Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] The clothing (such as shirts and pants) disclosed by the applicant of the present application in Patent Document 2 was clothing (such as shirts and pants) that could very effectively improve sports performance. On the other hand, when sleeping (for example, in the supine position), it was noticed that the state was different from when standing, and the applicant came up with the idea of pajamas that have a good effect on the body when sleeping (for example, in the supine position), leading to the present invention.
[0006] The present invention has been made in view of such a point, and its main object is to provide pajamas that can care for the muscles and body of the wearer when sleeping.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] The pajamas according to the present invention are pajamas that cover the upper body and lower body of the wearer, and include an upper body main body part to be worn on the upper body and a lower body main body part to be worn on the lower body. In the lower body main body part, a first lower body pattern part located at a position along the tensor fasciae latae muscle of the thigh and a second lower body pattern part located at a position along at least one of the semitendinosus muscle and the semimembranosus muscle are formed. On the back surface of the upper body main body part, an S-shaped upper body pattern part is formed. The upper body pattern part is composed of a first back pattern extending from the upper right to the lower left, a second back pattern starting from the lower end of the first back pattern and extending from the upper left to the lower right, and a third back pattern starting from the lower end of the second back pattern and extending from the upper right to the lower left.
[0008] In a certain preferred embodiment, the third angle at which the third back pattern extends from the upper right to the lower left is 45° (±5°) based on the horizontal line. The total length of the second back pattern is longer than the total length of the first back pattern. The total length of the third back pattern is longer than the total length of the second back pattern. The first angle at which the first back pattern extends from the upper right to the lower left based on the horizontal line is smaller than the third angle. The second angle at which the second back pattern extends from the upper right to the lower left based on the horizontal line is smaller than the third angle.
[0009] In a certain preferred embodiment, the upper body pattern part extends so as to straddle the erector spinae muscle.
[0010] In a preferred embodiment, the first lower body pattern portion, the second lower body pattern portion, and the upper body pattern portion contain powder of at least one mineral selected from the group consisting of radium ore, germanium, crystal, terahertz ore, and tourmaline, or powder of two or more blended ores.
[0011] In a preferred embodiment, the first lower body pattern portion, the second lower body pattern portion, and the upper body pattern portion are each composed of a tape material.
[0012] In a preferred embodiment, the upper body pattern portion is made of a single tape material. At the bending portion in the S-shaped structure, the single tape material is in a folded state.
[0013] In a preferred embodiment, the first lower body pattern portion, the second lower body pattern portion, and the upper body pattern portion are each composed of an ink printing pattern formed by printing with ink.
[0014] In a preferred embodiment, the first lower body pattern portion and each of them have a width of 30 mm or less. The upper body pattern portion has a width of 60 mm or less.
Advantages of the Invention
[0015] According to the pajamas of the present invention, a first lower body pattern portion located at a position along the tensor fasciae latae in the lower body main body portion and a second lower body pattern portion located at a position along at least one of the semitendinosus muscle and the semimembranosus muscle are formed. On the back of the upper body main body portion, an S-shaped upper body pattern portion composed of a first back pattern, a second back pattern, and a third back pattern is formed. Therefore, it is possible to realize pajamas that have a beneficial effect on the body when sleeping (for example, in the supine position).

Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0017] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following drawings, for the sake of simplicity of explanation, members and parts having the same function are denoted by the same reference numerals, and duplicate explanations may be omitted or simplified. Also, the dimensional relationships (length, width, thickness, etc.) in each figure may not necessarily accurately reflect the actual dimensional relationships. However, there are cases where the dimensional relationships are made consistent in a given drawing, and in such cases, a six-sided view can be derived from the dimensional and positional relationships of each figure. Note that since pajamas are clothing, the thickness can often be ignored in the six-sided view.
[0018] In addition, matters other than those specifically mentioned in this specification and that are necessary for the implementation of the present invention can be grasped as design matters of those skilled in the art based on the prior art in the relevant field. The present invention can be implemented based on the content disclosed in this specification and the drawings and the common general knowledge in the relevant field. In addition, the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.
[0019] FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 respectively show a front view and a rear view of the pajamas 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention when flattened. Also, FIG. 3 and FIG. 4 respectively show a front-side perspective view (three-dimensional view) and a rear-side perspective view (three-dimensional view) of the pajamas 100 of the present embodiment.
[0020] The pajamas 100 of the present embodiment are pajamas (clothing) that cover the upper body and the lower body of the wearer. The pajamas of the present embodiment are basically for wearing when sleeping (lying down), but may also be used as loungewear. The pajamas 100 of the present embodiment are configured by pairing an upper body main body part 10 for wearing on the upper body and a lower body main body part 20 for wearing on the lower body.
[0021] The upper body main body 10 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is of the shirt type, but it may also be of the trainer type or a T-shirt (including long T-shirts). The illustrated upper body main body 10 is composed of a front surface (front fabric) 11 and a back surface (back fabric) 19 of the upper body main body 10. The upper body main body 10 (shirt) has a collar 13 around the neck, sleeves 12 at the hands, and fasteners (buttons) 16 are provided where the front surface (front fabric) 11 is joined. Also, the lower end 17 of the illustrated upper body main body 10 (shirt) is formed straight (horizontally when standing).
[0022] The lower body main body 20 is composed of an upper thigh part 22 where the waist fits and a lower thigh part 21 where the legs go in. As shown in FIG. 2, the rear side (back) 25 of the upper thigh part 22 is where the buttocks will fit.
[0023] In the configuration of the present embodiment, a first lower body pattern part 51 is formed in the lower body main body 20 at a position along the tensor fasciae latae muscle (see "81" in FIG. 7). And a second lower body pattern part 52 is formed in the lower body main body 20 at a position along at least one of the semitendinosus muscle and the semimembranosus muscle (see "85" and "86" in FIG. 8). Specifically, the first lower body pattern part 51 is provided symmetrically left and right in the outer region (outer side of the front surface side) of the lower thigh part 21 of the lower body main body 20. Also, the second lower body pattern part 52 is provided symmetrically left and right in the inner region (inner side of the front surface side) of the lower thigh part 21 of the lower body main body 20.
[0024] And on the back surface 19 of the upper body main body portion 10, an S-shaped (substantially S-shaped) upper body pattern portion 55 is formed. The upper body pattern portion 55 of the present embodiment is composed of a first back pattern 55a, a second back pattern 55b, and a third back pattern 55c. The first back pattern 55a is a pattern portion (strip portion) that starts from the right side portion (starting point 70) above the back (near the collar 13) and extends from the upper right to the lower left. The second back pattern 55b is a pattern portion (strip portion) that starts from the lower end 71 of the first back pattern 55a and extends from the upper left to the lower right. And the third back pattern 55c is a pattern portion (strip portion) that starts from the lower end 72 of the second back pattern 55b and extends from the upper right to the lower left. In the configuration of the present embodiment, the third angle (θ3) at which the third back pattern 55c extends from the upper right to the lower left is 45° (or substantially 45°, for example, 45° (±5°)) with respect to the horizontal line (L). The horizontal line (L) mentioned here means the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction when standing upright wearing the pajamas 100. Note that the upper body pattern portion 55 (55a, 55b, 55c), the first lower body pattern portion 51, and the second lower body pattern portion 52 may be referred to as the pajama pattern portion (or pattern portion) 50. Here, the reason for extending the third back pattern 55c at a 45° diagonal is that inside the body, the vibration (fluctuation) spreads at an angle of 45° (45 degrees) centered around the liver, so it is set to 45°.
[0025] In addition, in the present embodiment, the pattern 50 is configured such that the total length of the second back pattern 55b is longer than the total length of the first back pattern 55a. The pattern 50 is configured such that the total length of the third back pattern 55c is longer than the total length of the second back pattern 55b. Further, a first angle (θ1) at which the first back pattern 55a extends from the upper right to the lower left with reference to the horizontal line (L) is smaller than the third angle (approximately 45°), for example, 15° to 30° (in one example, 20° (±5°)). Also, a second angle (θ2) at which the second back pattern 55b extends from the upper right to the lower left with reference to the horizontal line (L) is smaller than the third angle (approximately 45°), for example, 15° to 30° (in one example, 20° (±5°)). The reason for making the angle θ1 of the first back pattern 55a and the angle θ2 of the second back pattern 55b smaller than the angle θ3 is that the pattern (50) can be more compactly accommodated in the pajamas 100 in that way. Also, such an angle and arrangement are made because the ripple of vibration is conducted along the muscles, so from the left shoulder, it is designed to pass along the trapezius muscle.
[0026] In the configuration of the present embodiment, the lower end (end point) 72 of the second back pattern 55b protrudes outward more than the starting point 70 of the first back pattern 55a. Also, the lower end (end point) 73 of the third back pattern 55c protrudes outward more than the lower end (end point) 71 of the first back pattern 55a. The lower end (end point) 73 of the third back pattern 55c does not extend to the lower end 17 of the upper body main body part 10 (shirt) and is contained within the region of the back 19 of the upper body main body part 10. And the upper body pattern part 55 (substantially S-shaped pattern: 55a to 55c) of the present embodiment extends so as to straddle the erector spinae muscles (refer to "90" in FIG. 9). Specifically, the upper body pattern part 55 (substantially S-shaped pattern: 55a to 55c) extends in a zigzag pattern from top to bottom, from right to left, and from left to right. The upper body pattern part 55 (substantially S-shaped pattern: 55a to 55c) can be inverted (reverse S-shaped pattern), but considering the positions of the internal organs in the body, the shape of the upper body pattern part 55 (S-shaped pattern: 55a to 55c) shown in the figure is more preferable.
[0027] If the pajamas 100 of the present embodiment are actually worn, they will have a three-dimensional configuration as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. In other words, referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, one can imagine the state in which the user (wearer) actually wears the pajamas 100.
[0028] Since the human body (skeleton, muscles) is basically bilaterally symmetric, the first lower body pattern portion 51 and the second lower body pattern portion 52 are each arranged in a bilaterally symmetric shape. However, in reality, the roles of the muscles may be different on the right and left sides (for example, the muscles of a right-handed person are developed for throwing with the right hand, etc.). In that regard, according to each individual (made to order), the pattern may be formed so as to be asymmetric left and right along the flow of the muscles on the right and left sides. In addition, when it is desired to have an asymmetric arrangement not due to the difference in the positions of the left and right muscles (subtle differences for each individual) but for reasons such as design requirements, it is possible to make changes within the range in which the first lower body pattern portion 51 and the second lower body pattern portion 52 in the present embodiment function.
[0029] The width of the first lower body pattern portion 51 and the width of the second lower body pattern portion 52 of the present embodiment are, for example, 30 mm or less (in the illustrated example, for example, 25 mm ± 5 mm, or about 10 mm to 30 mm). However, the width of the first lower body pattern portion 51 and the width of the second lower body pattern portion 52 are not limited to 30 mm or less, and if there is an effect, it may exceed this value, and the lower limit value of the width of the first lower body pattern portion 51 and the width of the second lower body pattern portion 52 may also be less than 25 mm ± 5 mm or 10 mm.
[0030] In addition, the widths of the first back pattern 55a, the second back pattern 55b, and the third back pattern 55c that constitute the S-shaped (substantially S-shaped) upper body pattern portion 55 of the present embodiment are, for example, 60 mm or less (in the illustrated example, for example, 50 mm ± 5 mm, or about 20 mm to 60 mm). However, the width of the upper body pattern portion 55 (55a to 55c) is not limited to 60 mm or less, and may exceed this value as long as it has an effect. And, the lower limit value of the width of the upper body pattern portion 55 (55a to 55c) may also be less than 50 mm ± 5 mm or 20 mm.
[0031] The material constituting the pajamas 100 of the present embodiment is typically a fabric (particularly, a fabric suitable for pajamas) used as clothing, and has appropriate stretchability as clothing (pajamas). Here, the stretchability means a property suitable for clothing, and does not particularly require a restoring force like rubber (elastomer). Examples of the material (fabric) constituting the pajama main body portion 10 include synthetic fiber materials (e.g., nylon, polyurethane, etc.), natural fiber materials (e.g., cotton materials (cotton), silk materials (silk), etc.), blended synthetic fiber materials (e.g., a mixed material of nylon and polyurethane, etc.), or a mixed material of natural fiber materials and synthetic fiber materials (e.g., a cotton and polyurethane blended material, etc.), and a plurality of types of mixed materials (e.g., natural fiber material (such as cotton) / nylon / polyurethane material, rayon material / acrylic material / polyester material, acrylic material / polyester material / rayon material / polyurethane material, etc.).
[0032] In this embodiment, the pajama pattern part 50 (that is, the patterns 51, 52, 55 (55a to 55c)) is composed of a tape material. The first lower body pattern part 51, the second lower body pattern part 52, and the upper body pattern part 55 (55a to 55c) composed of the tape material can have a beneficial effect on the body by stimulating the muscles (that is, the tensor fasciae latae 81, semitendinosus-like muscle 85, semimembranosus-like muscle 86, erector spinae muscles 90 (91 to 93) as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9) at the corresponding muscle parts of the pajamas 100 to activate the muscles. The upper body pattern 55 (55a to 55c) can be composed of a single tape material. At the bending part in the S-shaped structure, the single tape material can be in a folded state. When the upper body pattern 55 (55a to 55c) is made with the single tape material in a folded state, the folded part becomes an area of two tape materials, and a relatively large stimulus can be applied to the corresponding part.
[0033] In an example of this embodiment, the pajama pattern part 50 (51, 52, 55) is constructed by attaching the tape material to the back surface (the non-exposed surface, the surface on the body side) of the pajama main body parts (10, 20). Also, the pajama pattern part 50 (51, 52, 55) can be constructed by attaching the tape material to the front surface (the exposed surface) of the pajama main body parts (10, 20). Note that it is also possible to construct the pajama pattern part 50 (51, 52, 55) by attaching the tape material to both the front and back surfaces of the pajama main body 10.
[0034] Also, the tape material that constitutes the pajama pattern part 50 (51, 52, 55) is made of a cloth material (here, cotton (for example, 40 smooth cotton)), and a heat-sensitive adhesive (or an iron-on adhesive) is applied to the cloth surface that contacts (fixes / adheres to) the surface of the clothing fabric (here, the inner surface) of the pajama main body parts (10, 20). By heating with a heater (here, an iron), the tape material can be pasted (adhesively fixed) to the pajama main body parts 10, 20. In this case, the presence of the cloth fabric (contact surface, cotton) indirectly stimulates the skin. Note that even after washing, the tape material may be sewn and pasted (fixed) to the pajama main body parts 10, 20 so that the tape material does not come off or shift. In this case, it is more convenient to sew with a thread after fixing with an iron-on adhesion once.
[0035] Furthermore, in a modification of this embodiment, the pajama pattern part 50 (51, 52, 55)) is composed of an ink printing pattern formed by being printed with ink. That is, in that case, the pajama pattern part 50 (51, 52, 55) is formed by printing instead of the above-described tape material. In a preferred example of this embodiment, the ink printing pattern that constitutes the pajama pattern part 50 (51, 52, 55) is formed by silk screen printing.
[0036] Silk screen printing (screen printing, silk printing) is a type of stencil printing. It involves creating holes in a mesh-like plate and dropping ink only through the holes for printing. It originated from the fact that the plate was once made of silk, but today, due to durability issues, the mesh-like plate is made of synthetic fiber fabrics such as polyester and nylon (or even metal in some cases) instead of silk as the material for the mesh of the stencil printing. In silk screen printing, after closely attaching the mesh of the prepared plate to the fabric of the shirt (here, cotton), ink is placed on top of the mesh of the prepared plate, and then the squeegee is strongly pressed against the mesh and moved in a certain direction across all surfaces of the mesh (or the predetermined locations to be printed), causing the ink to be extruded through the holes of the mesh onto the fabric, thereby executing the printing. In addition, for printing on clothes, since the technique of silk screen printing is common and not a special technique, it has high stability in terms of technology and can also reduce the manufacturing cost.
[0037] In silk screen printing, examples of ink for printing pajamas include plastisol (ink) and water-based rubber (ink). In factories that perform large-scale printing (orders of more than 300 pieces), plastisol is often used, and in medium-scale factories (orders of about 50 pieces), water-based ink is often used. In addition, although silk screen printing is used for the clothes (pajamas 100) of this embodiment, other printing methods (such as inkjet direct printing, etc.) may be used as long as the effects of the clothes (pajamas 100) of this embodiment can be obtained.
[0038] In addition, minerals (powders) are blended into the printing ink (ink for pajama printing) of the present embodiment. In one example, minerals with a particle size of 325 mesh (about 44 microns) (minerals called so-called power stones (for example, radium ore, germanium, quartz, terahertz ore, tourmaline, etc.), or a blend of multiple types of minerals) are adjusted to the printing ink of the present embodiment at a concentration in which an appropriate amount of each type (in one example, 1 type, 2 types, or 3 types) of 0.1 g to 0.5 g is blended per 500 square centimeters of the ink. Note that 500 square centimeters of the ink corresponds to the printed area of one pajama. Note that this concentration is an example, and it can be appropriately changed and adjusted to an appropriate one according to the conditions of use. In addition, additives other than minerals (powders) may be added. As the mineral powder, at least one type of mineral powder (or a blend ore powder of two or more types) selected from the group consisting of radium ore, germanium, quartz, terahertz ore, and tourmaline can be used. Note that it is also preferable to include such a mineral powder in the tape material constituting the pajama pattern portion 50 (51, 52, 55) described above.
[0039] FIG. 5 and FIG. 6 show the positions where minerals are present in the pajama 100 of the present embodiment. When the pajama pattern portion 50 (that is, the patterns 51, 52, 55 (55a to 55c)) is constructed from the tape material, it is likely to be activated by stimulating the corresponding muscles due to the stimulation of the strength of the tension. On the other hand, when the pajama pattern portion 50 (that is, the patterns 51, 52, 55 (55a to 55c)) is constructed from the ink printing pattern, since the stimulation due to tension and the like is weaker than that of the tape material, it is preferable to contain minerals. When the pajama pattern portion 50 (that is, the patterns 51, 52, 55 (55a to 55c)) is constructed from the tape material, the possibility of obtaining a better effect increases if minerals are contained.
[0040] Next, with reference to FIGS. 7 to 9, a predetermined muscle will be described. FIG. 7 shows the muscles on the side of the foot, specifically, the tensor fasciae latae muscle (81) where the first lower body pattern portion 51 will be disposed. Around the tensor fasciae latae muscle (81), the iliotibial ligament (82) and the gluteus maximus muscle (83) are located. By stimulating the muscle of the tensor fasciae latae muscle (81) in the first lower body pattern portion 51 of the present embodiment, symptoms such as cold hands and feet, flushing, and sweating can be alleviated. Further explaining, the first lower body pattern portion 51 is arranged aiming at the tensor fasciae latae muscle (81), and this corresponds to what is called reflection stagnation (heat) in traditional Chinese medicine. Among the symptoms that are most prominent when sleeping, there are cold hands and feet, flushing, sweating, etc., which are troubles of the autonomic nervous system. Therefore, the reaction occurs in this part due to abnormal heat and cold of the skin. Since the skin is a mirror of the internal organs, adjusting abnormal heat and cold stagnation will regulate the internal organs and improve the physical condition of the body.
[0041] FIG. 8 shows the muscles on the front side of the foot, specifically, the semitendinosus-like muscle (85) and the semimembranosus-like muscle (86) where the second lower body pattern portion 52 will be disposed. Around the semitendinosus-like muscle (85) and the semimembranosus-like muscle (86), the long head of the biceps femoris muscle (87) and the short head of the biceps femoris muscle (88) are located. By stimulating the muscles of the semitendinosus-like muscle (85) and the semimembranosus-like muscle (86) in the second lower body pattern portion 52 of the present embodiment, the hypertension reflex zone in traditional Chinese medicine can be adjusted. Further explaining, people in a hypertensive state often have abnormalities in heat sensitivity. Therefore, by applying stimulation in the second lower body pattern portion 52, the adjustment of nitric oxide in the blood can be achieved, and the improvement of hypertension can be achieved. In addition, although people who are not hypertensive do not have an abnormal heat sensation state, physiologically, the effect of improving blood flow can be obtained.
[0042] Figure 9 shows the muscles on the back side. Specifically, it shows the erector spinae muscles (90) that will be arranged to straddle the upper body pattern parts 55 (55a, 55b, 55c). The erector spinae muscles (90) is a collective name for the spinalis muscles (91), the longissimus muscles (92), and the iliocostalis muscles (93). Around the erector spinae muscles (90), the trapezius muscles (94) and the latissimus dorsi muscles (95) are located. In the upper body pattern parts 55 (55a, 55b, 55c) of the present embodiment, it is actually difficult to stimulate the muscles of the erector spinae muscles 90 (91, 92, 93) when sleeping. That is, since pajamas are basically worn when sleeping, it is difficult to approach the muscles. Further explained, when sleeping, since there is almost no muscle movement, there is a high possibility that the upper body pattern parts 55 (55a, 55b, 55c) do not fit the corresponding muscles. In the sleeping state, the posture and function of the muscles are completely different from when standing. Therefore, the approach in the sleeping state is not to focus on the muscles, but to calculate the gravity ratios for the horizontal plane, sagittal plane, and frontal plane when standing and sleeping, and based on that, determine the pattern arrangement (substantially S-shaped) of the upper body pattern parts 55 (55a, 55b, 55c). Further explained, the upper body pattern parts 55 (55a, 55b, 55c) have the effect of adjusting the physiological curvature of the vertebrae. Strictly speaking, from the perspective of the muscles, it aims to stabilize the erector spinae muscles (90).
[0043] Figures 10(a) and (b) are diagrams for explaining the front and back regions of the body, respectively.
[0044] When the human body is in the standing position, gravity acts from the top of the head. At this time, the horizontal plane is affected, and depending on the position of the skeleton, the ratios in the front-back direction of the frontal plane and the left-right direction of the sagittal plane are determined. However, when sleeping, the frontal plane changes to the horizontal plane and the entire specific gravity acts. (Assuming the supine position). Then, it is possible to detect the fatigue points common to any body type in the static situation of the supine position, which were the muscle fatigue points during the dynamic situation of the standing position.
[0045] Relaxing the points of C2 - 3 in Fig. 10(b), C7 - T2 in Fig. 10(a), T9 - T12 in Fig. 10(b), and L4 - 5 in Fig. 10(a) can be achieved by the upper body pattern part 55 of the present embodiment. Specifically, the erector spinae muscle group can be adjusted. Starting from the reflex delay of the trapezius muscles C2 - 3 in Fig. 10(b), extend the upper body pattern part 55 (55a, 55b, 55c) so that it goes from the inner edge of the left scapula (T2 - 3) → the back side of the right liver (T9 - 12) → the left lumbar region (L4 - 5). It is effective to fold a single tape to create an overlapping point. When standing, due to the G (gravity) from above, heavy pressure is applied. Naturally, compressive fatigue is applied to the muscles, ligaments, and joints, distorting the skeleton. When in the supine position, common fatigue points can be detected regardless of the body type and muscle fatigue of the distortion. And by relaxing this point in the supine position at the above - mentioned points, the erector spinae muscle group recovers from fatigue, making it easier to withstand the compressive muscle fatigue when standing.
[0046] In the pajamas 100 of the present embodiment, a first lower body pattern part 51 located at a position along the tensor fasciae latae muscle (81) in the lower body main body part 20 and a second lower body pattern part 52 located at a position along at least one of the semitendinosus - like muscle (85) and the semimembranosus - like muscle (86) are formed. And on the back 19 of the upper body main body part 10, an S - shaped upper body pattern part 55 composed of a first back pattern 55a, a second back pattern 55b, and a third back pattern 55c is formed. Therefore, it is possible to realize pajamas that have a beneficial effect on the body (such as reducing and alleviating fatigue, increasing the ability to withstand fatigue, etc.) when sleeping (for example, when in the supine position).
[0047] Taping, which involves directly applying tape to the body, is commonly used by athletes and serves to protect muscles. However, the technology of this embodiment uses weak stimuli as opposed to the strong stimuli of directly applying tape, and can be described as non-contact indirect taping. Even if the characteristics (stimuli) are slight, in biological phenomena, it is possible to perform effective stimulation on a predetermined location and achieve the function of improving motor ability. That is, (since the body is a collection of delicate sensors) it only needs to serve as a trigger for the stimulus, and even if there is a slight difference in characteristics due to the presence or absence of the pajama pattern portion 50, effects such as fatigue relief can be exerted. Just as the fact that needles and moxibustion applied to the head can affect the body, the pajamas 100 of this embodiment can, simply by being worn, relieve the fatigue of the wearer and strengthen fatigue resistance. Also, by incorporating minerals into the pajama pattern portion 50, it is speculated that the influence from those minerals (such as negative ions, terahertz waves, static electricity, far-infrared rays, hormesis, etc.) may be acting as a stimulus, and thereby it is speculated that the effects of the pajamas 100 of this embodiment are being obtained.
[0048] Also, when constructing the (substantially) S-shaped upper body pattern portion 55 by bending a single tape material, there will be multiple locations where the front and back surfaces of the single tape material overlap. This overlapping portion can also become one of the stimuli to the body. In particular, when the pattern 50 (tape material) contains minerals, mineral vibrations (fluctuations) flow through there, and a weak current also flows, forming a magnetic field. At the switching points (the locations where the front and back surfaces of a single tape material overlap), amplification of the mineral vibrations occurs (creating ripples (fluctuations, oscillations)), and since the vibrations are transmitted to the pattern 50 (tape material), this is preferable. Note that while vibrations are affected by air flow and magnetic fields outside the body, inside the body, they flow along the myofascia (the muscle routes through which qi energy flows), and here, this phenomenon is utilized.
[0049] Figures 11 and 12 illustrate the manufacturing process of the pajamas 100 of this embodiment.
[0050] Figure 11 shows the state of producing the upper body pattern parts 55 (55a, 55b, 55c) on the flat and spread upper body main body 10. The dimensions (with an error of ±10%) are for illustration purposes, but the width of the upper body pattern part 55 is 5 cm. The starting point S is at the collar of the center line C of the upper body main body (shirt) 10, and the starting point (point) 70 (the position of the end face in the middle of the pattern width) is 4 cm directly below (H1) from the starting point S and 9 cm directly to the right (W1). The point 71 is 10.5 cm directly below (H2) from the starting point S and 12 cm directly to the left (W2). The point 72 is 19 cm directly below (H3) from the starting point S and 15 cm directly to the right (W3). And the point 73 is 57 cm directly below (H4) from the starting point S and 18 cm directly to the left (W4). Note that these dimensions or shapes can be appropriately selected according to the actual required characteristics and designs.
[0051] Figure 12 shows the state of producing the first lower body pattern part 51 and the second lower body pattern part 52 on the flat and spread lower body main body 20. The dimensions (with an error of ±10%) are for illustration purposes, but the widths of the first lower body pattern part 51 and the second lower body pattern part 52 are 2.5 cm. The starting point S is at the position above the rubber part removed on the center line C of the lower body main body (trousers) 20. The upper end point of the first lower body pattern part 51 is 12 cm below (H5) from the starting point S and 20 cm horizontally (W5). The upper end point of the second lower body pattern part 52 is 24 cm below (H6) from the starting point S and 5 cm horizontally (W6). Note that these dimensions or shapes can be appropriately selected according to the actual required characteristics and designs.
[0052] <Example> Next, the effects of the example (effect test) when wearing the pajamas 100 of the present embodiment will be specifically described. FIG. 13 shows the experimental results when wearing 100. The evaluation of the experiment was carried out in terms of "good sleep", "feeling warm in the body", "comfortable", "feeling light in the body when waking up", and "feeling refreshed when waking up" when wearing the pajamas 100. When measuring specific sports, it is desirable to evaluate with numbers. However, since the effect of wearing the pajamas 100 is more preferably evaluated subjectively than numerically (for example, rather than an increase in flexibility by 1 cm), such an experiment is conducted.
[0053] For each item, the experiment was conducted on subjects A to J with "strongly agree" being 5 points, "agree" being 4 points, "neither" being 3 points, "disagree" being 2 points, and "strongly disagree" being 1 point.
[0054] The experimental results averaged 4.5 points for "good sleep", 4.3 points for "feeling warm in the body", 4.5 points for "comfortable", 4.2 points for "feeling light in the body when waking up", and 4.0 points for "feeling refreshed when waking up", and all items were evaluated as "agree" (4 points) or higher. From the results of this example, the effects of the pajamas 100 of the present embodiment can be confirmed.
[0055] As described above, the present invention has been explained by way of preferred embodiments. However, such descriptions are not limiting matters, and of course, various modifications are possible. The configurations or methods of the above-described embodiments or modified examples are applicable to each other. The pajamas 100 of the present embodiment are conceived to be used during sleep (including dozing), but may also be used when hospitalized or when lying on a bed for nursing care. Further, in the configuration of the present embodiment, the upper body pattern portion 55 is expressed as a (substantially) S shape, but this is for convenience, and other expressions may be adopted. In addition, although it has been described with specifying "from the lower end" such as "starting from the lower end 71 of the first back pattern 55a and extending from the upper left to the lower right, the second back pattern 55", it does not have to start strictly from the lower end, and there may be a slightly protruding portion. Further, in the present embodiment, the upper body main body portion 10 and the lower body main body portion 20 of the present embodiment have been described as a pair, but each may be used separately as the upper body main body portion 10 (for example, over a shirt, T-shirt, sweater, trainer, etc.) and the lower body main body portion 20 (such as pants, under a sweater, etc.). Also, it is not prohibited to integrate the upper and lower parts like a stitch.
