The invention relates to a light metal surface laser impact micronano particles injection reinforcing method, comprising the following steps: 1) removing the oxide layer probably existing on the surface of the light metal by a mechanical polishing or chemical corrosion method, then grinding and polishing with sand paper, and finally cleaning the surface of the light metal alloy with acetone or alcohol; 2) precoating the micronano particles on the surface of the light metal with inorganic bonding agent, recoating a layer of black paint on the surface of the micronano particle coating layer to serve as the absorption layer of laser impact after drying, and drying naturally; 3) impacting the absorption layer and the micronano particle layer with high-energy short pulse laser, and utilizing K9 glass or running water as a restriction layer during laser impact; and 4) soaking the micronano particle coating layer processed by acetone, and then removing the absorption layer through washing with running water or ultrasonic washing to obtain the micronano particle injection reinforcing layer. The invention integrates the actions of laser impact reinforcement, nano particle reinforcement and nano particle reinforcement, can dramatically improve hardness, abrasion resistance and fatigue resistance property of light metal surface layer, and has wide application prospect.

PIV wind tunnel test method for ship air flow field measurement

The invention relates to a PIV wind tunnel test method for ship air flow field measurement, which comprises the steps that a large number of tracer particles are scattered in the flow field of a test wind tunnel, the tracer particles are enabled to move along with the flow field, a generated laser beam is expanded into a sheet beam lighting flow field through a combined lens, a cross-frame CCD camera is utilized to continuously shoot flow field pictures, and multiple groups of front and back tracer particle images are acquired; thus the flow field vorticity, a flow field flow line and a flow field equal velocity line are acquired; then the surface of a ship model of a waterline model made of a metal material is coated with matte black paint; CCD cameras are parallelly placed, test measurement is performed in a mode that the axis of each CCD camera is perpendicular to a laser sheet light surface, a PIV two-dimensional measurement mode is adopted, an included angle of a central longitudinal line of the ship model and an incoming flow wind direction in the wind tunnel and a rolling angle or a pitching angle of the ship model are respectively changed; and thus multiple groups of measurement data of the tracer particles in different measurement sections of the ship model are acquired, multiple air flow field velocity cloud charts and air flow field flow line charges are generated finally so as to complete spatial reconstruction for different measurement sections of the ship model.

The black wheel hub still presents black after being painted with the red clear lacquer, and the groove represents corresponding red color after being painted with the red clear lacquer. The color ring-decorating wheel hub can be produced in bulk and has uniform surface treatment thickness, high smoothness, bright color and attractive appearance; the manufacture method has high efficiency and low cost; bright color rings can be seen when automobiles run, and the bright color rings can be matched with automobiles of different colors to improve the grade of the automobiles.

The trapezoidal prism with an inclined acquisition surface is obliquely assembled on the plastic molded pipe support. A fingerprint acquisition light path sequentially consists of the trapezoidal prism, a Huygens lens set and the photoelectric detector. A fingerprint acquisition surface is arranged on the lower base surface of the trapezoidal prism, an oblique leg surface adjacent to the larger base angle of the trapezoidal prism is an optical transmission surface and the light source is configured on the upper base surface of the trapezoidal prism. The light source is an infrared light source. An oblique leg surface adjacent to the smaller base angle of the trapezoidal lens is used as an optical black substrate which is coated with black paint. An infrared light filter is additionally assembled between the lenses and the photoelectric detector or between the lenses. The upper base surface of the trapezoidal prism is a rough surface. The high-definition infrared fingerprint acquisition device has the advantages of high acquired image definition, evenness, small deformation rate, low distortion rate, high imaging quality, strong image contrast, bright lines, resistance to external ambient light interference, high dry and wet fingerprint acquisition sensitivity, simple structure and convenience in manufacturing, installation and use.
