Description

[0001] A NEW CURTAIN PROFILE STRUCTURE

[0002] Field of the Invention

[0003] The present invention relates to a new one-piece hooked curtain profile structure to be used in order to prevent interference from the curtain of the vehicle to the inside of the vehicle and to ensure safety in vehicles with customs legislation feature without trailer - semi-trailer type cover in highway transportation.

[0004] State of the Art

[0005] In the state of the art, a curtain profile and a forklift barrier are used in two parts in order to prevent intervention in the interior of the vehicle when the curtain / tarpaulin is closed as required by the regulations for trailers and semitrailers, vehicles with customs regulations and vehicles without doors. (Figures 4-5) This two-piece structure consisting of a curtain profile and a forklift barrier causes loss of time in terms of manufacturing and assembly, increase in labor and manufacturing costs. In current applications, difficulties are also experienced when passing the capsule through the curtain. The angle of the part called the forklift barrier does not allow the capsule to be passed easily. Apart from this, in the currently used structure, when the spanset is installed, it hits the side protection piece that is located horizontally along the tire area of the mudguard assembly and whose use is mandatory according to the regulation.

[0006] The document numbered 2016 / 20336 relates to the partial cover assembly for trailers and truck bodies. The aforementioned cover assembly comprises a partial cover that provides protection and load safety of the materials inside the body by assembling in pieces and assembling to the roof panel of the vehicle bodies, a tension element that allows the aforementioned reinforced cover to stand more rigidly by stretching it, and a cover element that forms each part of the aforementioned partial cover and allows the tension elements to pass through the joints. However, the document does not mention a one-piece hook curtain profile.

[0007] As a result due to the abovementioned disadvantages and the insufficiency of the current solutions regarding the subject matter, a development is required to be made in the relevant technical field.

[0008] Purpose of the Invention

[0009] The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned negativities and it is inspired by the current situation

[0010] The main purpose of the invention is to provide a new one-piece hooked curtain profile structure that eliminates the need to use forklift barriers. It is aimed to develop a one-piece hooked curtain profile structure to be used in order to prevent intervention from the curtain of the vehicle to the inside of the vehicle and to ensure safety in vehicles with the customs legislation feature without trailer - semi-trailer type cover in highway transportation.

[0011] One purpose of the invention is to ensure locking by attaching its spansets to the tab of the hooked curtain profile.

[0012] One purpose of the invention is to reduce the time loss in manufacturing and assembly by making the hooked curtain profile a single piece. It is aimed to prevent increased labor and manufacturing costs by producing a single piece in a two-piece manufacturing facility in the current technique.

[0013] Another purpose of the invention is to ensure that the spanset can be installed in the parts corresponding to the tires in the axle area without hitting the mudguard side protection piece.

[0014] Another purpose of the invention is to provide a structure that allows the tarpaulin capsule to be placed on the hook on the curtain profile without any problems. In order to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes, the present invention is a new monolithic structure hooked curtain profile that is connected on the side horizontal trailer profiles surrounding the side of the chassis in trailer - semitrailer type vehicles without cover in highway transportation, and comprises hooks that allow the curtain or tarpaulin to be mounted on the vehicle by attaching the curtain I tarpaulin spanset capsules and a tab structure that allows the spanset to be attached and locked.

[0015] The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description made with reference to these drawings and therefore the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

[0033] Detailed Description of the Invention

[0034] In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the inventive product are described by means of examples only for clarifying the subject matter.

[0035] The present invention relates to a new monolithic hooked curtain profile (4), which is mounted with bolts between the middle bollards (3) on the side horizontal trailer profile (2) surrounding the side of the chassis (1), for trailer - semi-trailer type vehicles without cover for road transport. The hooked curtain profile (4) which is the subject of the invention comprises hooks (4.1) for mounting curtain or tarpaulin on the vehicle by passing the curtain / tarpaulin spanset capsules (5) and a tab structure (4.2) which enables locking by attaching the spansets (6).

[0036] The invention relates to the hooked curtain profile (5) mounted on the side horizontal trailer profile (2). In one embodiment of the invention, the hooked curtain profiles (4) which are the subject of the invention and designed in the required dimensions in accordance with the distances between the middle bollards (3) mounted on the side horizontal trailer profiles (2) surrounding the chassis (1) are mounted with bolts. After completely covering the vehicle's superstructure with a curtain, the spanset capsules (5) on the curtain / tarpaulin are attached to the hooked curtain profile. Locking is done by attaching the spansets (6) to the tab of the hooked curtain profile (4). Thus, there is no need to use a forklift barrier.

[0037] Chassis (1 ) is the element that forms the infrastructure of a vehicle and carries the superstructure and desired accessories. The middle bollard (3) is an element that carries the superstructure of the vehicle. The side horizontal trailer profile (2) is the element that surrounds the side of the vehicle chassis (1 ) and carries the middle bollard (3) and the hooked curtain profile (4).

[0038] The invention relates to a new hooked curtain profile (4) with a monolithic structure, characterized by which is mounted with bolts between the middle bollards (3) on the side horizontal trailer profile (2) surrounding the side of the chassis (1), for trailer - semi-trailer type vehicles without cover for road transport, enables the curtain or tarpaulin to be mounted on the vehicle by inserting the curtain / tarpaulin spanset capsules (5) into the hooks (4.1) and locking by inserting the spansets (6) into the tabs (4.2).

[0039] Figure-4 and Figure-5 show the hooked curtain profile mounted on the side screen in the state of the art and the forklift barrier acting as a tab. The hooked curtain profile (4) which is the subject of the invention is produced as a single piece (monolithic) unlike the two piece production in the state of the art, thus preventing increased labor and manufacturing costs. In addition, the spanset (6) can be installed on the parts corresponding to the tires in the axle area without hitting the mudguard side protection piece. The invention enables the tarpaulin spanset capsules (5) to be easily inserted into the hooks (4.1) on the curtain profile. Figure 6 shows the detailed view of the spanset capsule. Figure 7 shows the spanset on the vehicle.

[0040] Figure 3 shows the appearance of the hooked curtain profile (4) design which is the subject of the invention. With the invention, a monolithic structure is created instead of the existing forklift barrier and curtain profile in the art. In Figures 1-2 and 8, the exploded views of the hooked curtain profile (4), which is the subject of the invention, on the vehicle and the views of the hooked curtain profile (4) on the vehicle are given.
