Description

[0001] ERGONOMIC COMFORTABLE BABY BREASTFEEDING APPARATUS

[0002] Technical Field

[0003] The invention relates to a breastfeeding apparatus which aims to prevent back and lower back pain due to involuntary changes in movement during breastfeeding, posture disorders that may occur due to changes in position during prolonged breastfeeding, and arm, back and lower back pain that may occur as a result of breastfeeders constantly holding their babies.

[0004] Prior Art

[0005] In the art, there are many devices that suspend the baby while breastfeeding. However, these devices are both unnecessarily heavy and place the burden on the mother's shoulders. Breastfeeding, which we often see during breastfeeding periods, takes the form of a hammock with a fabric passed around the neck of the breastfeeding mother and the baby is placed in it, again poses the aforementioned problem. There is no device in the technique that allows the back to stand upright. Breastfeeding lying down is dangerous. Changes in position during the breastfeeding process create difficulties, over time one's hips shift, lumbar gaps are formed and there is no structure that can eliminate these problems or provide support with someone. When a mother breastfeeds by grasping her baby with her arms, her arms, back, neck and shoulders tingle after a while. Posture disorders are triggered by prolonged breastfeeding. In addition, the weight of the baby can cause back pain after a while.

[0006] In the utility model document numbered TR 2019 / 15485 in the known state of the art, it is mentioned about the baby breastfeeding and feeding pillow / cushion developed to create a healthy, comfortable and safe environment by supporting the parent and baby's bodies while breastfeeding or bottle feeding babies. In the utility model document numbered TR 2017 / 23091, which is in the known state of the art, in the field of health, especially in family health centers and hospitals, workplaces, shopping centers, which are among the most visited places in daily life, and in the homes where the person spends a large part of his life, and especially in the baby's living space; It is mentioned about the seat that facilitates breastfeeding in accordance with the body mechanics designed by taking into account ergonomic and anthropometric measurements in order to enable the woman to breastfeed her baby in accordance with the body mechanics and comfortably.

[0007] In the patent document numbered JP2005230107A in the known state of the art, a baby sitting belt is mentioned.

[0008] When the existing studies in the art are examined, the need for the development of the inventive baby breastfeeding apparatus, which aims to completely prevent lumbar slippage that may occur as a result of involuntary movement changes during breastfeeding, posture disorders that may occur due to position changes in longterm breastfeeding, and arm pain that may occur as a result of breastfeeders holding babies continuously, has been felt.

[0009] Objects of the Invention

[0010] The object of the present invention is to realize a breastfeeding apparatus that aims to completely prevent hip slippage that may occur as a result of involuntary changes in movement during breastfeeding, posture disorders that may occur due to position changes in long-term breastfeeding, and arm pain that may occur as a result of breastfeeding babies being held continuously by breastfeeders.

[0011] Another object of the present invention is the realization of a breastfeeding apparatus for comfortable carrying and grasping of the baby.

[0012] Detailed Description of the Invention

[0013] A breastfeeding apparatus for achieving the objects of the present invention is shown in the accompanying figures. These figures are;

[0014] Figure 1: Schematic view of a breastfeeding apparatus according to the invention.

[0015] Figure 2: Exploded view of the inventive infant feeding apparatus.

[0016] Figure 3: The invention relates to the appearance of the seat and backrest parts of a breastfeeding apparatus.

[0017] The parts in the figures are numbered one by one and the corresponding numbers are given below.

[0018] 1. Seat

[0019] 2. Seat cover

[0020] 3. Backrest

[0021] 4. Backrest cover

[0022] 5. Zipper

[0023] 6. Breastfeeding nest

[0024] 7. Breastfeeding nest cover

[0025] 8. Safety tether

[0026] 9. Suspension tie

[0027] 10. Strap buckle

[0028] The invention relates to a breastfeeding apparatus that aims to completely prevent back slippage that may occur as a result of involuntary movement changes during breastfeeding, postural disorders that may occur due to position changes in longterm breastfeeding, and arm pain that may occur as a result of breastfeeders constantly holding their babies, comprising a seat (1), a seat cover (2) fitted over the seat (1), a backrest (3) connected to the seat (1) and positioned perpendicular to the seat (1), a backrest cover (4) fitted over the backrest (3), a zipper (5) connecting the seat cover (2) and backrest cover (4), a breastfeeding nest for the baby during breastfeeding (6), a breastfeeding nest cover (7) fitted over the breastfeeding nest (6) a safety tether (8) connected in the center of the breastfeeding nest (6), which restricts the baby's movement during breastfeeding, a suspension tie (9) connecting the backrest (3) to the breastfeeding nest (6), a strap buckle (10) connected to the suspension tie (9) and allowing the suspension tie (9) to be adjusted according to the breastfeeding body size.

[0029] The seat (1), backrest (3) and breastfeeding nest (6) in the breastfeeding apparatus of the invention are made of sponge material to ensure the comfort of the breastfeeding.

[0030] Seat (1) is covered with seat cover (2), backrest (3) with backrest cover (4) and breastfeeding nest (6) with breastfeeding nest cover (7). After the seat (1) and backrest (3) are inserted into the covers (2, 4), both parts are joined by a zipper (5). The separation of these two parts by the zipper (5) allows them to be used separately and also allows the apparatus to be folded and put away easily. When the apparatus is combined with the zipper (5), it fills the waist gap when the breastfeeding position changes during breastfeeding and allows healthier breastfeeding.

[0031] In the breastfeeding apparatus of the invention, the breastfeeder is seated on the breastfeeding seat (1). When the breastfeeder sits on the breastfeeding seat (1), there is a backrest (3) in the inventive apparatus to prevent back pain and posture disorders during breastfeeding.

[0032] After the breastfeeding invention is placed in the apparatus, the baby is placed in the breastfeeding nest (6). It is then fastened with a safety tether (8) to prevent the baby from moving during breastfeeding. The suspension ties (9) starting from the backrest cover (4) and wrapping the safety slot (6) and then joining with itself, 2 in total, one on the right and one on the left, take the baby's weight from the backrest (3) and take this load from the breastfeeder. With the strap buckle (10) connected to the suspension tie (9), the position of the baby is adjusted according to the breastfeeding body structure. As a result, with the inventive apparatus, lumbar slippage that may occur as a result of involuntary movement changes during breastfeeding, posture disorders that may occur due to position changes in longterm breastfeeding, and arm pains that may occur as a result of breastfeeders constantly holding the babies are completely prevented.
