Ice-making water purifier

Abstract

An ice-making water purifier according to one embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising: a refrigeration cycle device including a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, an ice-making evaporator, and a refrigeration evaporator connected to an outlet of the ice-making evaporator; an ice-making tray in which ice is made by cooling water collected by the ice-making evaporator; a first refrigerant pipe connected to the ice-making evaporator via the expansion valve; a second refrigerant pipe connected to the ice-making evaporator by bypassing the expansion valve; a refrigerant valve that is connected to the condenser, the first refrigerant pipe, and the second refrigerant pipe, and selectively supplies a refrigerant to the first refrigerant pipe and the second refrigerant pipe by switching; a defrost heater that is provided in the refrigeration evaporator and heats the refrigeration evaporator; and a control unit for controlling the operations of the refrigerant valve and an ice-making heater, wherein the control unit switches the refrigerant valve to be open toward the second refrigerant pipe during a defrosting operation, thereby supplying high-temperature refrigerant to the refrigeration evaporator through the ice-making evaporator, and turns on the defrost heater to heat the refrigeration evaporator.
