1. Waffle comprising at least 3% chocolate by mass of the waffle, the waffle having a continuous phase of homogeneous chocolate colour throughout the thickness of the waffle, the continuous phase being made at least from a dough fermented with baker's yeast and chocolate powder, and a discontinuous phase comprising sugar pearls distributed in the continuous phase, the sugar pearls being coated with cocoa paste.
2. Waffle according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the continuous phase is further made from cocoa powder.
3. Waffle according to claim 3, wherein the cocoa powder contains 22% to 24% by mass of fat.
4. Waffle according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising at least one flavouring, preferably natural, of cocoa.
