[0005] The ceramic sanitary ware are frequently used in the toilet rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens. Some ceramic sanitary ware are fixed directly on the floor or the force imparted by the ceramic sanitary ware due to its weight and the force imparted during the use are enabled to be transferred directly to the floor with the help of a base fitted to the ceramic sanitary ware. Due to having a more aesthetic appearance and providing some advantages during the use, it is often preferred today to fix the ceramic sanitary ware to a surface perpendicular to the floor. In the applications where the ceramic sanitary ware is fixed to a surface perpendicular to the floor, it is necessary to fix the ceramic sanitary ware on the mounting surface in such a way that it can bear both its own weight and the forces imparted during the use. For this purpose, the mounting procedure is carried out using various connection members and various mounting methods.
[0006] In the applications where the mounting of the ceramic sanitary ware is performed on a mounting surface perpendicular to the floor for aesthetic reasons, it is undesirable that the connection members used for the mounting are visible on the surface of the ceramic sanitary ware after the mounting. For this purpose, the concealed mounting apparatus, which will not be visible after the mounting, are used for the mounting of the ceramic sanitary ware.
[0007] In an exemplary application of the state of the art employed for fixing a ceramic sanitary ware to a wall, a stud fixed to a wall penetrates the mounting apparatus and a setscrew, as a result of being rotated, advances on the body of the mounting apparatus fixed on the ceramic sanitary ware and penetrates a cavity present on said stud, and in this way, enables the ceramic sanitary ware to be fixed to the wall. In this application, the fixing of the ceramic sanitary ware is achieved owing to the cavity inside the stud and the setscrew. The fact that the contact surface of the setscrew with the stud is small and said contact is a point contact, i.e., a surface contact is not present between the setscrew and the stud, leads to an unbalanced load distribution. This may cause the emergence of certain limitations in terms of the choice of the material, the complication of the mounting procedure and / or some safety problems during the use.
[0008] Consequently, all the above-mentioned technical problems have made it necessary to carry out an innovation in the relevant art.

[0010] An object of the invention is to offer a mounting apparatus, which enables a ceramic sanitary ware to be fixed on a mounting surface perpendicular to the floor in such a way that no connection member will be visible through the ceramic sanitary ware after the mounting.
[0011] Another object of the invention is to develop a mounting apparatus, wherein said mounting apparatus has a body that is fixed to a threaded portion fixed on a mounting surface and that passes through a mounting opening of the ceramic sanitary ware and wherein a pressing member positioned into said body is, after passing through said mounting opening, enabled to go out of said body and apply pressure towards a pressing surface and a mounting surface from the interior of the ceramic sanitary ware.

[0030] The invention relates to a mounting apparatus (1), which enables a ceramic sanitary ware (17) to be fixed on a mounting surface. Here, the mentioned ceramic sanitary ware (17) is preferably a wall-hung toilet. Said mounting apparatus (1) is characterized by comprising in its most basic form

When the toilet is initially pushed towards the mounting apparatus (1), the pressing member (5) moves down to push back the bearing piston (7) and the spring (8), and once said pressing member (5) becomes released from the mounting opening (18) of the ceramic sanitary ware (17), said pressing member (5) moves up and the spring (8) and the bearing piston (7) return to their original state. Henceforth, the rotating member / worm gear (5) is rotated and is enabled to rotate the intermediate gear / pinion gear (4), said intermediate gear / pinion gear in turn drives the pushing member / rack gear (6) forward, the drive piston (11) is pushed forward to enable the contact of the pressing member (5) with the pressing surface (19) and the mounting of the ceramic sanitary ware (17) on the mounting surface is thus achieved.
Claims
CLAIMS1. A mounting apparatus (1), which enables a ceramic sanitary ware (17) to be fixed on a mounting surface, characterized in that said mounting apparatus (1) comprises• at least one body (2), which is configured to pass through a mounting opening (18) of said ceramic sanitary ware (17),• at least one pressing member (5), which has the freedom of movement such that it is able to close towards the interior of said body (2) while said body (2) is passing through said mounting opening (18) of said ceramic sanitary ware (17) and it is able to go out of said body (2) once said body (2) has passed through said mounting opening (18),• at least one pushing member (4), which enables the movement of said pressing member (5) in a way to apply pressure on a pressing surface (19) of said ceramic sanitary ware (17) and thus enable said ceramic sanitary ware (17) to be pressed onto the mounting surface, and• at least one rotating member (3), which enables said pushing member (4) to move inside said body (2).
2. A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 1 characterized in that said mounting apparatus (1) comprises at least one spring (8), which enables said pressing member (5) to enter said body (2) while said body (2) is passing through said mounting opening (18) of said ceramic sanitary ware (17) and enables said pressing member (5) to move in a way to go out of said body (2) while said body (2) has passed through said mounting opening (18).

A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 1 or 2 characterized in that said mounting apparatus (1) comprises at least one pressing member support piece (6), which enables said pressing member (5) to move such that is is able to close towards the interior of said body (2) while said body (2) is passing through said mounting opening (18) of said ceramic sanitary ware (17) and it is able to go out of said body (2) once said body (2) has passed through said mounting opening (18).
4. A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 2 or 3 characterized in that said spring (8) is configured such that it will push said pressing member support piece (6) outwards from the mounting surface.
5. A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 3 or 4 characterized in that said pressing member support piece (6) and said pressing member (5) are associated with each other via at least one pin (9).
6. A mounting apparatus (1) according to any one of Claims 2-5 characterized in that said pressing member support piece (6) and said spring (8) are associated with each other via at least one bearing piston (7).
7. A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 6 characterized in that said bearing piston (7) and said pressing member support piece (6) are associated with each other via at least one pin (9).
8. A mounting apparatus (1) according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said mounting apparatus (1) comprises at least one nut structure (10), which enables said mounting apparatus (1) to be associated with a threaded stud fixed on the mounting surface.
9. A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 8 characterized in that said nut structure (10) is associated with said spring (8).
10. A mounting apparatus (1) according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said pushing member (4) and said pressing member (5) are associated with each other via at least one drive piston (11).
11. A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 10 characterized in that said drive piston (11) and said pressing member (5) are associated with each other via at least one pin (9).
12. A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 10 or 11 characterized in that said drive piston (11) is fixed to said pushing member (4).
13. A mounting apparatus (1) according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said rotating member (3) is associated with said pushing member (4) via the threaded portion.

A mounting apparatus (1) according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said mounting apparatus (1) is configured in a way to enable said pressing member (5) to apply, via said pushing member (4), pressure on the pressing surface (19) of the ceramic sanitary ware (17) in the direction of the mounting surface in case said rotating member (3) is moved for performing the mounting.
15. A mounting apparatus (1) according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said rotating member (3) has a pinion gear structure and said pushing member (4) has a rack gear structure.
16. A mounting apparatus (1) according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said rotating member (3) and said pushing member (4) are associated with each other via at least one intermediate gear (12).
17. A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 16 characterized in that said rotating member (3) and said intermediate gear (12) are associated with each other via the threaded structure.
18. A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 16 or 17 characterized in that said pushing member (4) and said intermediate gear (12) are associated with each other via the threaded structure.
19. A mounting apparatus (1) according to any one of Claims 16-18 characterized in that said rotating member (3) has a worm gear structure and said intermediate gear (12) has a pinion gear structure.
20. A mounting apparatus (1) according to any one of Claims 16-19 characterized in that said intermediate gear (12) has a pinion gear structure and said pushing member (4) has a rack gear structure.
21. A mounting apparatus (1) according to any one of Claims 16-20 characterized in that said intermediate gear (12) is centered inside the body (2) by means of at least one Pin (9).
22. A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 21 characterized in that said body (2) has at least one intermediate gear pin bearing (13).

26. A mounting apparatus (1) according to Claim 25 characterized in that said rotating member housing (15) comprises at least one ring, which enables the rotating member (3) to rotate in an endless manner inside the body (2) and prevents the movements of the same other than the rotational movement.

A mounting apparatus (1) according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that said body (2) comprises at least one pushing member housing (16), which is configured to provide the freedom of forward-backward movement for the pushing member (4) in the direction towards the mounting surface or in the opposite direction and prevent the movement of the same in the other directions.
