Abstract

[PROBLEM] To provide a toy that has good handleability and that is highly entertaining. [SOLUTION] A toy 1 is capable of transforming into a first form 1F and a second form 2F and comprises a body 10 including: a first part 11 that is in the shape of a character; a second part 12 that can support the first part 11 when the toy is in the second form 2F; and a third part 13 that can hold the first part 11 and the second part 12 when the toy is in the first form 1F. In the first form 1F, the first part 11 and the second part 12 form a plate shape, and in the second form 2F, form a three-dimensional shape.

[0009] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION A toy according to one aspect of the present invention will now be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a front view of the toy 1 in a first configuration. Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the toy 1 in the first configuration.

[0010] The toy 1 can assume a first form 1F, which is an integrated, flat plate-like form shown in Figures 1 and 2, and a second form 2F (see Figure 6), which takes on a three-dimensional shape after being separated and assembled from the first form 1F. In the first form 1F, as shown in Figure 1, the main body 10 is configured to include a first part 11 in the shape of character C, a second part 12 that can support the first part 11 in the second form 2F, and a third part 13 that holds the first part 11 and the second part 12 from the outside in the first form 1F.

Claims

1. A toy that can take a first form and a second form, comprising a main body part including a first part portion in the shape of a character, a second part portion capable of supporting the first part portion in the second form, and a third part portion capable of holding the first part portion and the second part portion in the first form, wherein the first part portion and the second part portion form a flat plate shape in the first form and a three-dimensional shape in the second form.

2. The toy according to claim 1, wherein the first part portion and the second part portion are provided adjacent to the third part portion in the first form.

3. The toy according to claim 2, wherein the first part portion and the second part portion are provided adjacent to each other in the first form.

4. The toy according to claim 3, wherein the third part portion holds a part of the first part portion and a part of the second part portion in the first form.

5. The toy according to claim 4, wherein the first part portion does not form the outer periphery of the main body part in the first form, and the second part portion forms the outer periphery of the main body part in the first form.

6. The toy according to claim 5, wherein the first part portion and the second part portion are configured to be changeable from the first form to the second form on the condition that they are separated from the third part portion.

7. The toy according to claim 6, wherein the first part portion and the second part portion are configured to be attachable to the third part portion again after being separated from the third part portion.

8. The toy according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the main body part is configured to be curved.

9. The toy according to claim 8, wherein the main body part includes a first end portion to a fourth end portion, and at least one of the first end portion to the fourth end portion is configured to be curved in the first form.

10. The toy according to claim 9, wherein the first part portion includes a head, a torso, and legs that form a character, and the head and the legs are configured to be curved with respect to the torso.

11. The toy according to claim 10, wherein the first part portion includes a mounting portion that does not form the character, and the outer periphery of the first part portion forms an uneven shape at the head, the body, and the legs, and forms a linear shape at the mounting portion.

12. The toy according to claim 11, wherein the mounting portion is configured such that its lateral width is longer than the lateral width of the legs.

13. The toy according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the first part portion is configured not to bend in the second form, and the second part portion is configured to bend in the second form.

14. The toy according to claim 13, wherein the second part portion includes one first support portion and two second support portions, and the second support portions are provided at the left and right end portions of the first support portion.

The toy according to claim 14, wherein the first support portion is configured to be linear with its upper end portion and lower end portion not inclined, and the second support portion is configured to be linear with its upper end portion not inclined and linear with its lower end portion inclined.

16. The toy according to claim 15, wherein the second support portion is configured to be foldable with respect to the first support portion in the second form.

17. The toy according to claim 16, wherein the first support portion and the second support portion form a groove portion in the second form and in the folded state.

19. The toy according to claim 18, wherein the folding line is provided inclined with respect to the formation direction of the slit.

20. The toy according to claim 19, wherein the groove portion is configured such that the width of the groove portion varies according to the part thereof.

The toy according to claim 20, wherein the groove portion has a width of a first length formed at a first part on the end side in the width direction of the second part portion, and has a second length longer than the first length formed at a second part inside the width direction from the first part.

The toy according to claim 21, wherein the first part portion includes a head, a body, and legs that constitute a character, the first part portion includes a mounting portion that does not constitute the character, and in the second form, the first part portion is configured to be able to mount the mounting portion to the groove portion.

23. The toy according to claim 22, wherein in the second form, the second part portion is configured to be able to mount the mounting portion to the groove portion in a state of being bent at an angle of 90 degrees.
