Abstract
Description
Service providing system and service providing method
[0001] The present invention relates to a service providing system and a service providing method.
[0002] Cloud service provision systems are known that provide services such as software (applications) to users via a network. Users can use the services provided by the cloud service provision system from their client terminals by preparing a certain environment, such as a client terminal such as a personal computer (PC), a web browser running on the client terminal, and an internet connection.
[0003] A service provided by such a cloud service providing system may be contracted as a contract by an organization such as a company, and members of the organization may use the service as customer users. One form of such a service is to provide a facility management support service to customer users. This facility management support service is a service in which vibration sensors that detect vibrations of various facilities (equipment) used in, for example, a machine factory or a steel plant managed by the customer user, acoustic sensors that detect sounds of the facilities, temperature sensors that detect temperatures of the facilities, etc. are installed in advance, and an application is executed using detection data, etc. detected by the various sensors to perform status analysis and deterioration diagnosis of the facilities.
[0004] In a conventional cloud service providing system that provides facility management support services to customer users, multiple customer users are invited to a single management group (e.g., called a tenant) and are allowed to access and use the same application within the management group. In this case, customer users (employees of a company, etc.) belong to a management group, and an administrator who manages the management group is assigned to the management group. For example, a technology has been devised that reduces the administrator's effort in assigning permissions to each user belonging to the management group (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0005] JP 2019-036141 A
[0006] However, in a cloud service provision system that provides facility management support services to multiple customer users belonging to one management group, there are problems such as difficulty in customizing applications for each customer user, and the mixing of multiple data related to facilities managed by multiple customer users, which could result in the service provider making an error in linking customer data and therefore the leakage (contamination) of the data (confidential information).
[0007] An object of the present invention is to provide a service providing system and a service providing method that can solve the problems that arise when multiple customer users belong to one management group.
[0008] According to the present invention, there is provided a service providing system having the following configuration: [1] A service providing system for providing a facility management support service to a customer user, comprising: a first management group allocation unit that allocates a first management group accessible to a first customer user to the first customer user; a second management group allocation unit that allocates a second management group accessible to a second customer user to the second customer user; a first application association unit that associates a first application generated in response to an instruction from the first customer user with the first management group; a second application association unit that associates a second application generated in response to an instruction from the second customer user with the second management group; and a first management facility managed by the first customer user. a first data acquisition unit that acquires first data related to the construction, operation or maintenance of a second managed facility managed by the second customer user and stores it in a first storage unit associated with the first management group; and a second data acquisition unit that acquires second data related to the construction, operation or maintenance of a second managed facility managed by the second customer user and stores it in a second storage unit associated with the second management group, wherein the first application is capable of executing processing related to the facility management support service based on the first data stored in the first storage unit, and the second application is capable of executing processing related to the facility management support service based on the second data stored in the second storage unit.
[0009] According to the present invention, a first application generated in response to an instruction from a first customer user is associated with a first management group, and a second application generated in response to an instruction from a second customer user is associated with a second management group, thereby enabling applications to be customized for each customer user. Furthermore, first data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of a first managed facility managed by a first customer user is stored in a first storage unit associated with the first management group, and second data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of a second managed facility managed by a second customer user is stored in a second storage unit associated with the second management group. This prevents data leakage resulting from the mixing of multiple data related to facilities managed by multiple customer users. This solves the problems of the prior art caused by multiple customer users belonging to a single management group.
[0010] Various embodiments of the present invention are exemplified below. The embodiments shown below can be combined with each other. [0065] The application association unit 11b accepts a service provider user's operation on the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10 and associates a first application 101 (see FIG. 7 ) generated in response to an instruction (e.g., a customization request) from the first customer user U1 with the first management group 100. The first customer user U1's customization request may be made while the first customer user U1 is experiencing the facility management support service in the common management group 120, or may be made after the first management group 100 is assigned to the first customer user U1. The facility management support service provider (service provider user) identifies data required to run the first application 101 and checks whether a sensor for acquiring the data is installed in the first plant 5. If a sensor is not installed, the provider provides the sensor to the first customer user U1 and suggests installation. Sensor installation proposal information regarding the proposal is input into the administrator terminal 10 by the facility management support service provider, transmitted to the server 2, and associated with the first customer user U1 by the service provider user-customer user information transmission unit 11g of the server 2 (which has a function for communicating online between the service provider user and the first customer user U1 requests for sensor installation and app customization), and displayed on the first terminal device 4. The sensor installation proposal information includes, for example, the type of sensor that needs to be installed (information indicating whether it is a vibration sensor, acoustic sensor, or temperature sensor), the installation location where the sensor needs to be installed, the product number of the recommended sensor, etc.
[0066] The application association unit 11b accepts the service provider user's operation on the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10 and associates the second application 111 (see FIG. 7 ) generated in response to the second customer user U2's instruction (e.g., a customization request) with the second management group 110. The second customer user U2's customization request may be made while the second customer user U2 is experiencing the facility management support service in the common management group 120, or may be made after the second management group 110 is assigned to the second customer user U2. The facility management support service provider (service provider user) identifies data required to run the second application 111 and checks whether a sensor for acquiring the data is installed in the second plant 8. If a sensor is not installed, the provider provides the second customer user U2 with the sensor and suggests its installation. The sensor installation proposal information regarding the proposal is input into the administrator terminal 10 by the facility management support service provider, transmitted to the server 2, and associated with the second customer user U2 by the service provider user-customer user information transmission unit 11g of the server 2 (which has a function of exchanging requests for sensor installation and app customization online between the service provider user and the second customer user U2), and displayed on the second terminal device 7. The sensor installation proposal information includes, for example, the type of sensor that needs to be installed (information indicating whether it is a vibration sensor, acoustic sensor, or temperature sensor), the installation location where the sensor needs to be installed, the product number of the recommended sensor, etc.
[0067] The application association unit 11b accepts operations by the service provider user via the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10 and associates a common application 121 (also referred to as a demonstration application; see FIG. 7 ) accessible by a customer user U who wishes to experience the facility management support service with the common management group 120. The common application 121 can execute processes related to the facility management support service (e.g., status analysis processes and degradation diagnosis processes for various plant equipment) based on common data stored in a common storage unit 122 (see FIG. 7 ; e.g., a cloud database) associated with the common management group 120. The common application 121 is developed, for example, by a facility management support service provider (service provider user) and can be associated with the common management group 120 after development is complete. The common data is, for example, demonstration data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the plant (managed facility) or part of the customer user U's data. When data of multiple customer users is stored as common data in the common storage unit 122, partitions may be provided in the common storage unit 122 and the data of the customer users may be managed for each partition, or the data may be stored in a single database with a label for each customer user. This allows customer users to perform demonstrations related to construction, operation, or maintenance using data related to their own managed facilities.
[0068] The application associating unit 11b functions as the "first application associating unit," the "second application associating unit," and the "common application associating unit" of the present invention.
[0069] Examples of applications provided by the service providing system 1 include an inspection management application or an equipment status management application for the customer user's managed equipment. For example, the inspection management application acquires data that associates the items of inspections performed by the customer user on the managed equipment with the equipment's identification information or specification information, and further sequentially acquires the inspection history or inspection results for the inspection items. The inspection management application then executes a process to create, for example, an inspection report based on the acquired information and outputs the report. For example, the equipment status management application acquires detection data (including image data or scan data of the equipment) from a sensor installed in the equipment, associates the data with the equipment's identification information or specification information, and based on the acquired information, creates information that visualizes the status of the managed equipment, or determines whether there are any abnormalities or deterioration, and outputs the results (e.g., maps the data on an equipment model, notifies the user, etc.).
[0070] The data acquisition unit 11c acquires first data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the first plant 5 managed by the first customer user U1, for example, via a gateway (not shown) managed by the first customer user U1, and stores the first data in a first storage unit 102 (see FIG. 7 ; for example, a cloud database) associated with the first management group 100. The first application 101 can execute processing related to the facility management support service (for example, status analysis processing and degradation diagnosis processing of various devices in the first plant 5) based on the first data stored in the first storage unit 102. In this embodiment, the first application 101 is created by customizing a common application (e.g., the common application 121 deployed in the common management group 120), and differs from the common application 121 in the configuration of the application's display screen (e.g., the type and arrangement of index values included in the display screen, the display of the customer logo, color configuration, etc.), plant abnormal values (e.g., vibration index values that indicate the need for equipment inspection), the installation locations of sensors from which detection data included in the application's input data is acquired and product information for the sensors, and the presence or absence of additional functions in the application. A request for application customization may be communicated from the first customer user U1 to the service provider user outside the system (by telephone, email, etc.), or may be input by the first customer user U1 via the first terminal device 4 in the system, transmitted to the server 2, and then communicated to the service provider user by the service provider user-customer user information communication unit 11g.
[0071] The data acquisition unit 11c may acquire the first data continuously or periodically when the first customer user U1 uses the facility management support service. The data acquisition unit 11c may acquire the first data from one first data storage unit 6 or from multiple first data storage units 6. The data acquisition unit 11c may acquire the first data when new first data is stored (i.e., uploaded) in the first data storage unit 6 as a trigger.
[0072] The data acquisition unit 11c acquires second data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the second plant 8 managed by the second customer user U2, for example, via a gateway (not shown) managed by the second customer user U2, and stores the second data in a second storage unit 112 (see FIG. 7 ; for example, a cloud database) associated with the second management group 110. The second application 111 can execute processes related to the facility management support service (for example, status analysis processes and degradation diagnosis processes for various devices in the second plant 8) based on the second data stored in the second storage unit 112. In this embodiment, the second application 111 is created by customizing a common application (e.g., the common application 121 deployed in the common management group 120). The second application 111 differs from the common application 121 in the configuration of the application's display screen (e.g., the types and arrangement of indicators included in the display screen, the display of the customer logo, color configuration, etc.), plant abnormal values (e.g., vibration indicators indicating the need for equipment inspection), the installation locations and product information of sensors from which detection data included in the application's input data is acquired, and the availability of additional functions in the application. The data acquisition unit 11c functions as the "first data acquisition unit" and "second data acquisition unit" of the present invention. A request for application customization may be transmitted from the second customer user U2 to the service provider user outside the present system (e.g., by telephone, email, etc.), or may be input by the second customer user U2 via the second terminal device 7, transmitted to the server 2, and transmitted to the service provider user by the service provider user-customer user information transmission unit 11g in the present system.
[0073] The data acquisition unit 11c may acquire the second data continuously or periodically when the second customer user U2 uses the facility management support service. The data acquisition unit 11c may acquire the second data from one second data storage unit 9 or from multiple second data storage units 9. The data acquisition unit 11c may acquire the second data when new second data is stored (i.e., uploaded) in the second data storage unit 9 as a trigger.
[0074] The application execution control unit 11 d controls the execution of the first application 101 in the first management group 100 based on the first data stored in the first storage unit 102 .
[0075] The application execution control unit 11 d controls the execution of the second application 111 in the second management group 110 based on the second data stored in the second storage unit 112 .
[0076] In the common management group 120, the application execution control unit 11d controls the execution of the common application 121 based on the common data stored in the common storage unit 122. This allows one or more customer users U who wish to experience using the facility management support service to use the common data to experience the execution of the common application 121 (i.e., use of the facility management support service). In other words, the service providing user can avoid the trouble of providing an application execution environment for each customer user U who wishes to experience using the facility management support service.
[0077] After the experience, customer user U, who wishes to fully utilize the facility management support service, notifies the service providing user of his / her desire to use the application. The service providing user then performs an operation on the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10 to request that a management group accessible by customer user U, who wishes to fully utilize the facility management support service, be assigned to customer user U. In this embodiment, first customer user U1 and second customer user U2, who have experienced the facility management support service, notify the service providing user of their desire to use the application, and then the first management group 100 and the second management group 110 are assigned to first customer user U1 and second customer user U2, respectively.
[0078] The execution result output control unit 11e controls output of the execution result of the first application 101 to the first terminal device 4 used by the first customer user U1. For example, the execution result output control unit 11e controls display of the execution result of the first application 101 on the display unit 25 of the first terminal device 4. In this case, the first customer user U1 can easily understand the execution result of the first application 101 (for example, the status analysis results and degradation diagnosis results of various devices in the first plant 5) by checking the display unit 25 of the first terminal device 4.
[0079] The execution result output control unit 11e controls output of the execution result of the second application 111 to the second terminal device 7 used by the second customer user U2. For example, the execution result output control unit 11e controls display of the execution result of the second application 111 on the display unit 35 of the second terminal device 7. In this case, the second customer user U2 can easily understand the execution result of the second application 111 (for example, the status analysis results and degradation diagnosis results of various devices in the second plant 8) by checking the display unit 35 of the second terminal device 7.
[0080] The execution result output control unit 11e functions as the "first output unit" and the "second output unit" of the present invention.
[0081] The access authority granting unit 11f grants the first customer user U1 access authority to the first management group 100, the first application 101, or the first data stored in the first storage unit 102, based on instructions from a provider of the facility management support service (a service providing user). Specifically, the access authority granting unit 11f grants the first customer user U1 access authority according to a security label set for each type of first data or each type of execution result of the first application 101. The access authority granting unit 11f functions as the "first access authority granting unit" of the present invention.
[0082] The security label is set corresponding to, for example, an area of the first management equipment related to the first data or the execution result of the first application, or the construction, operation, or maintenance work related to the first data or the execution result of the first application. Examples of a configuration for granting the first customer user U1 access rights according to the security label set for each type of first data (e.g., an area within the first plant 5, a parameter of the first data) include a configuration for granting access rights according to the security label set for each area of the first plant 5 (e.g., the distillation equipment area, the decomposition processing area, the shared equipment area) to a user in charge of each area; a configuration for granting access rights according to the security label set for each work work, such as granting an equipment operator access rights to information on the internal temperature, internal pressure, and content concentration of the equipment, and information on the operating status analyzed by the first application 101 based on these, and granting an equipment maintenance user access rights to the vibration value of the equipment, and information on equipment deterioration or inspection records. Furthermore, examples of a configuration for granting access rights to the first customer user U1 according to the security label set for each execution result of the first application 101 include a configuration in which access rights are granted to users in charge of each area of the first plant 5 (e.g., distillation equipment area, decomposition processing area, shared equipment area) according to the security label set for that area, or a configuration in which access rights are granted according to the security label set for each job content assigned to the first customer user U1 in accordance with the job content assigned to the first customer user U1, such as granting access rights to management and supervisor-level users of the first plant 5 to information that affects profits from production activities at the first plant 5, and granting access rights to information related to on-site operations at the first plant 5 to operator-level users of the first plant 5.
[0083] Based on instructions from a provider of the facility management support service (service providing user), the access authority granting unit 11f grants the second customer user U2 access authority to the second management group 110, the second application 111, or the second data stored in the second storage unit 112. Specifically, the access authority granting unit 11f grants the second customer user U2 access authority according to a security label set for each type of second data or each type of execution result of the second application 111.
[0084] Here, examples of a configuration for granting access rights to the second customer user U2 according to a security label set for each type of second data (e.g., an area within the second plant 8, a parameter of the second data) include a configuration in which access rights are granted to a user in charge of each area of the second plant 8 (e.g., a distillation equipment area, a decomposition processing area, a shared equipment area) according to a security label set for that area, or a configuration in which access rights are granted according to a security label set for each job content in correspondence with the job content of the second customer user U2, such as granting an equipment operating user access rights to information regarding the internal temperature, internal pressure, and content concentration of the equipment, and the propriety of the operating state analyzed by the second application 111 based on these, and granting an equipment maintenance user access rights to the vibration values of the equipment and information regarding equipment deterioration based on these or information regarding inspection records. Furthermore, examples of configurations for granting access rights to the second customer user U2 according to the security label set for each execution result of the second application 111 include a configuration in which access rights are granted to users in charge of each area of the second plant 8 (e.g., distillation equipment area, decomposition processing area, shared equipment area) according to the security label set for that area, or a configuration in which access rights are granted according to the security label set for each job content assigned to the second customer user U2 in accordance with the job content assigned to the second customer user U2, such as granting access rights to management and supervisor-level users of the second plant 8 to information that affects profits from production activities at the second plant 8, and granting access rights to information related to on-site operations at the second plant 8 to operator-level users of the second plant 8.
[0085] (Common Management Group Assignment Processing) FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing an example of common management group assignment processing performed by the server 2 in this embodiment.
[0086] First, the management group allocation unit 11a accepts an operation by a service provider user on the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10 requesting that a common management group 120 accessible to customer user U be allocated to customer user U, and allocates the common management group 120 to customer user U (step S100).
[0087] Next, the application associating unit 11b accepts an operation by the service providing user on the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10, and associates the common applications 121 accessible by the customer user U with the common management group 120 (step S110).
[0088] Next, the application execution control unit 11d determines whether or not a request to execute the common application 121 has been issued from a customer user U who has access to the common application 121 (step S120). If the determination result shows that a request to execute the common application 121 has not been issued (step S120, NO), the process returns to before step S120.
[0089] On the other hand, if a request for execution of the common application 121 occurs (step S120, YES), the application execution control unit 11d controls the execution of the common application 121 in the common management group 120 based on the common data stored in the common storage unit 122 (step S130). Upon completion of the process of step S130, the process returns to the state before step S120.
[0090] (First Management Group Assignment Process) FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing an example of a first management group assignment process performed by the server 2 in this embodiment.
[0091] First, the management group allocation unit 11a determines whether an operation requesting allocation of the first management group 100 to the first customer user U1 has been received as an operation from a service provider user on the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10 (step S200). If the determination result shows that an operation requesting allocation of the first management group 100 to the first customer user U1 has not been received (step S200, NO), the process returns to before step S200.
[0092] On the other hand, if an operation requesting assignment of the first management group 100 to the first customer user U1 is received (step S200, YES), the management group assignment unit 11a assigns the first management group 100 to the first customer user U1 (step S210).
[0093] Finally, the application association unit 11b accepts an operation by the service providing user via the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10, and associates the first application 101 generated in response to an instruction (e.g., a customization request) from the first customer user U1 with the first management group 100 (step S220). Upon completion of the processing in step S220, the server 2 terminates the first management group assignment processing shown in FIG.
[0094] (Second Management Group Assignment Process) FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing an example of second management group assignment process performed by the server 2 in this embodiment.
[0095] First, the management group assignment unit 11a determines whether an operation requesting assignment of the second management group 110 to the second customer user U2 has been received as an operation from a service provider user on the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10 (step S300). If the determination result shows that an operation requesting assignment of the second management group 110 to the second customer user U2 has not been received (step S300, NO), the process returns to before step S300.
[0096] On the other hand, if an operation requesting assignment of the second management group 110 to the second customer user U2 is received (step S300, YES), the management group assignment unit 11a assigns the second management group 110 to the second customer user U2 (step S310).
[0097] Finally, the application association unit 11b accepts an operation by the service providing user via the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10, and associates the second application 111 generated in response to an instruction (e.g., a customization request) from the second customer user U2 with the second management group 110 (step S320). Upon completion of the processing in step S320, the server 2 ends the second management group assignment processing shown in FIG.
[0098] (First Application Execution Processing) FIG. 11 is a flowchart showing an example of a first application execution processing performed by the server 2 in this embodiment.
[0099] First, the data acquisition unit 11c refers to the first data storage unit 6 and determines whether or not new first data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the first plant 5 managed by the first customer user U1 has been generated (i.e., stored) (step S400). If the determination result shows that new first data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the first plant 5 has not been generated (step S400, NO), the server 2 ends the first application execution process shown in FIG.
[0100] On the other hand, if new first data has been generated regarding the construction, operation, or maintenance of the first plant 5 (step S400, YES), the data acquisition unit 11c acquires the first data and stores it in the first memory unit 102 associated with the first management group 100 (step S410).
[0101] Next, the application execution control unit 11d determines whether an operation requesting control of the execution of the first application 101 based on the first data stored in the first storage unit 102 has been received as an operation from the service providing user on the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10 (step S420). If the determination result shows that an operation requesting control of the execution of the first application 101 has not been received (step S420, NO), the process returns to before step S420.
[0102] On the other hand, if an operation requesting control of the execution of the first application 101 is received (step S420, YES), the application execution control unit 11d controls the execution of the first application 101 in the first management group 100 based on the first data stored in the first memory unit 102 (step S430).
[0103] Finally, the execution result output control unit 11e controls the output of the execution result of the first application 101 in step S430 to the first terminal device 4 used by the first customer user U1 (step S440). Upon completion of the processing in step S440, the server 2 ends the first application execution processing shown in FIG. 11.
[0104] (Second Application Execution Processing) FIG. 12 is a flowchart showing an example of second application execution processing performed by the server 2 in this embodiment.
[0105] First, the data acquisition unit 11c refers to the second data storage unit 9 and determines whether or not new second data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the second plant 8 managed by the second customer user U2 has been generated (i.e., stored) (step S500). If the determination result shows that new second data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the second plant 8 has not been generated (step S500, NO), the server 2 ends the second application execution process shown in FIG.
[0106] On the other hand, if new second data has been generated regarding the construction, operation, or maintenance of the second plant 8 (step S500, YES), the data acquisition unit 11c acquires the second data and stores it in the second memory unit 112 associated with the second management group 110 (step S510).
[0107] Next, the application execution control unit 11d determines whether an operation requesting control of execution of the second application 111 based on the second data stored in the second storage unit 112 has been received as an operation from the service providing user on the operation input unit 44 of the management terminal device 10 (step S520). If the determination result shows that an operation requesting control of execution of the second application 111 has not been received (step S520, NO), the process returns to before step S520.
[0108] On the other hand, if an operation requesting control of the execution of the second application 111 is received (step S520, YES), the application execution control unit 11d controls the execution of the second application 111 in the second management group 110 based on the second data stored in the second memory unit 112 (step S530).
[0109] Finally, the execution result output control unit 11e controls the output of the execution result of the second application 111 in step S530 to the second terminal device 7 used by the second customer user U2 (step S540). Upon completion of the processing in step S540, the server 2 ends the second application execution processing shown in FIG. 12.
[0110] (Effects of this embodiment) As described above in detail, in this embodiment, the service providing system 1 includes a first management group allocation unit (management group allocation unit 11a) that allocates a first management group 100 accessible to a first customer user U1 to the first customer user U1, a second management group allocation unit (management group allocation unit 11a) that allocates a second management group 110 accessible to a second customer user U2 to a second customer user U2, a first application association unit (application association unit 11b) that associates a first application 101 generated in response to an instruction from the first customer user U1 with the first management group 100, and a second application association unit (application association unit 11b) that associates a second application 101 generated in response to an instruction from the second customer user U2 with the first management group 100. The system includes a second application associating unit (application associating unit 11b) that associates a second application 111 with a second management group 110, a first data acquiring unit (data acquiring unit 11c) that acquires first data related to construction, operation, or maintenance of a first management facility (first plant 5) managed by a first customer user U1 and stores the first data in a first storage unit 102 associated with the first management group 110, and a second data acquiring unit (data acquiring unit 11c) that acquires second data related to construction, operation, or maintenance of a second management facility (second plant 8) managed by a second customer user U2 and stores the second data in a second storage unit 112 associated with the second management group 110. The first application 101 can execute processing related to the facility management support service based on the first data stored in the first storage unit 102, and the second application 111 can execute processing related to the facility management support service based on the second data stored in the second storage unit 112.
[0111] According to the present embodiment configured as described above, the first application 101 generated in response to an instruction from the first customer user U1 is associated with the first management group 100, and the second application 111 generated in response to an instruction from the second customer user U2 is associated with the second management group 110. This allows applications to be customized for each customer user U. Furthermore, first data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the first managed facility (first plant 5) managed by the first customer user U1 is stored in the first storage unit 102 associated with the first management group 100, and second data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the second managed facility (second plant 8) managed by the second customer user U2 is stored in the second storage unit 112 associated with the second management group 110. This prevents data leakage due to, for example, a service provider mislinking customer data, which may occur when multiple data related to facilities (plants) managed by multiple customer users U are mixed together. As described above, the problem of the prior art caused by multiple customer users U belonging to one management group can be resolved.
[0112] (Variation) In the above embodiment, the data acquisition unit 11c may acquire, as the first data, only data necessary for executing the first application 101 from among data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the first plant 5 (first management facility) stored in the first data storage unit 6 managed by the first customer user U1. This shortens the time it takes for the data acquisition unit 11c to acquire the first data and reduces the amount of first data stored in the first storage unit 102 associated with the first management group 100, compared to a case in which data unnecessary for executing the first application 101 is also acquired as the first data.
[0113] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the data acquisition unit 11c may acquire, as the second data, only data necessary for executing the second application 111 from among data related to the construction, operation, or maintenance of the second plant 8 (second management facility) stored in the second data storage unit 9 managed by the second customer user U2. This shortens the time it takes for the data acquisition unit 11c to acquire the second data and reduces the amount of second data stored in the second storage unit 112 associated with the second management group 110, compared to when data unnecessary for executing the second application 111 is also acquired as the second data.
[0114] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the application associating unit 11b may associate a plurality of applications including the first application 101 with the first management group 100. In this case, the access authority granting unit 11f may grant the first customer user U1 access authority to only some of the applications associated with the first management group 100.
[0115] Furthermore, in the above embodiment, the application associating unit 11b may associate a plurality of applications including the second application 111 with the second management group 110. In this case, the access authority granting unit 11f may grant the second customer user U2 access authority to only some of the applications associated with the second management group 110.
[0116] In the above embodiment, the first customer user U1 may invite users from other companies (e.g., an inspection company, a plant regular repair construction company, etc.) to the first management group 100 to share the first data stored in the first storage unit 102. In this case, the first customer user U1 requests a facility management support service provider (service providing user) to grant access rights to users from other companies, and the service providing user performs a setting operation to grant access rights to the users from other companies. The service providing user sets the scope of access rights to be granted to users from other companies. The access rights are set according to security labels set for each area and / or security labels set for each work content (construction, operation, or maintenance). For example, the service providing user sets a setting to grant only access rights to facility data related to area A to users from a construction company in charge of area A within the first plant 5. Similarly, the second customer user U2 may invite users from other companies to the second management group 110 to share the second data stored in the second storage unit 112.
