Abstract
Description
Oil-dispersed cosmetic composition using a silicone elastomer gel that stably supports water-soluble ingredients
[0001] The present invention relates to an oil-dispersible cosmetic composition using a silicone elastomer gel that stably supports a water-soluble component, and more specifically, to an oil-dispersible cosmetic composition in which a water-soluble component can be stably applied using a silicone elastomer gel capable of capturing a water-soluble component.
[0002] The ingredients in compositions applied to the skin are broadly divided into water-soluble and oil-soluble components, each with their own advantages. Water-soluble components have the advantage of providing moisture and a refreshing sensation on the skin. Oil-soluble components are applied over the water-based components to form a protective film, protecting the skin and preventing moisture loss.
[0003] In particular, formulation raw materials that form and maintain the shape and appearance of a cosmetic composition are often oil-soluble, while effective raw materials that impart skin benefits or color are often water-soluble. Therefore, applying water-soluble ingredients to oil-dispersed formulations in stick or solid forms presents technical challenges. In particular, the interaction between water-soluble ingredients and oil within oil gel or balm-type compositions is complex and unpredictable, making it difficult to easily stabilize water-soluble ingredients.
[0004] Accordingly, the inventors of the present invention completed an oil-dispersed cosmetic composition capable of stably applying a water-soluble component by stably capturing the water-soluble component in the silicone elastomer gel using the silicone elastomer gel.
[0005] The present invention aims to provide an oil-dispersible cosmetic composition that is suitable for application to a water-soluble product by stably entrapping a water-soluble component in a silicone elastomer gel using a silicone elastomer gel.
[0006] The technical problems of the present invention are not limited to the technical problems mentioned above, and other technical problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.
[0007] According to an embodiment of the present invention, an oil-dispersible cosmetic composition is provided, which comprises a water-soluble component and a silicone elastomer gel, wherein the silicone elastomer gel stably supports the water-soluble component.
[0008] According to another embodiment of the present invention, a method for producing an oil-dispersible cosmetic composition is provided, comprising: (S1) a step of loading a silicone elastomer gel into a mixture containing a water-soluble component dissolved in an aqueous solvent to load the water-soluble component; and (S2) a step of applying and stirring the silicone elastomer gel loaded with the water-soluble component to an oil phase containing at least one or more of wax, oil, emulsifier, and dispersant.
[0009] The oil-dispersible cosmetic composition of the present invention can effectively retain water-soluble components within the gel by entrapping them within the elastomer gel. Therefore, no residual water-soluble components remain outside the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition, and the water-soluble components can be stabilized within the oil-soluble product, making it suitable for applying water-soluble components to oil-soluble formulations.
[0010] When a water-soluble pigment is applied to the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition of the present invention, the silicone elastomer stably captures the water-soluble pigment, thereby providing excellent spreadability and coloring power, and further, the spreadable color and the coloring color can be implemented to be as consistent as possible.

[0027] Unless otherwise defined, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention pertains. In general, the nomenclature used herein is well known and commonly used in the art. In addition, when describing embodiments of the present invention, if a detailed description of a related known structure or function is judged to hinder the understanding of the embodiments of the present invention, a detailed description thereof will be omitted. In addition, although embodiments of the present invention will be described below, the technical idea of the present invention is not limited or restricted thereto, and can be modified and implemented in various ways by those skilled in the art.
[0028] When a part in this specification is said to include a certain component, this does not exclude other components, unless otherwise specifically stated, but rather means that other components may be included. In this specification, the term "and / or" includes a combination of multiple related items or any one of multiple related items.
[0029]
[0030] The oil-dispersible cosmetic composition according to an embodiment of the present invention can stabilize the water-soluble component within the oil-soluble product without leaving any residual water-soluble component outside the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition due to the water-soluble component being stably captured by the silicone elastomer gel. Therefore, the present invention has the advantage of being suitable for applying the water-soluble component to the oil-soluble product. In addition, when a water-soluble pigment is applied to the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition, the spreadability and coloring power are excellent, and the color applied and the color tinted can be implemented so that the desired color is as close as possible to each other.
[0031] An oil-dispersible cosmetic composition stably carrying a water-soluble component according to an embodiment of the present invention may include a water-soluble component and a silicone elastomer gel stably carrying the water-soluble component.
[0032]
[0033] The silicone elastomer gel of the present invention can play a role in stably supporting a water-soluble component inside the gel.
[0034] In an embodiment, the silicone elastomer gel may include Dimethicone (and) Dimethicone / Vinyltrimethylsiloxysilicate Crosspolymer (and) Caprylyl Dimethicone Ethoxy Glucoside. When the above components are used, the water-soluble component can be particularly stably supported.
[0035] In an embodiment, the silicone elastomer gel may be included in an amount of 20 to 25 wt%, specifically 20 to 24 wt%, and more specifically 20 to 22 wt%, based on the total weight of the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition. If the silicone elastomer gel is included in an amount of less than 20 wt%, the amount of water-soluble components supported may be significantly reduced, resulting in a poor formulation. If the silicone elastomer gel is included in an amount of more than 25 wt%, the strength of the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition may be reduced, resulting in a poor usability.
[0036]
[0037] The water-soluble component of the present invention can be stably contained within a silicone elastomer gel.
[0038] In an embodiment, the water-soluble component of the present invention may include a pigment.
[0039] In the embodiment, the pigment included in the water-soluble component may be included in an amount of 0.1 to 0.3 wt% based on the total weight of the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition, specifically 0.15 to 0.3 wt%, and more specifically 0.2 to 0.3 wt%. If the pigment is included in an amount of less than 0.1 wt%, spreadability may be reduced, and if it is included in an amount of more than 0.3 wt%, a problem of uneven coloring may occur.
[0040] In an embodiment, the water-soluble component may further comprise a polyol. The polyol may act as a solvent to dissolve the pigment.
[0041] In an embodiment, the polyol may include at least one selected from the group consisting of propanediol, 2,3-butanediol, pentylene glycol, hexanediol, and dipropylene glycol, but is not limited thereto.
[0042] In an embodiment, the polyol may be included in an amount of 4 to 5 wt%, and specifically 4.25 to 4.75 wt%, based on the total weight of the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition.
[0043] In an embodiment, the pigment and polyol of the water-soluble component may be miscible with each other. When the pigment and polyol are miscible, the water-soluble component can be effectively contained within the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition, and excellent coloring power can be achieved.
[0044] In the embodiment, the water-soluble component may be any component applicable to conventional cosmetic compositions, such as hyaluronic acid, glycerin, xylitol, and sorbitol, without limitation. Accordingly, the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition of the present invention may include a suitable water-soluble component depending on the intended use.
[0045] In an embodiment, the water-soluble component may further include a W / O (Water in Oil) type emulsifier. The W / O type emulsifier may serve to facilitate the effective entrainment of the water-soluble component within the silicone elastomer gel.
[0046] In the embodiment, the W / O type emulsifiers further included in the water-soluble component are Cetyl PEG / PPG-10 / 1 Dimethicone, Polyglyceryl-4 Diisostearate / Polyhydroxystearate / Sebacate, Cetyl PEG / PPG-10 / 1 Dimethicone*Pentaerythrityl Tetra-di-t-butyl Hydroxyhydrocinnamate, Diisostearoyl Polyglyceryl-3 Dimer Dilinoleate, Lauryl Polyglyceryl-3 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone It may include at least one of Polyglyceryl-3 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone, Lauryl Polyglyceryl-3 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone * Tocopherol, Sorbitan Sesquioleate and Polyglyceryl-2 Dipolyhydroxystearate, and specifically, it may include at least one of Cetyl PEG / PPG-10 / 1 Dimethicone, Polyglyceryl-4 Diisostearate / Polyhydroxystearate / Sebacate and Lauryl Polyglyceryl-3 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone * Tocopherol, but is not limited thereto.
[0047] In the embodiment, the W / O type emulsifier further included in the water-soluble component may be included in an amount of 2 wt% or less, specifically 1.5 wt% or less, and more specifically 1 wt% or less, based on the total weight of the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition. If the W / O type emulsifier is included in an amount exceeding 2 wt%, residual water-soluble components that are not supported on the outside of the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition may exist, resulting in a poor formulation.
[0048] In an embodiment, the W / O type emulsifier further included in the silicone elastomer gel and the water-soluble component may be included in a weight ratio of 15 to 50:1, specifically in a weight ratio of 17.5 to 45:1, and more specifically in a weight ratio of 20 to 35:1. If the weight ratio is included in a ratio of less than 15:1, residual water-soluble components that are not supported on the outside of the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition may exist, resulting in a poor formulation.
[0049] In an embodiment, the silicone elastomer gel and the pigment may be included in a weight ratio of 50 to 110:1, specifically 55 to 105:1, and more specifically 60 to 100:1. If the weight ratio is less than 50:1, residual water-soluble components that are not supported on the outside of the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition may exist, resulting in a poor formulation, and if it exceeds 110:1, spreadability may be reduced, resulting in inconvenience in use.
[0050]
[0051] In an embodiment, the oil-based cosmetic composition may further include at least one of a wax, an oil, an emulsifier, and a dispersant. Specifically, the wax may be used to adjust the hardness of the oil-based cosmetic composition, the oil may be used to adjust the feel of the oil-based cosmetic composition or as a solvent for applying an organic pigment, and the emulsifier and dispersant may be used to further stabilize the formulation. The wax, oil, and dispersant may be any ingredient commonly used in the art without limitation. For example, the ingredient that may be used as the wax may be selected from the group consisting of a synthetic wax, a microcrystalline wax, and an ethylene / propylene copolymer*synthetic wax, and the ingredient that may be used as the oil may be selected from the group consisting of squalane and ethylhexyl laurate.
[0052] In an embodiment, at least one of the wax, oil, emulsifier and dispersant may be included in an amount of 45 to 75 wt%, specifically 50 to 70 wt%, and more specifically 53 to 66 wt%, based on the total weight of the oil-based cosmetic composition.
[0053]
[0054] In an embodiment, the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition of the present invention may additionally include a preservative or functional ingredient.
[0055] The above preservative can be used to enhance the preservation effect of the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition.
[0056] The above functional ingredients may be added by mixing various ingredients depending on the purpose of the cosmetic composition, and include, for example, wrinkle improvement agents, whitening functional ingredients, pigmentation functional ingredients, skin soothing functional ingredients, and sebum or pore management functional ingredients.
[0057] In addition, the cosmetic composition stabilizing the UV-blocking ingredient of the present invention may additionally include ingredients included in general cosmetic compositions, and may include, for example, an emulsifying stabilizer, a skin conditioning agent, an ion sequestering agent, a sterilizing agent, a pH adjusting agent, an antioxidant, alcohol, a plant extract, a fragrance, a feeling-regulating agent, an emollient, etc.
[0058] The mixing amount of the above-described components is not particularly limited, and can be easily selected by a person skilled in the art within a range that does not impair the purpose and effect of the present invention.
[0059] The oil-dispersible cosmetic composition according to an embodiment of the present invention may be provided in a formulation conventionally manufactured in the art, as long as it does not impair the technical characteristics of the invention. For example, the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition may be provided in a balm formulation, a semi-solid formulation, a solid formulation, etc., and may be provided in a stick form.
[0060] The oil-dispersed cosmetic composition according to an embodiment of the present invention may be provided as a lipstick, lip gloss, lip balm, foundation, BB cream, CC cream, concealer, makeup primer, cream makeup, eye shadow, mascara, eyeliner, eyebrow pencil, lip contour pencil, nail varnish, sunscreen, makeup base, etc., but is not limited thereto.
[0061]
[0062] According to another embodiment of the present invention, a method for producing an oil-dispersible cosmetic composition is provided, comprising: (S1) adding a silicone elastomer gel to a mixture containing a water-soluble component dissolved in an aqueous solvent to support the water-soluble component; and (S2) applying the silicone elastomer gel containing the water-soluble component to an oil phase containing at least one or more of wax, oil, emulsifier, and dispersant and stirring the mixture. When the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition is produced according to the above-described method, the water-soluble component can be stably supported within the silicone elastomer gel, so that no water-soluble component that is not supported by the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition exists on the outer surface of the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition, thereby providing a uniform surface and a smooth appearance. Accordingly, the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition can provide a satisfactory appearance to a user.
[0063] In an embodiment, water may be used as the aqueous solvent in step S1, and a water-soluble substance suitable for the intended use of the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition may be included as the water-soluble component. For example, when used as a color cosmetic, water: pigment may be dissolved in a ratio of 10:1 and used. A silicone elastomer gel may be added to the mixture containing the water-soluble component in step S1 and stirred until the mixture is no longer visible, thereby encapsulating the water-soluble component within the silicone elastomer gel. At this time, a water-in-oil (W / O) type emulsifier may be further added and stirred.
[0064] In an embodiment, in the implementation of step S2, an oil phase including at least one of wax, oil, emulsifier, and dispersant may be heated to 85°C. A silicone elastomer gel containing a water-soluble component prepared in step S1 may be added to the heated oil phase and stirred for 5 minutes or more.
[0065]
[0066] Hereinafter, examples and experimental examples are presented to explain the present invention more specifically, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
[0067]
[0068] [Manufacturing example]
[0069] Preparation of Example 1
[0070] Example 1 was prepared using the ingredients and contents listed in Table 1 below. The unit in Table 1 is weight%.
[0071]
[0072]
[0073] The specific manufacturing method is as follows.
[0074] A mixture was prepared by dissolving Red No. 227 in an aqueous solvent and polyol. Then, a water-based emulsifier and silicone elastomer gel included in the water phase were added to the mixture and stirred until no water was visible, thereby preparing a mixture in which a water-soluble component was loaded within the silicone elastomer gel. The wax, oil, water-based emulsifier, and dispersant in the oil phase were heated to 85°C and sufficiently stirred, and then the mixture in which the water-soluble component was loaded was applied to the stirred oil phase and sufficiently stirred at 85°C, thereby completing the oil dispersion composition of Example 1.
[0075]
[0076] Preparation of Comparative Example 1 - Preparation of an oil-dispersed cosmetic composition not according to the preparation method of the present invention
[0077] Comparative Example 1 was manufactured using the same ingredients and contents as described in Table 1 above, but using a different manufacturing method. The specific manufacturing method is as follows.
[0078] A mixture was prepared by dissolving Red No. 227 in an aqueous solvent and polyol. Then, the oil phase, wax, oil, water-in-oil emulsifier, dispersant, and silicone elastomer gel were heated to 85°C and thoroughly stirred. The mixture was then applied to the stirred oil phase and thoroughly stirred at 85°C to complete Comparative Example 1.
[0079]
[0080] [Experimental Example]
[0081] Experimental Example 1. Appearance Evaluation of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1
[0082] The above-mentioned manufactured Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 were filled into stick containers, cooled to room temperature, and evaluated for their appearance, coloring power, and usability. Figure 1 shows photographs of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 filled into stick containers.
[0083] According to FIG. 1, in the case of Example 1 manufactured by the manufacturing method of the present invention, the water-soluble component was well contained within the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition to form a uniform surface, whereas in the case of Comparative Example 1 manufactured by simply mixing the water-soluble component without containing it within the silicone elastomer gel, it was confirmed that the water-soluble component that was not contained within the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition remained on the outside of the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition to form an uneven surface.
[0084]
[0085] Therefore, when manufacturing an oil-dispersed cosmetic composition using the manufacturing method of the present invention, it was confirmed that the water-soluble component was well contained within the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition to form an excellent formulation.
[0086]
[0087] Experimental Example 2. Comparative experiment according to the content ratio of W / O type emulsifier included in silicone elastomer gel and water-soluble component.
[0088] (1) Manufacturing of examples and comparative examples
[0089] In order to select the optimal content ratio of silicone elastomer gel and W / O type emulsifier for stable formation of the formulation aimed at by the present invention, examples and comparative examples were prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 using the same components as in Example 1 and only varying the content ratio of silicone elastomer gel and W / O type emulsifier. The specific content ratios of examples and comparative examples are shown in Table 2 below.
[0090]
[0091]
[0092] (2) Evaluation of whether the formulation is formed
[0093] For the above examples and comparative examples, the water-soluble components were visually evaluated to determine whether they were all well contained within the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition. Figure 2 shows photographs of the examples and comparative examples.
[0094] According to FIG. 2, in the cases of Examples 2 to 4 in which silicone elastomer gel and W / O type emulsifier were included in an appropriate content ratio, no residual water-soluble components remained and all were well incorporated into the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition, whereas in the case of Comparative Example 2 in which no emulsifier was included, residual water-soluble components not incorporated into the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition were clearly observed, and in the cases of Comparative Example 3 in which the content of silicone elastomer gel relative to the emulsifier was low and Comparative Example 4 in which the content of silicone elastomer gel relative to the emulsifier was high, a small amount of residual water-soluble components was observed.
[0095]
[0096] (3) Evaluation of coloring power and spreadability
[0097] The coloring power and spreadability were evaluated for the above examples and comparative examples.
[0098] Specifically, for the pigmentation evaluation, a panel of 20 experts applied an appropriate amount to each arm, wiped it off with tissue paper after one minute, and evaluated the degree of pigmentation on a scale of 1 to 5. A higher score corresponds to superior pigmentation.
[0099] Specifically, for the spreadability evaluation, a panel of 20 expert evaluators applied oil-dispersible cosmetic compositions to the lips and evaluated them using a 5-point scale, with higher scores given to better spreadability. The average of the evaluation results was then calculated and used as the final evaluation score for the examples and comparative examples.
[0100] The results of the evaluation of coloring power and spreadability by the above method are as shown in Table 3 below.
[0101]
[0102]
[0103] According to Table 3 above, in Examples 2 to 4 containing silicone elastomer gel and W / O emulsifier in an appropriate content ratio, both coloring power and spreadability were excellent, and in Comparative Example 2 containing no emulsifier, both coloring power and spreadability were excellent, while in Comparative Example 3 containing a low content of silicone elastomer gel relative to the emulsifier and in Comparative Example 4 containing a high content of silicone elastomer gel relative to the emulsifier, spreadability was poorer than in the Examples.
[0104] According to the above experimental results, it was confirmed that an appropriate content ratio of silicone elastomer gel and W / O emulsifier is an important component in order to form an oil-dispersed cosmetic composition of the desired formulation of the present invention and to achieve excellent coloring power and spreadability.
[0105]
[0106] Experimental Example 3. Comparative Experiment According to the Content Ratio of Silicone Elastomer Gel and Pigment
[0107] (1) Manufacturing of examples and comparative examples
[0108] In order to select the optimal content ratio of silicone elastomer gel and pigment for stable formation of the formulation aimed at by the present invention, examples and comparative examples were prepared in the same manner as in Example 1, using the same components as in Example 1 and only varying the content ratio of silicone elastomer gel and pigment. The specific content ratios of examples and comparative examples are shown in Table 4 below.
[0109]
[0110]
[0111] (2) Evaluation of whether the formulation is formed
[0112] For the above examples and comparative examples, as in Experimental Example 2, it was visually evaluated whether all water-soluble components were well contained within the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition. Figure 3 shows photographs of the examples and comparative examples.
[0113] According to FIG. 3, in the case of Examples 5 and 6, in which silicone elastomer gel and pigment were included in an appropriate content ratio, no residual water-soluble components remained and all were well incorporated into the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition. In Comparative Example 5, in which the content of silicone elastomer gel was high relative to the pigment, the water-soluble components were also well incorporated as in the Examples, but in the case of Comparative Example 6, in which the content of silicone elastomer gel was low relative to the pigment, residual water-soluble components were clearly observed.
[0114]
[0115] (3) Evaluation of coloring power and spreadability
[0116] For the above examples and comparative examples, the coloring power and spreadability were evaluated using the same method as in Experimental Example 2, and the results are shown in Table 5.
[0117]
[0118]
[0119] According to Table 5 above, examples 5 and 6, which included silicone elastomer gel and pigment in appropriate content ratios, showed excellent coloring power and spreadability, whereas comparative example 5, which had a low content of silicone elastomer gel relative to pigment, showed excellent spreadability but poor coloring power, and comparative example 6, which had a high content of silicone elastomer gel relative to pigment, showed poor coloring power and spreadability.
[0120]
[0121] Therefore, it was confirmed that an appropriate content ratio of silicone elastomer gel and pigment is an important component in order to form an oil-dispersed cosmetic composition of the formulation desired by the present invention and to achieve excellent coloring power and spreadability.
[0122]
[0123] Experimental Example 4. Preparation of an oil-dispersed cosmetic composition using an elastomer other than the silicone elastomer gel component of the present invention.
[0124] (1) Manufacturing of comparative examples 7 and 8
[0125] In order to confirm whether the desired effect of the present invention is achieved even when the elastomer gel component is changed, Comparative Examples 7 and 8 were prepared in the same manner as Example 1, except that only the type of silicone elastomer gel component in Table 1 was changed. The elastomer gel components used in Comparative Examples 7 and 8 are as shown in Table 6 below.
[0126]
[0127]
[0128] (2) Evaluation of whether the formulation is formed
[0129] For the above Comparative Examples 7 and 8, as in Experimental Example 2, it was visually evaluated whether all water-soluble components were well contained within the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition. Figure 4 shows photographs of Comparative Examples 7 and 8.
[0130] According to FIG. 4, in the case of Comparative Example 7 using dimethicone*dimethicone crosspolymer as an elastomer gel, it was confirmed that the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition was well supported without any residual water-soluble components remaining, but in the case of Comparative Example 8 using hydrogenated polyisobutene*ethylene / propylene / styrene copolymer*butylene / ethylene / styrene copolymer*pentaerythrityl tetra-di-t-butylhydroxyhydrocinnamate, residual water-soluble components that were not supported in the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition were clearly observed.
[0131]
[0132] (3) Evaluation of coloring power and spreadability
[0133] For the above comparative examples 7 and 8, the coloring power and spreadability were evaluated in the same manner as in experimental example 2, and the results are shown in Table 7.
[0134]
[0135]
[0136] According to Table 7 above, it was confirmed that both Comparative Examples 7 and 8 showed significantly lower coloring power and spreadability than the examples.
[0137]
[0138] Therefore, it was confirmed that using a specific silicone elastomer gel is an important component in order to form an oil-dispersed cosmetic composition of the formulation desired by the present invention and to achieve excellent coloring power and spreadability.
[0139]
[0140] Experimental Example 5. Comparative Experiment by Type of Emulsifier
[0141] (1) Manufacture of examples and comparative examples
[0142] In order to confirm whether the desired effect of the present invention is achieved even if the emulsifier component is changed, examples and comparative examples were prepared in the same manner as Example 1, only the type of emulsifier component in Table 1 was changed. The emulsifier components used in the examples and comparative examples are as shown in Table 8 below.
[0143]
[0144]
[0145] (2) Evaluation of whether the formulation is formed
[0146] For the above examples and comparative examples, as in Experimental Example 2, it was visually evaluated whether all water-soluble components were well contained within the oil-dispersed cosmetic composition. Figure 5 shows photographs of the examples and comparative examples.
[0147] According to Fig. 5a, in the case of Examples 7 and 8 using polyglyceryl-4 diisostearate / polyhydroxystearate / sebacate or lauryl polyglyceryl-3 polydimethylsiloxyethyl dimethicone*tocopherol as an emulsifier, it was confirmed that the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition was well-retained without any residual water-soluble components remaining, and when manufactured into a lipstick form by filling an applicator, it had a smooth appearance, but in the case of Comparative Example 9 using polyglyceryl-5 polyricinoleate*tocopherol*rice bran oil as an emulsifier, residual water-soluble components that were not retained in the oil-dispersible cosmetic composition were observed, and when manufactured into a lipstick form, it did not have a smooth appearance and foreign substances that appeared as residues were observed on the surface. Fig. 5b shows an enlarged photograph of the unsmooth appearance of Comparative Example 9 manufactured into a lipstick form.
[0148]
[0149] (3) Evaluation of coloring power and spreadability
[0150] For the above examples and comparative examples, the coloring power and spreadability were evaluated in the same manner as in Experimental Example 2, and the results are shown in Table 9.
[0151]
[0152]
[0153] According to Table 9 above, it was confirmed that Examples 7 and 8 had excellent coloring power and spreadability, thereby achieving the effects intended by the present invention. However, it was confirmed that Comparative Example 9 had significantly poor coloring power and spreadability compared to the Examples.
[0154]
[0155] Therefore, it was confirmed that using a specific W / O emulsifier is an important component in order to form an oil-dispersed cosmetic composition of the formulation desired by the present invention and to achieve excellent coloring power and spreadability.
