body main body part 20 is formed with a first lower body pattern part 51 located along the tensor fasciae latae muscle (81) and a second lower body pattern part 52 located along at least one of the semitendinosus muscle (85) and the semimembranosus muscle (86). The back surface 19 of the upper body main body part 10 is formed with an S-shaped upper body pattern part 55 composed of a first back pattern part 55a, a second back pattern part 55b, and a third back pattern part 55c, so that pajamas that have a positive effect on the body when sleeping (e.g., when lying on one's back) (e.g., reducing or alleviating fatigue, increasing fatigue resistance, etc.) can be realized.

[0047] While taping, which involves applying tape directly to the body, is often used by athletes to protect muscles, the technology of this embodiment uses a weaker stimulus than the strong stimulus of direct tape, making it what could be called non-contact indirect taping. Even if the stimulus is subtle, it can effectively stimulate specific areas in biological phenomena and improve athletic performance. In other words, the body is a collection of sensitive sensors, and even if the difference in stimulus characteristics with or without the pajama pattern portion 50 is slight, it can still provide effects such as fatigue relief. Just as acupuncture and moxibustion on the head can have an effect on the body, simply wearing the pajamas 100 of this embodiment can alleviate fatigue and strengthen the wearer's fatigue resistance. Furthermore, by incorporating minerals into the pajama pattern portion 50, it is possible that the effects of the minerals (e.g., negative ions, terahertz waves, static electricity, far infrared rays, hormesis, etc.) may be stimulating, and this may be what results in the effects achieved by the pajamas 100 of this embodiment.

[0048] Furthermore, when constructing the (approximately) S-shaped upper body pattern portion 55 by folding a single tape material, there will be multiple overlapping areas between the front and back of the tape material. These overlapping areas can also stimulate the body. In particular, when the pattern 50 (tape material) contains minerals, mineral vibrations (fluctuations) flow there, and a weak current also flows there, forming a magnetic field. At the turning points (where the front and back of the tape material overlap), the mineral vibrations are amplified (creating ripples (fluctuations, oscillations)) and the vibrations are transmitted to the pattern 50 (tape material), which is preferable. While vibrations are influenced by air flow and magnetic fields outside the body, they flow internally along the meridians (muscle routes through which qi energy flows), and this phenomenon is utilized here.

[0049] 11 and 12 illustrate the manufacturing process of the pajamas 100 of this embodiment.

[0050] FIG. 11 shows how upper body pattern portions 55 (55a, 55b, 55c) are created on a flattened upper body main body portion 10. The dimensions (with a ±10% margin of error) are illustrative; the width of upper body pattern portion 55 is 5 cm. Starting point S is located at the collar on center line C of upper body main body portion (shirt) 10, and starting point 70 (the edge position in the middle of the pattern width) is located 4 cm directly below (H1) and 9 cm directly to the side (right: W1) from starting point S. Point 71 is located 10.5 cm directly below (H2) and 12 cm directly to the side (left: W2) from starting point S. Point 72 is located 19 cm directly below (H3) and 15 cm directly to the side (right: W3) from starting point S. Point 73 is 57 cm directly below (H4) and 18 cm directly to the side (left: W4) from starting point S. Note that these dimensions and shapes can be appropriately selected according to the characteristics and design actually required.

[0051] FIG. 12 shows how the first lower body pattern portion 51 and the second lower body pattern portion 52 are fabricated on the flattened lower body main body portion 20. The dimensions (with a ±10% margin of error) are illustrative; the widths of the first lower body pattern portion 51 and the second lower body pattern portion 52 are 2.5 cm. The starting point S is located above the center line C of the lower body main body portion (pants) 20, excluding the elastic portion. The upper end point of the first lower body pattern portion 51 is 12 cm below (H5) and 20 cm across (W5) from the starting point S. The upper end point of the second lower body pattern portion 52 is 24 cm below (H6) and 5 cm across (W6) from the starting point S. These dimensions and shapes can be appropriately selected to suit the actual characteristics and design requirements.

[0052] <Example> Next, the effects of an example (effectiveness test) when wearing the pajamas 100 of this embodiment will be specifically described. Fig. 13 shows the results of an experiment when wearing the pajamas 100. The experiment was evaluated based on the following criteria when wearing the pajamas 100: "it's easy to fall asleep," "my body feels warm," "it's comfortable," "my body feels light when I wake up," and "I wake up refreshed." When measuring sports characteristics, it is desirable to evaluate them numerically, but the effect of wearing the pajamas 100 is better evaluated subjectively rather than numerically (for example, rather than an increase in flexibility by 1 cm), and therefore such an experiment was conducted.

[0053] For each item, "Strongly agree" was given a score of 5, "Agree" was given a score of 4, "Neither agree nor disagree" was given a score of 3, "Disagree" was given a score of 2, and "Completely disagree" was given a score of 1. The experiment was conducted on subjects A to J.

[0054] The experimental results showed that, on average, "it helps me fall asleep" was 4.5 points, "my body feels warm" was 4.3 points, "it's comfortable to wear" was 4.5 points, "my body feels light when I wake up" was 4.2 points, and "I wake up feeling refreshed" was 4.0 points, with all items receiving a rating of "I agree" (4 points) or higher. The results of this example confirm the effectiveness of the pajamas 100 of this embodiment.

[0055] While the present invention has been described above using preferred embodiments, these descriptions are not limiting and various modifications are possible. The configurations and methods of the above-described embodiments and modifications are mutually applicable. The pajamas 100 of this embodiment are intended for use during sleep (including naps), but they may also be used when hospitalized or lying in bed during care. In addition, while the upper body pattern portion 55 of this embodiment is described as being (approximately) S-shaped, this is for convenience and other expressions may be used. Furthermore, while the description explicitly states "from the bottom end," such as "the second back pattern 55 starting from the bottom end 71 of the first back pattern 55a and extending from the upper left to the lower right," it is acceptable for the pattern to extend slightly beyond the bottom end, even if it does not start strictly from the bottom end. In addition, in this embodiment, the upper body main body portion 10 and the lower body main body portion 20 are described as a pair, but they may be used separately as the upper body main body portion 10 (for example, a shirt, a T-shirt, a sweatshirt top, a sweatshirt, etc.) 10 and the lower body main body portion 20 (pants, sweatshirt bottoms, etc.). Also, it is not prohibited to combine the top and bottom together, as in a jumpsuit.

[0056] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide pajamas that can care for the muscles and body of the wearer while sleeping (for example, by relieving fatigue and improving fatigue resistance).
