Abstract

Aspects of the present disclosure relates to a wireless coupler for an electronic lock installed on a door, and an electronic lock system. In certain embodiments, wireless coupler includes a transmitting device and a receiving device. Transmitting device transmits current status of the door, a set of controlling commands to electronic lock, and electrical power to electronic lock. Receiving device receives current status of door, the set of controlling commands to the electronic lock, and electrical power to the electronic lock. When door is in a closed state and the transmitting device and the receiving device are in close proximity, an electronic lock control center checks the status of the electronic lock, and sends the set of controlling commands to lock or unlock the electronic lock through an electronic lock control network, and a rechargeable battery of the electronic lock is wirelessly charged by an electrical power source.

Description

ELECTRONIC LOCKS HAVING WIRELESS COUPLERS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAMEFIELD

[0001] The present disclosure generally relates to medical devices, and more particularly to emergency sign early detection and alert systems, and methods of using the emergency sign early detection and alert systems.BACKGROUND

[0002] Electronic locks are becoming more and more popular with development of smart home technology. These electronic locks can be controlled, locked or unlocked by smart phones and internet wirelessly. Unlike mechanical locks, these electronic locks can’ t be operated without electrical power. Some of the electronic locks are battery operated, but the life expectancy of the battery limits the operation of these electronic locks, and it is especially difficult when the battery runs out without warning, and, causes unlock failures. Other electronic locks use electrical power from household electrical outlets, however, the wires going through hinges are easy to break over times, and wear and tear may cause circuit to be broken or shorted. Thus, it is desirable to have power supply to the electronic locks without short lived battery, and without direct wires going through the door hinges.

[0003] Therefore, a heretofore unaddressed needs still exist in the art to address the aforementioned deficiencies and inadequacies.SUMMARY
