The present application belongs to the technical field of gel composition for electronic products, and particularly relates to a

silicon dioxide and nano-aluminum
oxide are introduced into a
silicone oil base material, the
silicon dioxide is modified by using an amino
silane coupling agent or an
epoxy silane coupling agent, a flexible interface
transition layer can be constructed in a curing process, and the
bonding strength of the interface between the
silicon dioxide and the silicone gel base and the aluminum
oxide particles is effectively improved. The addition of the
silicon dioxide makes the aluminum
oxide uniformly dispersed in the base, alleviates the aluminum oxide agglomeration phenomenon, reduces the silicone gel defects, and improves the breakdown
field strength of the silicone gel. Moreover, the
silicon dioxide itself has a large
band gap width, which is conducive to enhancing the intrinsic breakdown
field strength of the silicone gel. In addition, the
silicon dioxide optimizes the heat conduction path of the aluminum oxide particles, and further improves the
thermal conductivity coefficient of the silicone gel
system. The silicone gel obtained after the silicone gel composition of the present application is cured has excellent heat conduction performance and insulation performance.
