A surgical multi purpose support device suitable selectively for 'nontouch' manipulation activity for implants and prosthesis as well as dissection of tissue planes avoiding tissue injury in body cavities in surgical procedures and the like comprising:20 a manipulator end (3) including a manipulator shaped free of any sharp peripheral edges and a blunt tip (3C) at the front adapted for entry within said body cavity and providing a carrier support for the manipulating activity including adjusting said implant or device in position with respect to any surgical region of interest as well as25 dissection procedures; and an extended shaft (4) operatively connecting the manipulator end portion for extended connect to manipulate externally away from said region of interest in said cavity during surgery.

The surgical multi purpose support device as claimed in anyone of claims 1 or 2 suitable for 'non-touch' selective positioning and disposition of implants and prosthesis in surgical procedures and the like through body cavity like incision for breast implant surgery for15 desired manipulation comprising: said manipulator end (3) comprising of a curved manipulator end adapted for support for the manipulating activity;20 said curved manipulator end comprising of a blunt serrations or undulations (3B) at a concave face side thereof for supporting the manipulator activity and a convex outer flat curved face at the other side thereof for supporting the adjustment of the surgical cavity to the implant or prosthesis;25 said curved end comprising of a blunt curved margin at the tip (3C) and on sides thereof for supporting the dissection activity for creation of the surgical cavity for the implant or prosthesis or for adjustment of the surgical cavity to the implant or prosthesis.30 said curved manipulator end comprising of a blunt serrations or undulations (3B) at a concave face side thereof for supporting the activity of protection of the implant while placing deep sutures to prevent needle point injury to the implant or prosthesis.3515an extended shaft (4) operatively connecting the manipulator end portion for extended connect to operate externally away from said region of interest of surgery;5 said shaft (4) operatively connected to said manipulator end (3) portion providing for inserting of the implant manipulator through incision for breast implant surgery and therethrough said breast implant in said cavity for desired manipulation involving said10 manipulator end through said extended shaft connection.

4. The surgical multi purpose support device as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 3 wherein said spoon type manipulator shape include a15 concave face having a radius of curvature 1-1.5 m, the serrations or undulations approximately 4-5 mm wide and 4-5 mm tall.

5. The surgical multi purpose support device as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 4 wherein the thickness of the blunt margin and the20 manipulating end is approximately 5-8 mm, with the length of the manipulating spoon type end shaped is approximately 3-5 cm.

6. The surgical multi purpose support device as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 5 comprising of device length ranging from 6 cm to 40cm,25 or longer or shorter than this length, and having a handle means which is flat or round, narrow or broad.

7. The surgical multi purpose support device as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 6 wherein said extended shaft with or without the handle30 portion include markings selectively for depth of entry into body cavity indications and to show the direction of the convexity of the manipulating end.

8. The surgical multi purpose support device as claimed in anyone of35 claims 1 to 7 wherein said manipulating end comprises a blunt round margin, a gentle concavity like a spoon and gentle undulations or serrations on the concave side.

169. The surgical multi purpose support device as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 8 wherein said manipulating end is shaped selectively as5 blunt club type with variety of shapes including circular and oval tip.

10. The surgical multi purpose support device as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 9 comprising of hollow or solid material with the convex side smooth or with gentle undulations.1011. The surgical multi purpose support device as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 10 which is miniaturisable with proportionally reduced sizes of manipulating end, shaft and handle.15 12. The surgical multipurpose support device as claimed in anyone of claims 1 to 11 which is sterilizable and reusable, or as a single use or disposable.17
