[0003] The display apparatus refers to a device that can output a display image, and may be a smart TV, a mobile terminal, a smart commercial screen, a projector and other terminal device. Taking a smart TV as an example, the smart TV is a television product that is based on the Internet application technology, equipped with an open operating system and chip, has an open application platform, and is capable of realizing the two-way human-computer interaction function. The smart TV integrates various functions such as audio and video, entertainment and data, and is capable of meeting the diversified and personalised requirements of users.
[0004] Display apparatus can provide a user with various media files, such as video files obtained by recording based on a Personal Video Recorder (PVR) feature or media files from an external device. The User can control the display apparatus to play these media files, for example, by using the playback function of the PVR to play recording files or by locating the desired media files in the folder of the external device and then playing them.
[0005] If the user wants to watch multiple media files continuously, they need to manually control the playback of the next media file after the current file is finished. This leads to discontinuous playback of multiple media files and requires the user to expend effort monitoring playback progress and repeatedly searching for the desired media files. Moreover, since different types of media files require different playback methods, if the user wants to watch multiple media files of different types continuously, besides repeatedly searching for the files, the user has to control the playback using a corresponding method, making it impossible to achieve gapless playback of multiple media files of different types.Summary

[0060] In some embodiments, the display apparatus 200 is based on the VIDAA software platform, as shown in FIG. 4. The operating system based on the Linux platform is divided into three layers, which are respectively an application layer, a middleware layer and a hardware layer from top to bottom. Here, the application layer may include various types of applications and application frameworks. The middleware layer may include various protocols and components. The hardware layer may include various interfaces as well as hardware and drivers.
[0061] The display apparatus 200 can provide a user with various media files, such as video files recorded based on the PVR function or media files supplied by external devices. The user can control the display apparatus 200 to play these media files. In some embodiments, the display apparatus can play a video file using the PVR playback feature or locate a desired media file from the external device's folder and then play it.
[0062] If a user wants to continuously watch multiple media files, the user needs to manually control the playback of a next media file after a current one finishes. This results in non- continuous playback of multiple media files and requires the user to monitor the playback progress and repeatedly search for the media files he / she wants to play. Moreover, due to differences in the playback methods of various media file types, if the user wants to watch multiple media files of different types consecutively, the user needs to search for files continuously and use corresponding playback methods, making it impossible to achieve gapless playback of different media file types.
[0063] To address the above issues, the application provides a media file processing method, where the display apparatus 200 can offer a timed media playback feature. This allows a user to schedule a playback time for a media file, so that the system can automatically play the media file at the specified time.
[0064] Based on the operating system shown in FIG. 4, the display apparatus 200 can be configured with a system architecture for implementing a timed media playback feature, as illustrated in FIG. 5.

[0073] The hardware layer (e.g., HUI) can provide the hardware foundation to realize the playback function of the display apparatus 200. The hardware layer can include digital multiplexing injection (HUI_Dmxlnject), recording (HUI_Record), stream injection (HUI_Streamlnject), photo viewer (HUI_PhotoViewer), audio (HUI_Audio), video (HUI_Video), video output (HUI_VOut), audio output (HUI_AOut), and more.
[0074] In the system architecture shown in FIG. 5, boxes for different modules are distinguished using different fills. Boxes filled with a horizontal line pattern indicate modules for adding configuration in the embodiment of the application. Boxes filled with a vertical line pattern indicate modules for implementing the timed media playback feature. Boxes filled with a diagonal line pattern indicate modules related to PVR. Boxes with no fill indicate modules related to Media.
[0075] Based on the system architecture shown in FIG. 5, in the process of implementing the timed media playback feature, an upper-layer Ul module can receive and process user's operations, and transmit information data of user's operations to the middleware layer. In the upper-layer Ul module, the PVR application can process the user's operations related to the PVR function, and the DMP application can process the user's operations related to other media files. The middleware layer can process the information data of user's operation passed by the upper layer, and invoke Chassis to actually intercept and splice the file data. Here, Model-TimerControl, Model-HDR and the HDR-related modules in the TVMain layers, as well as the Recording-related modules in the Chassis can process user data and logic processing related to the schedule and playback of recording files. Model-Mpctrl and modules related to MediaPlayer in the MediaMain layer, and Injector-related modules in the Chassis can process user data and logic processing related to the schedule and playback of files other than the recording files. The Pucman module can process the logic processing related to the display apparatus 200 automatically waking up and playing. The Pucman module can be notified when the timed media playback feature is enabled, and when the scheduled time is reached, thePucman module can notify Model-TimerControl or Model-Mpctrl, and the notified module can trigger display apparatus 200 to wake up and play the corresponding media file. The Chassis layer can call an interface for the HUI layer for actual video data injection, decoding, and playback.
[0076] Based on the system architecture in FIG. 5, and the logic for implementing the timed media playback feature, the following embodiments will provide specific description on how the display apparatus 200 schedules and plays various types of media files.

[0099] A media file in the media folder can be referred to as a second media file. The first media file and second media file can include a recording files and / or a non-recording file. That is, the user can scheduled playback for only recording file, only non-recording file, or both recording and non-recording files.
[0100] In some embodiments, the display apparatus 200 can update the file list page according to the process shown in FIG. 11. The specific steps are as follows.
[0101] S1101: in response to the first command, identifying a file format of the first file and a file format of the second file in the folder.
[0102] The file formats can be categorized into media file formats and non-media file formats. For example, media file formats may include formats with extension namesof .mp3, .mp4, .ts, JPG, etc., and non-media file formats may include a format with extension name of .txt.
[0103] S1102: determining a first file in a media file format as the first media file, and determining the folder including a second file in the media file format as the media folder.
[0104] A second file in the media file format is a second media file.
[0105] The first media file and the media folder including the second media file are filtered out.
[0106] S1103: updating the file list page and displaying the first media file and the media folder on the updated file list page.
[0107] As such, the updated file list page can display only the media file and the folder including the media file supporting the scheduled playback.
[0108] In the file list page, the display apparatus 200 display the corresponding files or folders in form of icons. Icons of files can accurately indicate a type of file. For example, an icon of a music file can be a music note symbol, and an icon of a video file can be a player symbol. The user can determine the type of the file directly based on the icon. An icon of folder can be indicated by a folder symbol. Since a folder can include multiple files, and these files may correspond to different types, the user may not be able to determine the type of files within a folder based solely on the icon of the folder. Therefore, the user needs to open the folder to determine whether it includes a file of a desired type.
[0109] To solve this issue, in some embodiments, when the display apparatus 200 displays the updated file list page, it can add indicators to the icon of media folder. These indicators correspond to the file formats of the second files in the media folders. The indicators may include a thumbnail of the file format, an icon, a picture, a pattern, or an animation.
[0110] In some embodiments, indicators of media file formats can be added to the icon of media folder.
[0111] In some embodiments, indicators of all file formats can be added to the icon of media file folder, with priority given to displaying the indicators for the second media files, i.e., the indicators for media file formats are shown first.
[0112] As such, the user can directly determine the type of the second media files in the media folder based on the indicators on the icons of the media folder.
[0113] Taking the file list page shown in FIG. 10 as an example, if the first command is input to the display apparatus 200 based on a selection on the option for timing setting from the user, in response to the first command, the display apparatus 200 can identify the first media files and media folders from items indicated by musicl, music2, other, videol, video2, videol.mp4, musicl. mp3, NEO.ts, a. txt, b.txt, and PVR+. The first media files can include items indicated by videol. mp4, musicl. mp3, and NEO.ts. If the item indicated by other is empty, then the media folders can include items indicated by musicl, music2, videol, video2, and PVR+. The display apparatus 200 can update the file list page, and the updated file list page, shown in FIG. 12, can include items indicated by videol. mp4, musicl. mp3, NEO.ts, musicl, music2, videol, video2, and PVR+, along with the first button 801 and second button 1201. The first button 801 can be shown with a name of Timing Setting.
[0114] If folder musicl includes second files musicl_l.mp3 and musicl_2.mp3, folder music2 includes second files music2_l.mp3, music2_2.mp3, and music2_a.txt, folder videol includes second files videol_l.mp4 and videol_2.mp4, folder video2 includes second files video2_l.mp4, video2_2.mp4, and video2_a.txt, and folder PVR+ includes second files REC0001 and REC0002, then as shown in FIG. 12, the icon for folder musicl can be shown with an indicator 1202 for music, the icon for folder music2 can be shown with an indicator 1203 for music and an indicator 1204 for document, the icon for folder videol can be shown with an indicator 1205 for video, the icon for folder video2 can be shown with an indicator 1206 for video and an indicator 1207 for document, and the icon for folder PVR+ can be shown with an indicator 1208 for video. Here, indicator 1203 is displayed before indicator 1204, and indicator 1206 is displayed before indicator 1207.
[0115] S903: after the user selects target item(s) from the first media files, media folders, and / or second media files in a first sequence number, in response to a second command indicating a selection on the second button from the user, storing a first mapping relationship between the first sequence number(s) and a file path of the target item(s), and displaying the time-setting page.Y1
[0116] The first sequence number can correspond to a sequence number in which the user wants to play the media file, meaning that playing the first selected media file and media folder first, followed by the later selected media file and media folder.
[0117] The target item can be a media file and / or media folder that the user wants to schedule for playback.
[0118] In some embodiments, the first media file or the media folder can be selected as the target item based on the user clicking on the first media file or the media folder. The display apparatus 200 can be controlled to display, on the file list page, second files in the media folder based on the user double-clicking on the media folder. A second media file can be selected as the target item based on the user clicking on the second media file from the second files.
[0119] The first mapping relationship can be used to, when playing the media files based on the first sequence numbers, determine the file paths of the media files and obtain the corresponding media files based on that file paths.
[0120] The display apparatus 200 can establish the first mapping relationship according to a process shown in FIG. 13, with the following steps.
[0121] S1301: in response to a command indicating a selection of the target item from the user, obtaining the first sequence number for selecting the target item, and obtaining the file path of the target item.
[0122] While the display apparatus 200 responds to the user selecting the target item, it can record a name of the target item and counts a quantity of responses for selections on the target items. The quantity of responses can correspond to the first sequence number of the target item, and the file path of the target item can be obtained, which is used to obtain the target item.
[0123] If the selected target item is a media folder, first sequence numbers of second media files in that folder can be obtained, and the file paths of the respective second media files can be obtained. The first sequence numbers of the respective second media files can be sorted according to a default order based on which the respective second media files are placed in the media file directory.
[0124] In some embodiments, if the target item is a media folder, and the media folder includes a second media file that has been separately selected by the user, a first sequence number of a second media file not separately selected can be obtained, and a file path of the second media file not separately selected can be obtained. The first sequence numbers of the respective second media files not separately selected can be sorted according to a default order in which the respective second media files are placed in the media folder.
[0125] In some embodiments, the display apparatus 200 can mark a corresponding first sequence number on the icon of the target item. In this way, the user can quickly determine the first sequence number corresponding to the target item by checking the mark on the icon.
[0126] Taking the file list page shown in FIG. 12 as an example, if the user selects item videol.mp4, item video2, and item PVR+ in sequence, then, as shown in FIG. 14, a mark of 1 can appear on the icon for the item videol.mp4, a mark of 2 can appear on the icon for the item video2, and a mark of 3 can appear on the icon for the item PVR+.
[0127] Taking the file list page shown in FIG. 12 as an example, if the user selects item videol.mp4, item REC0001, item video2, and item PVR+ in sequence, where item REC0001 is a video file in folder PVR+, then, as shown in FIG. 15, a mark of 1 can appear on the icon for the item videol.mp4, a mark of 3 can appear on the icon for the item video2, and marks of 2 and 4 can appear on the icon for the item PVR+. Mark 2 can be placed in an upper left corner of the icon for the item PVR+ to indicate the first sequence number of the second media file inside, namely file REC0001. Mark 4 can be placed in an upper right corner of the icon for the item PVR+ to indicate the first sequence number of the item PVR+.
[0128] FIG. 16 shows a file list page after opening the item PVR+, which can include icons for items REC0001 and REC0002, where the mark 2 can be placed on the icon for the item REC0001. Thus, the user can determine the second media file selected separately in the media folder and its corresponding first sequence number based on the mark on the icon.
[0129] S1302: establishing the first mapping relationship between the first sequence number and the file path of the target item.
[0130] The process of setting the scheduled playback can be described with the flow shown in FIG. 17.
[0131] The system can initialize loop parameters: i - 0, j - 0, N - 0. Here, "i" indicates an i-th target item selected by the user, "j" indicates a first sequence number of a j-th media file, "N" indicates a total quantity of media files selected by the user, and (filepath, j) indicates the mapping relationship between the file path and the first sequence number of the media file.
[0132] The display apparatus 200, in response to the command indicating a selection of the target item, can increment the loop parameter i by 1 to indicate the i-th target item selected by the user.
[0133] Next, whether the i-th target item selected by the user is the first media file can be determined. If the i-th target item is the first media file, the parameter for the first sequence number j can be incremented by 1, the total quantity of media files N can be incremented by 1, and the file path filepath of the first media file can be obtained. The mapping relationship (filepath, j) between the first media file's first sequence number and its file path can be established and saved.
[0134] If the i-th target item is not the first media file, whether the i-th target item is a media folder can be determined. If the i-th target item is not a media folder, it indicates that the user has selected an invalid file, and the system can continue to respond to the user's selection. If the i-th target item is a media folder, the total quantity M of second media files in the media folder not separately selected by the user can be obtained.
[0135] Further, whether M is greater than 0 can be determined. If M < 0, it means the user has already selected all second media files in that media folder, and the process can return to the step of receiving the command indicating the selection of the target item.
[0136] If M > 0, it means the user has selected some, but not all, of second media files in the media folder. For the second media files that have been selected, the process in which the display apparatus 200 executes in response to the command indicating the selection of the some of the second media files can refer to the steps when the selected i-th target item is the first media file, which will not be repeated here. For the second media files in the folder not selected, the loop parameter k can be initialized to 1. The file path filepath of the k-th second media file in the folder can be obtained, the first order j can be incremented by 1, the total quantity of media files N can be incremented by 1, and the mapping relationship (filepath, j)between the k-th second media file's first sequence number and its file path can be established and saved.
[0137] Further, whether k is greater than or equal to M can be determined. If k >M, it means all the second media files in the media folder not selected have been processed, and the system can continue to respond to the user's selection. If k < M, the process can continue with a next unselected second media file, and the loop parameter k can be incremented by 1.
[0138] In some embodiments, the process of setting the scheduled playback shown in FIG. 17 is as follows: in S1710, initializing the loop parameters i - 0, j - 0, total quantity of media files N - 0, and determining the first mapping relationship (filepath, j); in S1711, receiving the command indicating the selection of the target item from the user; in S1712, incrementing the loop parameter i by 1; in S1713, determining whether the i-th target item is a media file, and if yes, executing S1714, otherwise, executing S1716; in S1714, incrementing the first sequence number j by 1, the total quantity of media files N by 1; in S1715, saving the mapping relationship (filepath, j) for the N-th media file; in S1716, determining whether the i-th target item is a media folder, and if yes, executing S1717, otherwise, returning to S1711; in S1717, obtaining a total number M of second media files in the i-th media folder not selected by the user; in S1718, determining whether M > 0, and if yes, executing S1719, otherwise, returning to S1711; in S1719, initializing the loop parameter k - 1; in S1720, incrementing the first sequence number j by 1, the total quantity of media files N by 1; in S1721, saving the mapping relationship (filepath, j) for the N-th media file; in S1722, determining whether k the, and if yes, returning to S1711, otherwise, executing S1723; and in S1723, incrementing the loop parameter k by 1.
[0139] After the target item is selected, the display apparatus 200 can respond to the user's command to deselect a first item in the target item(s), delete a sequence number corresponding to the first item in the first sequence number(s), and reorder the second items following the first item in the first sequence numbers, thus obtaining the updated first sequence numbers. In some embodiments, the user can deselect the target item by reselecting it, canceling the scheduled playback for the target item. After the user cancels the selection of the target item, the remaining target items need to be reordered to obtain the updated firstsequence numbers, and the first mapping relationship between the updated first sequence numbers and the file paths of the respective target items can be updated to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the scheduled playback.
[0140] For example, in the file list page shown in FIG. 14, if the user clicks item video2 again, the selection of the item video2 can be cancelled. As shown in FIG. 18, the mark on the icon for the item video2 can be removed, and the first sequence number of the item PVR+ can be updated. The updated first sequence number of the item PVR+ can be 2, so as shown in FIG. 18, the mark on the icon for the item PVR+ can be updated to 2.
[0141] After selecting all the target items for scheduled playback, a second command can be input based on the user selecting the second button. In response to the second command, the display apparatus 200 can store the established first mapping relationship and display the time-setting page. This time-setting page is used to set the parameters related to the scheduled playback.
[0142] In some embodiments, the time-setting page can include a first setting option. The first setting option is used to set a start time of the playback for the target item.
[0143] Referring to the time-setting page shown in FIG. 19, the time-setting page can include the first setting option 1901.
[0144] In some embodiments, the time-setting page can also include a save button. After the user inputs a save command based on the save button, the display apparatus 200 can store the set parameters. FIG. 19 shows a save button 1902, as an example.
[0145] In some embodiments, the time-setting page can also include a cancel button. After the user inputs a cancel command based on the cancel button, the display apparatus 200 will not store the set parameters and will exit the time-setting page. FIG. 19 shows a cancel button 1903 as an example.
[0146] S904: after the user inputs a first time via the first setting option, in response to the save command, setting the first time as the start time for the playback of the target item(s).
[0147] For example, in the time-setting page shown in FIG. 19, if the user inputs the first time, such as 12:52 PM, in the first setting option 1901, and inputs the save command based onthe save button 1902, the display apparatus 200 will set the start time for the playback of the target item to 12:52 PM.
[0148] S905: when the system time reaches the first time, playing the target items seamlessly based on the first sequence numbers, according to the first mapping relationship.
[0149] The display apparatus 200 can control the playback of the target item(s) through a timer, setting the first time for the timer. When the timer reaches the first time, the display apparatus 200 starts playing the target item(s).
[0150] The display apparatus 200 can play the target items seamlessly according to the flow shown in FIG. 20, with the following steps.
[0151] S2001: determining a target item for play currently according to the first sequence numbers.
[0152] The display apparatus 200 plays each target item in sequence according to the first sequence numbers. For example, when the target item with the first sequence number of 3 finishes, the target item with the first sequence number of 4 can be played next.
[0153] S2002: based on the first mapping relationship, obtaining and playing the target item for play currently.
[0154] While determining the target item for play currently, the system can map the target item to the corresponding file path through the first mapping relationship, obtain the target item based on the file path, and then play the target item, to allow the target items to be played based on the first sequence numbers in sequence.
[0155] If the target item is a media folder, while playing the target item, each second media file in the folder can be played according to its order within the media folder.
[0156] In some embodiments, if the display apparatus 200 detects that the system time reaches the first time and the apparatus is already powered on, and is currently playing media resource such as a live program or a media resource from a third-party application, the system can pause the playing of the current media resource and play the target item.
[0157] In some embodiments, if the display apparatus 200 detects that the system time reaches the first time and the apparatus is not powered on, the display apparatus 200 can automatically wake up, and start playing the target item after waking up.
[0158] The process of the display apparatus 200 playing the target item can be described with reference to the processing flow shown in FIG. 21.
[0159] The Pucman module can detect the system time. If the system time reaches the first time, the Pucman module can determine whether a first one of media files to be played is a recording file.
[0160] If the first one of media files is a recording file, the Pucman module can notify the timercontrol module, and the timercontrol module can wake up the display apparatus 200 and notify the Ul module.
[0161] If the first one of media files is not a recording file, the Pucman module can notify the mpctrl module, and the mpctrl module can wake up the display apparatus 200 and notify the Ul module.
[0162] The Ul module can obtain the related data for the scheduled playback of the media files, such as the total number N of media files, the first sequence numbers, the first mapping relationship, and initialize the loop parameter i - 0.
[0163] The Ul module can determine whether the i-th media file to be played is a recording file. If the i-th media file is a recording file, the Ul module can send a play instruction for the i-th media file to the recording-related module. The recording-related module can process the playback flow for the i-th media file and call the underlying interface to start playing the i-th media file.
[0164] If the i-th media file is not a recording file, the Ul module can send a play instruction for the i-th media file to the media-related module. The media-related module can process the playback flow for the i-th media file and call the underlying interface to start playing the i-th media file.
[0165] After the i-th media file finishes playing, whether i > N can be determined. If i > N, it means all the media files have finished playing, and the scheduled playback task ends. If i < N, the loop parameter i can be incremented by 1, and the next media file can be played.
[0166] In some embodiments, the process for the display apparatus 200 to play target items as shown in FIG. 21 is as follows: in S2101, determining whether a scheduled time has arrived, and if yes, proceeding to S2102, otherwise, returning to S2101; in S2102, determiningwhether the current file being played is a recording file, if yes, proceeding to S2103, S2104, S2105, and S2110 in sequence, otherwise, proceeding to S2106, S2107, S2108, S2109, and S2110 in sequence; in S2103, the Pucman module notifies the timercontrol module that the scheduled play time has arrived; in S2104, the timercontrol module wakes up the display apparatus; in S2105, the timercontrol module notifies the Ul module; in S2106, determining that the current file being played is an audio / video file which is not a recording file; in S2107, the Pucman module notifies the MpctrlMediaAdapter that the scheduled play time has arrived; in S2108, the MpctrlMediaAdapter wakes up the display apparatus; in S2109, the MpctrlMediaAdapter notifies the Ul module; in S2110, the Ul module obtains the total number N of files to be played at the scheduled time, and initializes the loop parameter i - 1; in S2111, determining whether the i-th file is a recording file, and if yes, proceeding to S2112, S2113, S2114, and S2115 in sequence; otherwise, proceeding to S2116, S2117, S2118, S2119, and S2120 in sequence; in S2112, the Ul module sends an instruction to play the i-th media file to the video-related module; in S2113, the recording and related modules begin processing the play of the i-th media file; in S2114, playing the i-th media file; in S2115, determining whether the i-th file has finished playing, and if yes, proceeding to S2121, otherwise, returning to S2114; in S2116, determining that the i-th file is a non-recording file; in S2117, the Ul module sends an instruction to play the i-th media file to the media-related module; in S2118, the media-related module begins processing the play of the i-th media file; in S2119, playing the i-th media file; in S2120, determining whether the i-th file has finished playing, and if yes, proceeding to S2121, otherwise, returning to S2119; in S2121, determining whether i is greater than or equal to N, and if yes, ending the process, otherwise, proceeding to S2122; and in S2122, incrementing the loop parameter i by 1.
[0167] The following examples illustrate scenarios where the display apparatus 200 schedules the playback of target items.
[0168] Example 1
[0169] The user can schedule the playback of a single media folder.
[0170] For example, in the file list page shown in FIG. 12, if the user clicks the item PVR+ for selection, the display apparatus 200 can obtain the second media files included in the folderPVR+, such as files REC0001 and RECOOO2. If the files RECOOO1 and RECOOO2 are in the default order of RECOOO1 — - RECOOO2 within the folder PVR+, the first mapping relationship established by the display apparatus 200 may include a mapping of first sequence number of 1 to the file path for the file REC0001, and a mapping of first sequence number of 2 to the file path of the file REC0002. The display apparatus 200 can, in response to the second command indicating a selection of the second button, store the first mapping relationship and display a time setting page as shown in FIG. 19. The user can input a first time, such as 12:52 PM, in the first setting option 1901, and input a save command using the save button 1902. The display apparatus 200 can then set the start time for playing the target item to 12:52 PM. When the system time reaches 12:52 PM, the display apparatus 200 can play the folder PVR+ based in the first sequence numbers, i.e., it can automatically play the files in sequence of REC0001->REC0002.
[0171] Example 2
[0172] The user can schedule the playback of multiple second media files within a same media folder.
[0173] For example, in the file list page shown in FIG. 12, if the user double-clicks item PVR+ for selection, the display apparatus 200 can show the file list after opening the folder PVR+ (as shown in FIG. 16). If the user clicks items in a REC0002 -> REC0001 sequence, the first mapping relationship established by the display apparatus 200 can include a mapping of first sequence number of 1 to the file path for the file REC0002, and a mapping of first sequence number of 2 to the file path for the file REC0001. The display apparatus 200 can, in response to a second command indicating a selection of the second button, store the first mapping relationship and display the time setting page. The user can input a first time, such as 12:52 PM, in the first setting option 1901, and issue a save command based on the save button. The display apparatus 200 can set the play start time to 12:52 PM. When the system time reaches 12:52 PM, the display apparatus 200 can automatically play files in the REC0002->REC0001 sequence. Here, after determining the media file to be played, the file path can be determined based on the first mapping relationship, and the corresponding media file can be obtained based on the file path.
[0174] Example 3
[0175] The user can schedule the playback of a single media folder and the second media files within that folder.
[0176] For example, in the file list page shown in FIG. 12, if the user double-clicks item PVR+ for selection, the display apparatus 200 shows the file list after opening the folder PVR+ (refer to FIG. 16). The user can click item REC0002 for selection, then control the display apparatus 200 to return to the file list page shown in FIG. 12 and click the item PVR+ again. That is, the user first selects the second media file within the media folder and then selects that folder. If the folder PVR+ includes second media files REC0001 and REC0002, and file REC0001 is not selected by the user in the folder PVR+, the first mapping relationship established by the display apparatus 200 can include a mapping of first sequence number of 1 to the file path for the file REC0002 and a mapping of first sequence of 2 to the file path for the file REC0001. The display apparatus 200 can, in response to a second command indicating a selection of the second button, store the first mapping relationship and display the time setting page. The user can input a first time, such as 12:52 PM, in the first setting option 1901, and issue a save command based on the save button. The display apparatus 200 can then set the start time for playing the target items to 12:52 PM. When the system time reaches 12:52 PM, the display apparatus 200 can automatically play files in the REC0002->REC0001 sequence. Here, after determining the media file to be played, the file path can be determined based on the first mapping relationship, and the corresponding media file can be obtained based on the file path.
[0177] Example 4
[0178] The user can schedule the playback of a single media folder and the second media files within that folder.
[0179] For example, in the file list page shown in FIG. 12, the user can click item PVR+ for selection, double-click the item PVR+, and after displaying the file list page after opening the folder PVR+, click item REC0001 for selection. That is, the user first selects the media folder and then selects the second media file within that folder. If the folder PVR+ includes second media files REC0001 and REC0002, and the file REC0002 is not selected separately by the user, the first mapping relationship established by the display apparatus 200 can include a mapping of first sequence number of 1 to the file path for the file REC0002, and a mapping of first sequencenumber of 2 to the file path for the file REC0001. The display apparatus 200 can, in response to a second command indicating a selection of the second button, store the first mapping relationship and display the time setting page. The user can input a first time, such as 12:52 PM, in the first setting option 1901, and issue a save command based on the save button. The display apparatus 200 can set the start time for playing the target items to 12:52 PM. When the system time reaches 12:52 PM, the display apparatus 200 can automatically play files in the REC0002->REC0001 sequence. Here, after the media file to be played is determined, and based on the first mapping relationship, the file path for the media file can be determined, and the corresponding media file can be obtained based on the file path.
[0180] Example 5
[0181] The user can schedule the playback of multiple media folders.
[0182] Taking the file list page shown in FIG. 12 as an example, if the user sequentially clicks to select folders in a PVR+ — - music2 sequence, where folder PVR+ includes the second media files REC0001 and REC0002 in default order within PVR+ being REC0001 -> REC0002, and folder music2 includes the second media files music2_l.mp3 and music2_2.mp3 in a default order within music2 being music2_l.mp3 -> music2_2.mp3, the display apparatus 200 can establish the first mapping relationship as follows: a mapping between the first sequence number of 1 and the file path for the file REC0001, a mapping between the first sequence number of 2 and the file path for the file REC0002, a mapping between the first sequence number of 3 and the file path for the file music2_l.mp3, and a mapping between the first sequence number of 4 and the file path for the file music2_2.mp3. The display apparatus 200 can, in response to the second command indicating a selection of the second button 1201, store the first mapping relationship and can display the time-setting page shown in FIG. 19. [0201] While the display apparatus 200 is playing the target item, in response to detecting that the system time reaches the second time, it can terminate the playback of the target item.
[0202] In some embodiments, the time-setting page can further include a third setting option for configuring a playback mode of the target item. The playback mode can include single playback (playing the target item only once) or periodic loop playback (repeatedly playing the target item based on a specified period).
[0203] Referring to the time-setting page shown in FIG. 19, the page can further include a third setting option 1905. The third setting option 1905 may include a "Repeat" button and buttons for days of the week (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). The "Repeat" button may feature a drop-down menu including playback modes, such as: a Once mode which indicates single playback, a Daily mode which indicates periodicplayback with a period of one day, and a Weekly mode which indicates periodic playback with a period of one week. The user can set the playback mode using the "Repeat" button. If the playback mode is not set to "Daily," the user can configure the day of the week for playback using the day buttons. For example, if the user selects "Sunday," the target item can only be played on Sundays.
[0204] The display apparatus 200 can follow the process shown in FIG. 23 to play the target item, with the specific steps as follows.
[0205] S2301: after the user inputs a playback mode via the third setting option, in response to a save command, the display apparatus recording the playback mode.
[0206] Taking the time-setting page shown in FIG. 19 as an example, if the user selects the playback mode "Weekly" through the "Repeat" button, chooses the desired playback day (e.g., "Sunday") using the day buttons, and enters a save command using the save button 1902, the display apparatus 200 can set the loop mode of the target item to "Weekly" and the playback day to "Sunday."
[0207] When the display apparatus 200 terminates the playback of the target item, based on the playback mode, it can determine whether to terminate the timed media playback task.
[0208] S2302: based on that the playback mode is a once playback mode, deleting a timed playback record of the target item after the playback of the target item ends.
[0209] When the display apparatus 200 detects that the system time reaches the second time, it can terminate the current playback of the target item. If the playback mode is determined to be a once playback mode, the timed playback media task can be terminated, and in this case, the timed playback record of the target item can be deleted, even if the target item has not been fully played.
[0210] S2303: based on that the playback mode is a periodic loop playback mode, recording a playback position of the target item at an end of a current cycle, in the next cycle, resuming the playback of the target item from the recorded playback position when the system time reaches a first time.
[0211] When the display apparatus 200 detects that the system time reaches the second time, it can terminate the current playback of the target item. After the playback mode is determined to be the periodic playback mode, a current playback is considered to be within the current cycle. The playback position of the target project in the current cycle can be recorded, and in the next cycle, playback resumes from the recorded playback position when the system time reaches the first time. After the target item has been fully played, the timed playback record of the target item can be deleted.
[0212] Taking the parameters on the time-setting page shown in FIG. 19 as an example, the display apparatus 200 can start playing the target item at 12:52 PM every Sunday, end playback at 1:52 PM, and record a playback position of the target item. Playback resumes from the recorded playback position at 12:52 PM on next Sunday.
[0213] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 10, the display apparatus 200 can configure a timing list option for the first button. The timing list option allows the user to access a timed playback record page, which can include all timed playback records. The timed playback record page can be referred to as shown in FIG. 24.
[0214] Embodiment II
[0215] Based on the timed media playback feature, the display apparatus 200 can facilitate the scheduled playback of media resources provided by a third-party application.
[0216] The display apparatus 200 can schedule the playback of a media resource provided by a third-party application according to the process shown in FIG. 25. The specific steps are as follows.

[0237] In some embodiments, the time-setting page may also include a second setting option and a third setting option. The process by which the display apparatus 200 schedules the playback of the target media resource based on user settings for the second and third setting opinions can refer to steps S2201-S2202, S2301-S2303, which will not be detailed here.
[0238] Embodiment III
[0239] Based on embodiment I or embodiment II, the display apparatus 200 can further be configured to provide a pause during startup feature while automatically playing the target item.
[0240] The pause during startup feature provided by the display apparatus 200 can be described in conjunction with FIG. 28.
[0241] When the display apparatus 200 detects that the system time reaches the first time, it can automatically wake up. The Ul module can obtain the total number (N) of media files to be played and initialize the loop parameter i=l. The Ul module can send a command to play the i-th media file, and the relevant module can begin processing the playback of the i-th media file. Whether i=l can be determined, that is, whether it is the first one of media files for playing this time can be determined. If i=l, playback can be paused, awaiting a command to resume playback of the i-th media file from the user. If i>l, the i-th media file can be played normally. After playback of the i-th media file ends, whether i>N can be determined. If i>N, the scheduled playback process can be terminated. If i<N, the loop parameter i can be incremented by 1, and the process can be returned to executing the command to play the i-th media file again.
[0242] In some embodiments, the process for the pause during startup feature provided by the display apparatus 200 (shown in FIG. 28) proceeds as follows:S2801: the display apparatus determines whether a scheduled time has been reached, and if yes, proceeding to S2802, otherwise, returning to S2801;S2802: the display apparatus automatically wakes up;S2803: the Ul module obtains a total number N of media files and initializes the loop parameter i=l;S2804: the Ul module sends a command to play the i-th media file;S2805: the relevant module begins playing the i-th media file;S2806: determining whether i=l, and if yes, proceeding to S2807, otherwise, proceeding to S2809;S2807: pausing the playback, and waiting for the user to confirm playback;S2808: receiving a command for confirming playback from the user by pressing the "OK" button on the remote control;S2809: playing the i-th media file;S2810: determining whether the i-th media file has finished playing, and if yes, proceeding to S2811, otherwise, returning to S2809;S2811: determining whether i>N, and if yes, terminating the process, otherwise, proceeding to S2812; andS2812: incrementing the loop parameter i by 1.
[0243] As such, in the current scheduled playback process, if the first media file starts to be played, playback can be paused, and whether to begin playback actually can be determined by the user. Playback can resume for all target items only after user's confirmation, preventing scheduled playback from interfering with the user's current use of the display apparatus 200.
[0244] Embodiment IV
[0245] The display apparatus 200 can provide a scheduled playback function for recording files based on the PVR application. Based on this feature, users can schedule the playback of recording files.
[0246] If a user wishes to record a current program, the user can input a fourth control command to the display apparatus 200. In response to the fourth control command, the display apparatus 200 can display a page for schedule recording (Schedule Recording). This page can include an option for timing setting and can refer to the page for schedule recording shown in FIG. 29. The user can input a command to the display apparatus 200 by selecting the option for timing setting, and the display apparatus 200, in response, can display a time-setting page, which can refer to FIG. 19. Using the time-setting page, the user can set parameters for scheduled playback of the recording file, such as start time, end time, playback mode, playback days of the week, etc. Specific details can refer to embodiment I, which are not elaborated here.
[0247] Users can input a fifth control command to the display apparatus 200. In response to the fifth control command, the display apparatus 200 can display a recording file list page, which can include all the recording files currently available, as shown in FIG. 30. The recording file list page may also include a timing button, such as the timing button 3001 in FIG. 30. After selecting the desired recording files for scheduled playback, the user can open the time-setting page by selecting the timing button. For example, if the user wants to schedule the playback of the files REC0001 and REC0002, the user can select these files and then select thetiming button 3001. The order in which the user selects the recording files determines the subsequent playback order. The display apparatus 200 can then display the time-setting page, which can refer to FIG. 19. Based on this page, the user can set parameters such as start time, end time, playback mode, and playback days of the week for the selected recording files. Specific details can refer to embodiment I, which are not elaborated here.
[0248] The display apparatus can be equipped with a recording feature, such as a Personal Video Recorder (PVR) function. Using this feature, the user can record a program that he / she wishes to watch again. The display apparatus can write a recording file into an inserted disk. If the user wishes to watch the recording file, the display apparatus can import the recording file from the disk into a local database and play it.
[0249] If the user wants to change the display apparatus to another one, the user can disconnect the disk from the original display apparatus and insert it to a new apparatus. While the new apparatus plays the recording files from the disk, it can import the recording file into its local database. However, for file security, a display apparatus can only play a recording file recorded locally. Thus, the new apparatus cannot properly play the recording file recorded on the original apparatus.
[0250] In some embodiments, the display apparatus 200 can connect with a disk via the external device interface 240. The disk can be used for storing recording files. After the disk is inserted into the display apparatus 200, the display apparatus 200 can enable the recording feature (e.g., PVR feature) in response to a control command, and record a currently playing program in response to a recording command from the user, generating a recording file. The apparatus can write the recording file onto the disk. If the user wishes to view the recording file, the display apparatus 200 can import the recording file from the disk into the local database and display a recording file list, including the recording files in the local database. The display apparatus can, in response to a command for playing a target recording file, play the target recording file.
[0251] In some embodiments, the display apparatus 200 can be configured to automatically import the recording file into the local database after recording. In this way, there is no need for the user to manually import the recording file into the local database.
[0252] In some embodiments, the display apparatus 200 can be configured to automatically import the recording file into the local database after recording. If the disk is removed from the display apparatus 200, or the playback of the recording file in the local database is finished, or the recording file has been stored in the local database for a preset time length, or after the display apparatus is powered off, the recording file can be deleted from the local database. After the display apparatus connects with the disk again, the recording file in the disk needs to be imported into the local database.
[0253] In some embodiments, the display apparatus can be configured to not automatically import the recording file into the local database after obtaining the recording file recorded by the display apparatus. If the user wants to play the recording file, the user must manually import the recording file into the local database for play.
[0254] If the user wants to change the display apparatus to another one (e.g., as described in FIGS. 1, 3, and 4), the user can disconnect a disk from the original display apparatus and insert it to the new display apparatus. When the user use new display apparatus to play the recording file in the disk, the new display apparatus can import the recording file into its local database and display a recording file list. The recording file list can include a recording file that has been imported into the local database. However, due to security constraints, the display apparatus typically can play the recording file recorded on itself, but cannot play recording files not recorded on itself, resulting in playback failures in the new display apparatus for the recording file recorded on the original display apparatus, which may significantly impact user experience.
[0255] The terms "original display apparatus" and "replacement display apparatus" are relative. For a same disk, the original display apparatus refers to a display apparatus that initially connecting with the disk, while the replacement display apparatus refers to a display apparatus currently connecting with the disk. If the disk is transferred to another display apparatus, the above described replacement display apparatus becomes an original display apparatus, and a new display apparatus becomes a replacement display apparatus. In this application, for clear description, the replacement display apparatus is referred to as a first display apparatus, and the original display apparatus is referred to as a second displayapparatus. Both display apparatuses can refer to the display apparatus 200 as described in FIGS.1, 3, and 4.
[0256] To overcome the issues mentioned above, the application provides a first display apparatus. Based on the operating system shown in FIG. 4, the first display apparatus is equipped with the system architecture shown in FIG. 5, which is related to synchronizing recording. The BIZ layer in the architecture may include a recording resource management module, recording data read / write module, recording message module, and recording file playback module. The recording resource management module can correspond to Model- TimerList and Model-TimerControl. The recording file playback module, the recording data read / write module, and the recording message module can correspond to Model-HDR.
[0257] The TV main layer may include a module for encryption / decryption of recording data, a recording message module, and a recording file playback module. The module for encryption / decryption of recording data can correspond to Metadata. The recording message module can correspond to HDRTask. The recording file playback module can correspond to HDRControl.
[0258] Based on the system architecture shown in FIG. 5, the first display apparatus can provide an import function after connecting with the disk, following the process shown in FIG. 31. The specific steps are as follows.
[0259] S6101: after detecting that the disk is in connection, the first display apparatus identifies whether the disk stores a recording file.
[0260] If the user wants to use a recording function on the first display apparatus, the user needs to insert a disk into the first display apparatus. This disk can be one that was used on another display apparatus, such as a second display apparatus, or a disk that has not been used on any other device.
[0261] Once the first display apparatus detects the inserted disk, it can identify whether the disk stores the recording file. The recording file can include a first recording file and / or a third recording file. The first recording file is recorded by the second display apparatus, while the third recording file is recorded by the first display apparatus.
[0262] In some embodiments, if the disk has been used on the second display apparatus, and the user has used the second display apparatus for recording, the disk can include the first recording file.
[0263] In some embodiments, if the disk has not been used on the second display apparatus, or if the disk has been used on the second display apparatus but the user does not use the second display apparatus for recording, then the disk may not include the first recording file.
[0264] In some embodiments, if the disk has been used on the first display apparatus, and the user has used the first display apparatus for recording, the disk can include the second recording file.
[0265] In some embodiments, if the disk has not been used on the first display apparatus, or if the disk has been used on the first display apparatus but the user does not use the first display apparatus for recording, then the disk may not include the second recording file.
[0266] The first display apparatus can be configured to provide an import function via an import application, which is used to import the recording file from the disk into a local database of the first display apparatus.
[0267] In some embodiments, the first display apparatus can be configured to provide an import button in a menu of the import application. This import button is used for the user to input an import command.
[0268] In some embodiments, the menu can be a list menu, a quick menu, a toolbar, etc.
[0269] In some embodiments, the first display apparatus can identify whether the disk stores the recording file before receiving a command to enter the menu from the user. For example, after detecting the insertion of the disk, the first display apparatus can identify whether the disk stores the recording file. The first display apparatus can identify whether the disk stores the recording file when or after the import application is opened.
[0270] In some embodiments, the first display apparatus can, in response to the command to enter the menu, identify whether the disk stores the recording file.
[0271] S6102: based on that the disk stores the recording file, displaying the import button, and setting the import button to be in an available state.
[0272] If the disk stores the first recording file and / or the second recording file, it can be determined that the disk stores the recording file.
[0273] After determining that the disk stores the recording file, the first display apparatus can display the import button and set the button to be in the available state to prompt the user that the recording file can be imported from the disk.
[0274] In some embodiments, the first display apparatus can display a menu in response to a control command from the user, and, upon confirming that the disk stores the recording file, can display an import button in the menu and set the import button to be in the available state. This allows the user to control the display apparatus to show the menu and, when the import button is available, input an import command to import the recording file.
[0275] In some embodiments, the first display apparatus can automatically pop up the menu, such as a quick menu, when it detects the insertion of the disk and identifies that the disk stores the recording file. The import button can be displayed in an available state, or the import button can be automatically popped up and displayed as available. This allows the display apparatus to proactively provide the import button to the user without searching for the import button step by step when the user wants to the recording file to be imported.
[0276] Refer to the menu of the import application shown in FIG. 32, if the first display apparatus identifies that the disk stores the recording file, the first display apparatus can display the import button 710 in the menu and the import button 710 is in an available state.
[0277] S6103: based on that there is no stored recording file, hiding the import button or display the import button in an unavailable state.
[0278] If the disk does not store the first or second recording file, it can be determined that the disk does not store the recording file.
[0279] When the first display apparatus displays the menu of the import application, if it identifies that the disk does not store the recording file, the import button can be hidden in the menu or displayed as unavailable, to prompt the user that there is no recording file in the disk and to avoid the user attempting to import file.
[0280] Taking displaying the import button in the menu as an example, as shown in FIG. 33, when the first display apparatus detects that the disk does not store recording files, it candisplay the import button in the menu, but the button is set to an unavailable state, such as grayed out.
[0281] In some embodiments, the first display apparatus can import the first recording file as shown in FIG. 34. The specific steps are as follows.
[0282] S9101: in response to an import command from the user, obtaining a first recording file from the disk. Here, the first recording file includes a first encryption key for video data, as well as a device ID and MAC address of the second display apparatus.
[0283] When displaying the import button, if the user wants to import the recording file from the disk, the user can input a command based on the import button to control the first display apparatus to display an import interface. The import interface may include a file list with the items of the first recording files in the disk. The import interface may also include a confirm button and a cancel button. The user can select the first recording file he / she wants to import and, by clicking the confirm button, input an import command to import the selected recording file.
[0284] The first display apparatus, in response to the import command, can obtain the first recording file from the disk (the selected first recording file).
[0285] The first recording file may include a first encryption key for video data. The video data is for a video corresponding to the first recording file. When recording video, the display apparatus can encrypt the recorded video data to ensure its security. The second display apparatus can use the first encryption key to encrypt the video data and save the video data along with the corresponding first encryption key in the first recording file.
[0286] In some embodiments, the second display apparatus can calculate the first encryption key using supported encryption and decryption algorithms based on the device ID and MAC address, and use the first encryption key to encrypt the first recording file, ensuring the security of the first recording file.
[0287] The second display apparatus can also calculate the decryption key using the device ID and MAC address and the encryption and decryption algorithm, and use this decryption key to decrypt the encrypted first recording file, allowing normal playback of the decrypted first recording file.
[0288] The encryption and decryption algorithm can also be used to restore the device ID and MAC address based on the encryption key.
[0289] The display apparatus is configured with supported encryption and decryption algorithms, where display apparatuses of the same brand support the same algorithms.
[0290] The first recording file may also include the device ID and MAC address of the second display apparatus.
[0291] The first recording file may also include thumbnail data for the first recording file, which is used to draw an item for the first recording file, such as an icon.
[0292] S9102: calculating a first device ID and first MAC address corresponding to the first encryption key, based on a supported first encryption and decryption algorithm.
[0293] The first display apparatus can support the first encryption and decryption algorithm.
[0294] The first display apparatus can use the first encryption and decryption algorithm to calculate the device ID and MAC address corresponding to the first encryption key, i.e., the first device ID and first MAC address.
[0295] S9103: based on that the first device ID matches a device ID of the second display apparatus and the first MAC address matches an MAC address of the second display apparatus, determining that the first recording file is the second recording file available for import, and obtain a first decryption key for the second recording file.
[0296] After the user sets up the import of recording data, the GUI can trigger the import application and notify the BIZ layer. The recording resource management module can inform the TV main layer's recording data encryption and decryption module to check if the first recording file can be imported.
[0297] If the first device ID matches the second display apparatus's device ID and the first MAC address matches the second display apparatus's MAC address, it indicates that the first display apparatus and the second display apparatus use the same encryption and decryption algorithm, thus confirming that the first and second display apparatuses are of the same brand.
[0298] Display apparatuses of the same brand support the same encryption and decryption algorithms. Therefore, based on the same device ID and MAC address, display apparatuses of the same brand can calculate the same decryption key. Based on this, the first display apparatus can use the device ID and MAC address of the second display apparatus to calculate the first decryption key using the first encryption and decryption algorithm. This first decryption key matches the decryption key used by the second display apparatus for the first recording file, meaning it is the decryption key for the first recording file. The first display apparatus can decrypt the encrypted first recording file with this first decryption key, allowing normal playback of the decrypted first recording file.
[0299] Since the first display apparatus can calculate the decryption key for the first recording file, it can decrypt and play the first recording file after importing it. Therefore, the first recording file can be confirmed as an importable recording file, i.e., the second recording file. The second recording file is a non-local recording that can be imported.
[0300] S9104: importing the second recording file and the first decryption key into the local database and displaying a recording file list, which includes an item for the second recording file.
[0301] The first display apparatus can import the second recording file and the first decryption key into the local database, allowing it to use the first decryption key to decrypt and play the second recording file.
[0302] The first display apparatus can also display the recording file list, which includes the item for the second recording file. This allows the user to determine which recording files can be played and control the playback of the recording file based on the corresponding item.
[0303] In some embodiments, the first display apparatus can display the recording file list following the process shown in FIG. 35, with the following specific steps.
[0304] S1001: obtaining thumbnail data for the second recording file.
[0305] If the recording data encryption and decryption module determines that the second recording file can be imported, the first display apparatus can notify the BIZ layer's recording data read and write module through the TV main layer's recording message module, providing the path to the thumbnail data of the second recording file to the GUI, and write the second recording file into the local database.
[0306] S1002: displaying the recording file list based on the thumbnail data of the second recording file. The recording file list can include the item for the second recording file, which includes the thumbnail of the second recording file.
[0307] The first display apparatus draws the item for the second recording file in the recording file list based on the thumbnail data, such as displaying the thumbnail of the second recording file. This allows the user to quickly identify the recording file he / she wants to play by browsing the thumbnails in the recording file list.
[0308] In some embodiments, based on S9102, if the first device ID does not match the second display apparatus's device ID and / or the first MAC address does not match the second display apparatus's MAC address, the first recording file is determined to be a fourth recording file which is unavailable for import. In other words, the first display apparatus cannot calculate the true decryption key for the first recording file and thus cannot decode and play the encrypted first recording file. The first display apparatus can be configured to display a prompt when the first recording file is determined to be the fourth recording file which is unavailable for import, notifying the user that the selected first recording file cannot be imported. Based on this, the recording file list displayed by the first display apparatus will not include the fourth recording file.
[0309] Example 10
[0310] Taking the disk including the first recording file, which are recording files a, b, and c as an example. If the user wants to import recording files from the disk, the user can control the first display apparatus to open the import application and display the menu via control device 100. As shown in FIG. 36®, when the first display apparatus detects that recording files are stored on the disk, it can display the import button in the menu and show the import button as available.
[0311] The user can input the first command based on the import button. In response to the first command, the first display apparatus can display the import interface as shown in FIG. 36@. The import interface can include items for recording files a, b, and c. The importinterface may also include a confirmation button and a cancel button. If the user wants to import recording files a and b, the user can select items for recording files a and b and input the import command based on the confirmation button. The first display apparatus can, in response to the import command, determine whether recording files a and b are importable, following steps S9101 to S9103.
[0312] Taking recording file a is an importable second recording file and recording file b is a non-importable fourth recording file as example, the first display apparatus can obtain the thumbnail data for recording file a and calculate a first decryption key for recording file a. The first display apparatus may display a message as shown in FIG. 36@, informing the user that recording file b cannot be imported. After displaying the message for a preset duration, the first display apparatus may automatically remove the message. Alternatively, the first display apparatus may remove the message in response to a return command from the user. After removing the message, the first display apparatus can display the recording file list as shown in FIG. 36@. The recording file list can include the item for recording file a, which may include the thumbnail for recording file a, and the first display apparatus can also import recording file a into the local database.
[0313] In some embodiments, if the disk stores the first recording file, the first display apparatus can import the first recording file according to the process shown in FIG. 37. The specific steps are as follows.
[0314] S1211: in response to a first command, obtaining a first recording file from the disk. This first recording file can include a first encryption key for video data, as well as a device identification ID and a media access control (MAC) address of the second display apparatus.

[0316] Before displaying the import interface, the first display apparatus can first identify the second recording file which is importable in the first recording file(s). The process of obtaining the first recording file from the disk can refer to step S9101, which will not be elaborated here.
[0317] S1212 : calculating a first device ID and a first MAC address corresponding to the first encryption key, based on supported first encryption and decryption algorithm.
[0318] S1213: based on that the first device ID matches the second display apparatus's device ID and the first MAC address matches the second display apparatus's MAC address, determining that the first recording file is the second recording file which is importable.
[0319] Steps S1212-S1213 can refer to steps S9102-S9103, which will not be elaborated here.
[0320] S1214: displaying the import interface, which includes the item for the second recording file.
[0321] After determining that the second recording file is importable, the first display apparatus can display the import interface. The import interface can include a file list that includes the item for the importable second recording file.
[0322] In some embodiments, the file list may also include items for non-importable fourth recording files. The first display apparatus may display the item for the second recording file as selectable, while displaying the item for the fourth recording file as non-selectable. This allows the user to determine whether the corresponding recording files can be imported based on their status.
[0323] In this way, the user can accurately select the importable second recording file based on the file list.
[0324] S1215: in response to an import command input based on an item for a target second recording file, obtaining a first decryption key for the target second recording file, importing the target second recording file and the first decryption key for the target second recording file into the local database, and displaying the recording file list, which includes the item for the target second recording file.
[0325] The target second recording file refers to the recording file the user wants to import. After selecting the item for the target second recording file, the user can input the import command by pressing the confirmation button on control device 100 or in the import interface. The process of importing the target second recording file can refer to step S9104, which will not be elaborated here.
