Description
[0001] GUIDE SYSTEM WHERE FLUSHING PROCESS IS ENABLED VIA HELICAL MOVEMENT OF FLUID
[0002] Subject of the Invention
[0003] The invention relates to a guide system, which enables the flushing fluid coming from at least one fluid source to be delivered into at least one ceramic sanitary ware bowl (11).
[0004] State of the Art
[0005] The ceramic sanitary ware are used in the areas like bathrooms, toilet rooms and kitchens. It is required to clean the ceramic sanitary ware after the use and the flushing systems are employed for this purpose. According to the state of the art, the water or the flushing fluid to be used for cleaning is commonly stored in a flush tank / fluid source wherein the flow of said stored water or flushing fluid into the ceramic sanitary ware takes place upon the user activating the flushing system, thereby enabling the ceramic sanitary ware to be cleaned. In order to achieve an effective cleaning, it is necessary to distribute said water or flushing fluid into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. The water coming from the fluid source reaches the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware by means of a water guide structure / piece, which is disposed in the rear part of the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware generally in an integral manner with the ceramic sanitary ware. The process of distribution of the flushing fluid or the water into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware is most of the time realized with the help of the channels, which may also be called the waterways, on the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. There are a great number of holes on these channels opening into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. This product type is also referred to as the ceramic sanitary ware with channel. These channels / waterways extend along the circumference of the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware and enable the water or the flushing fluid to be distributed into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. The water entering the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware via more than one point collides inside the channel / waterway on the bowl or inside the bowl and this leads to undesirable sound and splashes. In addition, the access to the interior of the channels / waterways is difficult in the ceramic sanitary ware with channel, and thus, it is not possible to clean every point of the ceramic sanitary ware by the desired extent, which in turn leads to some problems of hygiene. In the ceramic sanitary ware with channel, the water or the flushing fluid delivered into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware is able to perform a limited flushing action by advancing only in the direction of the channel / waterway on the bowl.
[0006] The channel-free ceramic sanitary ware were also developed for the purpose of preventing the hygiene problems caused by the ceramic sanitary ware with channel. Since the channel-free ceramic sanitary ware do not include any channel on the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware, they are easy to clean and the possible hygiene problems may thus be precluded. It is necessary also in the channel-free ceramic sanitary ware to distribute the flushing fluid or the water into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware in some way. For this purpose, various apparatus or the guide structures contained in the ceramic sanitary ware are used and in this way, the water or the flushing fluid is enabled to be distributed into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. Such apparatus or structures usually guide the water or the flushing fluid coming from the flush tank / fluid source and enable the same to be distributed into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. By means of said apparatus, the flushing water is guided inside the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware in at least one direction.
[0007] In the ceramic sanitary ware with channel or the channel-free ceramic sanitary ware used according to the state of the art, at least one guide structure / piece is present for delivering the flushing fluid or the water coming from the fluid source into the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware, said guide structure / piece being disposed in the rear part of the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware, being preferably made of ceramic and being also preferably integral with the ceramic sanitary ware. This structure / piece is connected with the waterway / channel on the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware in said ceramic sanitary ware with channel. The flushing fluid passing through the ceramic guide structure / piece in the rear part of the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware performs the flushing process by circulating through the interior of the bowl. In the channel-free ceramic sanitary ware used according to the state of the art, the flushing fluid or the water coming from the fluid source reaches at least one fluid distributor on the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware, by passing through the guide structure / piece disposed in the rear part of the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. In both cases, the flushing fluid coming from the fluid source reaches the waterway / channels or fluid distributor apparatus on the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware, by passing through the guide structure / piece in the rear part of the ceramic sanitary ware. This guide structure / piece in the rear part of the ceramic sanitary ware causes deformations and structural defects during the production of the ceramic sanitary ware. Further, since this guide structure / piece is manufactured in a manner integral with the ceramic sanitary ware, said guide structure / piece may retain dirt in the course of time, it is not possible to clean said guide structure / piece by detaching / demounting the same, and also, the speed at which the flushing fluid reaches the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware decreases due to the burrs remaining inside said guide structure / piece during the production stage. As such, the sufficiently clean water or flushing fluid is prevented from reaching the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware at a sufficient speed. The particles remaining inside said guide structure / piece also lead to the generation of sound and noise during the flow of the water or the flushing fluid from the fluid source. This noise results in a nuisance for the users.
[0008] Although said guide structure / piece on the ceramic sanitary ware, via which the flushing fluid is delivered, may be manufactured from plastic or a similar material in some known practices, it is observed that the flow energy of the flushing fluid or the water may not be preserved in this case.
[0009] Additionally, it was observed that the number and positions of the fluid passage holes on the guide structures delivering the clean water or the flushing fluid coming from the fluid source to the ceramic sanitary ware or to at least one flushing system on the ceramic sanitary ware are also important for the achievement of an effective flushing in the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. The hole structure on the guide structures according to the state of the art is unable to provide a level of fluid flow rate sufficient for cleaning the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware. Consequently, all the technical problems mentioned above have made it necessary to make an innovation in the relevant technical field.
[0010] Object of the Invention
[0011] An object of the invention is to develop a system wherein the flushing process for the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware is achieved by means of a fluid that performs a helical movement inside the ceramic sanitary ware.
[0012] Another object of the invention is to develop a system wherein the flushing fluid is enabled to form a vortex inside the ceramic sanitary ware and thus, the flushing fluid is enabled to reach all the points of the bowl of the ceramic sanitary ware.
[0013] Another object of the invention is to develop a system wherein the flushing fluid is delivered in one direction into the ceramic sanitary ware and thus, the splashes and the undesired sound resulting from the collision of the flushing fluid with another fluid flowing in the opposite direction inside the ceramic sanitary ware are prevented.
[0014] Another object of the invention is to develop a guide system comprising a one-sided channel, which enables the fluid to be delivered into the bowl, and a distributor piece, which enables the fluid conveyed by the channel to be guided and has a structure able to be attached on and detached from the ceramic sanitary ware.
