For example, the user may be a seller who sells items through a service provided by the electronic device (200). According to one embodiment, the service provided by the electronic device (200) may include, but is not limited to, an item sales brokerage service. The user's information may include information for accessing the item management page. For example, the user's information may include the user's account identification information. In summary, in response to a user's input regarding information such as the user's account through the user's terminal (100), the electronic device (200) may receive information for accessing the item management page corresponding to the corresponding user, including the user's account information, from the user's terminal (100).
[0061] In step S330, the electronic device (200) can verify one or more items sold by the user. More specifically, the electronic device (200) can verify one or more items sold by the user based on the user information received from the user's terminal (100).
[0062] In step S350, the electronic device (200) may provide an item management page including delivery details and delivery progress management information of an item sold by the user to the user's terminal (100). According to one embodiment, the delivery details of the item may include various types of information necessary for delivery of the item, such as the order number of the item, item details, delivery address, order date and time, and expected delivery date and time. According to one embodiment, the delivery progress management information may include at least one delivery progress status information divided into at least one stage. Here, the at least one stage may include, but is not limited to, a payment completion stage, an order confirmation completion stage, a delivery stage, a delivery in progress stage, and a delivery completion stage, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that appropriate stages necessary for managing the delivery status of the item may be added or removed. According to one embodiment, the delivery progress status information may include information regarding the number of items corresponding to each stage among the items sold by the user. For example, if among 10 items sold by a user, 3 items have been paid for, 4 items have been confirmed to be ordered, and 3 items are being shipped, the shipping progress status information may include information indicating that 3 items are in the payment stage, 4 items have been confirmed to be ordered, and 3 items are in the shipping stage. Each piece of shipping progress status information may be included in an item management page, and the electronic device (200) may provide this item management page to the user's terminal (100). Shipping details, shipping progress management information, and the item management page including this information will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 6 below.
[0063] According to one embodiment, the item management page may include first button information. The first button information may be button information for completing an order for an item for which a first delivery service linked to a service provided by the electronic device (200) is available among the items sold by the user. In other words, a user selling an item through a service provided by the electronic device (200) may complete an order for an item for which a first delivery service is available by entering a corresponding first button information on an item management page provided by the electronic device (200) and displayed on the user's terminal (100). Items sold by the user may be delivered through multiple delivery services. According to one embodiment, the multiple delivery services may include a first delivery service and a second delivery service. The first delivery service may be a delivery service in which an entity operating a service provided by the electronic device (200) handles delivery of items. The second delivery service may be a delivery service not linked to a service provided by the electronic device (200). An embodiment in which a user completes an order for an item for which the first delivery service can be provided through input corresponding to the first button information will be described in detail in FIGS. 4 to 7 below.
[0064] FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an item management page according to one embodiment. Referring to FIG. 4, the item management page may include delivery progress management information (410) regarding one or more items sold by a user, delivery details information (430) regarding one or more items sold by the user, first button information (451), and second button information (450).
[0065] According to one embodiment, the delivery progress management information (410) may include at least one delivery progress status information (411, 413, 415, 417, 419) divided into at least one stage. Each piece of delivery progress status information may include information regarding the number of items corresponding to each stage among the items sold by the user. For example, referring to FIG. 4, among a total of eight items sold by the user, it can be confirmed through 411 that there is one item in the payment completion stage, through 413 that there are three items in the order confirmation completion stage, through 415 that there are three items in the delivery stage, and through 419 that there is one item in the delivery completion stage. According to one embodiment, the electronic device (200) may check the processing status of the items sold by the user and change the delivery progress status information of each item based on the processing status. For example, when a user confirms an order for items to be delivered through the first delivery service through an input corresponding to the first button information (451), the electronic device (200) can change the delivery progress status of the corresponding items from the payment completion stage to the order confirmation completion stage. As another example, the electronic device (200) can generate waybill information for items sold by the user in response to the user's input, or, after obtaining it from the second delivery service management server, change the delivery progress status of items for which waybill information is confirmed from the order confirmation completion stage to the delivery in progress stage. As another example, the electronic device (200) can confirm the shipment of items through information exchange with the first delivery service management server or the second delivery service management server, and then change the delivery progress status of items for which shipment is confirmed from the delivery in progress stage to the shipment stage.Furthermore, the electronic device (200) can change the delivery progress status of items confirmed to have arrived at the delivery location from the shipping stage to the delivery completion stage after confirming that the items have arrived at the delivery location through information exchange with the first delivery service management server or the second delivery service management server. At this time, the first delivery service management server or the second delivery service management server can confirm the delivery status of the items through information exchange with the delivery person's terminal. For example, when the delivery person reads the barcode of the waybill after completing delivery of the items to the delivery location, the first delivery service management server or the second delivery service management server can confirm that the barcode of the waybill has been read by the delivery person's terminal, and based on this, can confirm that the delivery of the items has been completed, and can transmit information indicating that the delivery of the items has been completed to the electronic device (200).
[0066] According to one embodiment, the item's delivery details (430) may include order number information, delivery type information, delivery service information, waybill number information, expected delivery date and time information, item details (vendor information, option information, order quantity, etc.), buyer information, delivery address information, delivery status information, and order date and time information. However, the information included in the item's delivery details (430) described above is only an example, and it is obvious to a person skilled in the art that information necessary for a user selling an item to manage the delivery status of the item he or she is selling may be additionally included in the item's delivery details (430).
[0067] According to one embodiment, the item management page provided by the electronic device (200) to the user's terminal (100) may include first button information (451). The first button information (451) may be button information for completing an order for an item for which a first delivery service linked to a service provided by the electronic device (200) is available among the items sold by the user. The user may complete the order for an item for which a first delivery service is available by entering the first button information (451) on the item management page displayed on the user's terminal (100). According to one embodiment, in response to the user's first input corresponding to the first button information (451), the electronic device (200) may classify a first item for which a first delivery service is available among the items sold by the user. In other words, the electronic device (200) can identify one or more items that can be used for a delivery service (i.e., the first delivery service) linked to the service provided by the electronic device (200) based on the user's input corresponding to the first button information (451). According to one embodiment, the electronic device (200) can provide information that ultimately asks the user whether to confirm orders for only products delivered through the first delivery service. The information that asks the user whether to confirm orders for only products delivered through the first delivery service will be described in detail in FIG. 5 below.
[0068] According to one embodiment, the items sold by the user may include multiple types of items. For example, the items sold by the user may include a first type of item shipped from overseas and a second type of item shipped domestically. According to one embodiment, upon confirming an input corresponding to the user's first button information (451), the electronic device (200) may determine whether to classify whether the first delivery service is available for the item based on the type of the item sold by the user. For example, the electronic device (200) may not classify whether the first delivery service is available for the first type of item, but may provide the first delivery service management server (300) with delivery details for the first type of item. The first delivery service management server (300) determines whether the first delivery service can be provided based on the delivery details for the first type of items, and if the first delivery service cannot be provided, it provides message information regarding the unavailability of the first delivery service to the electronic device (200), or provides the delivery details for the first type of items to the second delivery service management server (310), so that the first type of delivery can proceed without a hitch. As another example, the electronic device (200) can classify whether the first delivery service can be provided for the second type of items. That is, the electronic device (200) can determine whether the first delivery service can be provided for the second type of items, and then provide an item management page containing only the delivery details for items for which the first delivery service can be provided to the user's terminal (100).
[0069] FIG. 5 is a drawing for explaining inquiry information provided to a user according to a user input corresponding to first button information according to one embodiment.
[0070] The inquiry information of FIG. 5 may be information provided based on a user's input corresponding to the first button information (451) on the item management page of FIG. 4. According to one embodiment, the inquiry information may include message information regarding whether or not to confirm the first delivery service and final confirmation button information (501). By providing the inquiry information of FIG. 5 to the user's terminal (100), the electronic device (200) can receive final confirmation from the user as to whether or not to process order confirmation for only products delivered through the first delivery service. When the user provides an input corresponding to the final confirmation button information (501) through the user's terminal (100), the electronic device (200) can classify first items eligible for the first delivery service among the items sold by the user, and provide an item management page including delivery details for the first item to the user's terminal (100). Subsequently, the user can obtain waybill information for the first item through the item management page including delivery details for the first item. The item management page including delivery details for the first item provided by the electronic device (200) will be described in detail in FIG. 6 below.
[0071] FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an item management page provided according to a user input corresponding to first button information (651) according to one embodiment. The information included in the item management page of FIG. 6 may be identical to the item management page of FIG. 4, except for the button information, and therefore, descriptions of content overlapping with FIG. 4 will be omitted.
[0072] According to one embodiment, the item management page of FIG. 6 may include delivery details for the first item, second button information (601), and fourth button information (603). Here, the first item may include an item for which a delivery service linked to a service provided by the electronic device (200) is possible. That is, in response to a user's request to complete an order confirmation process for the first item for which the first delivery service is possible, the electronic device (200) may provide an item management page including delivery details for the first item to the user's terminal (100). Here, the second button information (601) may be button information for checking waybill information for the first item, and the fourth button information (603) may be button information for checking Excel file information for the first item. That is, the user can obtain waybill information for the first item and Excel file information for the first item by inputting the second button information (601) and the fourth button information (603) on the item management page of FIG. 8 displayed on the user's terminal (100). The Excel file information for the first item may be file information in which a list including detailed information of the first item is stored in Excel format. An embodiment in which the user receives waybill information for the first item from the electronic device (200) by inputting corresponding to the second button information (601) will be described in detail below with reference to FIGS. 7 and 10.
[0073] FIG. 7 is a diagram illustrating an operation method of an electronic device (200) for providing waybill information according to one embodiment. Since the user's terminal, electronic device, and first delivery service management server of FIG. 7 may each be included in the user's terminal, electronic device, and first delivery service management server of FIGS. 1 to 3, descriptions of overlapping content with FIGS. 1 to 3 will be omitted.
[0074] Referring to FIG. 7, in step S701, the electronic device (200) may obtain an input corresponding to second button information from the user's terminal (100). Here, the second button information may include the second button information (601) included in the item management page of FIG. 6, and may be button information for checking the waybill information for the first item.
[0075] In step S703, the electronic device (200) may request the first delivery service management server (300) to generate waybill information based on the input corresponding to the user's second button information. The first delivery service management server (300) may be a server that manages a linked delivery service provided by the electronic device (200), and may be a server of a delivery service in which the entity operating the service provided by the electronic device (200) processes delivery of items. According to one embodiment, the waybill information generation request may include user information corresponding to the user's terminal (100) and delivery details for the first item.
[0076] In steps S705, S707, S709, and S711, the first delivery service management server (300) can obtain waybill number information, waybill form information, sorting code information, and route-related information through information exchange with the first server (710), the second server (730), the third server (750), and the fourth server (770). More specifically, the first delivery service management server (300) can transmit user information and delivery details for the first item to the first server (710), the second server (730), the third server (750), and the fourth server (770), respectively, and obtain waybill number information generated from the first server (710), waybill form information generated from the second server (730), sorting code information generated from the third server (750), and route-related information generated from the fourth server (770). Here, the first server (710) may be a server that manages and generates waybill numbers for items related to the first delivery service, the second server (730) may be a server that manages a waybill format corresponding to the first delivery service, the third server (750) may be a server that manages and generates a classification code related to a zone where items are temporarily loaded during a delivery process using the first delivery service, and the fourth server (770) may be a server that manages a delivery route when delivering items using the first delivery service.
[0077] In step S713, the first delivery service management server (300) may generate link information corresponding to the waybill information of the first item based on the waybill number information, waybill form information, classification code information, and route-related information obtained from each of the first server (710), the second server (730), the third server (750), and the fourth server (770), and may transmit the generated link information to the electronic device (200).
[0078] In step S715, the electronic device (200) may provide an item management page including link information corresponding to the waybill information of the first item received from the first delivery service management server (300) to the user's terminal (100), and when the user inputs corresponding to the link information through the user's terminal (100), the waybill information of the first item may be transmitted to the user's terminal (100). According to one embodiment, the waybill information of the first item may include first barcode information related to an area for temporarily loading the first item during a delivery process using the first delivery service, second barcode information related to the waybill number of the first item, information related to a delivery address corresponding to the first item, and seller and buyer information of the first item. The waybill information of the first item will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 10 below.
[0079] According to one embodiment, steps S703 and S713 may be performed in real time. As will be described later in the description of FIG. 9 below, in the case of information exchange with the second delivery service management server (310) that is not linked to the service provided by the electronic device (200), this may be performed at preset intervals. That is, it is difficult to organically exchange information between the second delivery service management server (310) and the electronic device (200), and for this reason, a predetermined information exchange cycle may be set in consideration of the traffic between the second delivery service management server (310) and the electronic device (200), and information may be exchanged based on the cycle. On the other hand, since the first delivery service management server (300) and the electronic device (200), which provide a delivery service linked to the service provided by the electronic device (200), can organically exchange information, there is no need to set a separate information exchange cycle, and accordingly, the efficiency of information processing may be improved and the information processing speed may be accelerated. In addition, the electronic device (200) continuously tracks the delivery status of the items sold by the user and reflects the tracking in the delivery progress status information included in the item management page, and for this tracking, continuous information exchange with the first delivery service management server (300) and the second delivery service management server (310) may be essential. Even in this case, the electronic device (200) can exchange information in real time with the first delivery service management server (300) to enable one-to-one tracking of items, thereby quickly providing the user with information on the delivery status of items in real time. However, it can only exchange information in bundles according to a preset cycle with the second delivery service management server (300), so that the reflection of the real-time delivery status of items may be relatively delayed.
[0080] Referring back to FIG. 4, according to one embodiment, the item management page that the electronic device (200) provides to the user's terminal (100) may include third button information (450). The third button information (450) may be button information for completing an order for an item that is eligible for a second delivery service that is not linked to a service provided by the electronic device (200) among the items sold by the user. That is, the user may select a delivery service provider for items that are not eligible for the first delivery service through an input corresponding to the third button information (450), and the electronic device (200) may request the management server of the corresponding delivery service (e.g., the second delivery service management server (310)) to generate waybill information. An embodiment in which the user requests the second delivery service management server (310) to generate waybill information through an input corresponding to the third button information (450) will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 8 and 9 below.
[0081] FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating a delivery service management page provided according to a user's input corresponding to third button information according to an embodiment. Referring to FIG. 8, an electronic device (200) may confirm an input corresponding to the user's third button information, and, in response to the input corresponding to the third button information, may provide a delivery service management page to the user's terminal (100). The delivery service management page may include a first area (801) for selecting a delivery service for an item that cannot be used with the first delivery service, a second area (803) for describing a reason for selecting the delivery service, and a fifth button information (805) for requesting the creation of waybill information from a management server of the delivery service.
[0082] According to one embodiment, a user may select a delivery service for delivering an item by entering the first area (801) via the user's terminal (100). In this case, the list of delivery services provided to the user may be a list of multiple delivery services not linked to the electronic device (200).
[0083] According to one embodiment, a user may input a reason for selecting a desired delivery service in the second area (803) through the user's terminal (100). The electronic device (200) may transmit information regarding the reason entered by the user to the first delivery service management server (300), and the first delivery service management server (300) may transmit the information to the terminal of the manager of the first delivery service so that the manager of the first delivery service can supplement and improve the first delivery service based on the information.
[0084] According to one embodiment, the electronic device (200) may request the second delivery service management server (310) to generate waybill information in response to the user's input of the fifth button information (805). More specifically, when the user inputs the fifth button information (805), the electronic device (200) may request the user's terminal (100) for a file necessary for generating waybill information, and may transmit a waybill information generation request including the file from the user's terminal (100) to the second delivery service management server (310). According to one embodiment, the file necessary for generating waybill information may differ for each delivery service. For example, the formats of the first file for generating waybill information corresponding to the 2-1 delivery service and the second file for generating waybill information corresponding to the 2-2 delivery service may differ. In one embodiment, the electronic device (200) may automatically request the creation of waybill information without receiving the file from the user's terminal (100) by pre-storing form information corresponding to a file from the management server (310) of the second delivery service and generating a file based on the form information and the delivery details of the item the user wishes to deliver via the second delivery service. An embodiment in which the electronic device (200) provides waybill information through information exchange with the management server (310) of the second delivery service will be described in detail below with reference to FIG. 9.
[0085] FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining an operation method of an electronic device (200) for providing waybill information according to another embodiment. Since the user's terminal, electronic device, and second delivery service management server of FIG. 9 may each be included in the user's terminal, electronic device, and second delivery service management server of FIGS. 1 to 3, descriptions of overlapping content with FIGS. 1 to 3 will be omitted.
[0086] Referring to FIG. 9, in step S901, the user's terminal (100) may transmit a predetermined file to the electronic device (200) based on an input corresponding to the user's third button information. Here, the third button information may include the third button information (450) illustrated in FIG. 4, and the predetermined file may be a file required to generate waybill information corresponding to items sold by the user that cannot use the first delivery service linked to the service provided by the electronic device (200). For example, the predetermined file may include a file in which delivery details of items sold by the user that can be delivered through the second delivery service are saved in an Excel file according to a preset format. In this case, the preset format may correspond to the second delivery service management server (310). That is, when the second delivery service management server (310) includes multiple second delivery service management servers, the format of the file required by each management server may be different. For example, the first file required for generating waybill information on the 2-1 delivery service management server and the second file required for generating waybill information on the 2-2 delivery service management server may be different. In another embodiment, the electronic device (200) may check the file format required for generating waybill information on the 2-2 delivery service management server (310) and generate the corresponding file in response to the user's input of the third button. In this case, the electronic device (200) may not request the corresponding file from the user's terminal (100).
[0087] In step S903, the electronic device (200) may request the second delivery service management server (310) to create waybill information. More specifically, the electronic device (200) may transmit a waybill information creation request including a file received from the user's terminal (100) or a file created by the electronic device (200) to the second delivery service management server (310).
[0088] In step S905, the second delivery service management server (310) may receive waybill-related information through information exchange with at least one external server (910). The at least one external server (910) may receive a file for generating waybill information from the second delivery service management server (310), and may generate a waybill number and the like based on the file and transmit the same to the second delivery service management server (310).
[0089] In step S907, the second delivery service management server (310) may generate waybill information for an item subject to the second delivery service based on waybill-related information provided from at least one external server (910), and transmit link information corresponding to the waybill information to the electronic device (200).
[0090] In step S909, the electronic device (200) can transmit an item management page including link information received from the second delivery service management server (310) to the user's terminal (100), and the user can receive waybill information through an input corresponding to the link information displayed on the user's terminal (100).
[0091] According to one embodiment, steps S903 and S907 may be performed at preset intervals. The electronic device (200) may check traffic information between the second delivery service management server (310) and the electronic device (200), set a predetermined interval based on the traffic information, and then exchange information with the second delivery service management server (310) at each interval. For example, the electronic device (200) may set a long interval during times of excessive traffic and exchange information with the second delivery service management server (310) at each long interval, thereby preventing the system from being overloaded. In addition, the electronic device (200) may set a short interval during times of moderate traffic and exchange information with the second delivery service management server (310) at each short interval, thereby quickly providing necessary information to the user.
