Abstract

The present disclosure proposes an electronic device for displaying, on a page, information related to a product to which a limited-time discount is being applied in a product transaction platform. The electronic device according to the present disclosure may include: one or more processors; and one or more memories storing instructions to be executed by the one or more processors, wherein when the instructions are executed, the one or more processors are configured to: select one or more first products on the basis of a product purchase history of a user of a user terminal from among a plurality of products being sold in a product transaction platform; select one or more second products to which a limited-time discount is being applied from among the one or more first products; determine a display order of the one or more second products on the basis of a remaining discount time corresponding to each of the one or more second products; and allow the user terminal to display information related to the one or more second products on a first page by using at least one of a banner and a widget on the basis of the determined display order.
