[0007] In many instances, the mouth acts as the starting point of the digestive system, utilizing the teeth and tongue to break down food and mix it with saliva. Therefore, it is essential to maintain good oral hygiene.
[0008] It is observed that, when food is consumed, food particles often remain between the teeth, creating an ideal environment for bacteria to thrive. To remove these particles, one can use a toothbrush or dental floss, with the toothbrush being the most commonly used tool. A toothbrush consists of a handle for the user to grip and a head with bristles. It is used to clean the teeth and gums by applying toothpaste to the bristles and brushing.

Primarily, existing designs do not adequately consider the positions and arrangements of teeth in the human mouth, the available space for dental care, and the requirements for industrial-scale manufacturing necessary for such toothbrushes.

Even among those who do floss, many often do not adequately clean hard-to-reach areas of the mouth. Moreover, while most commercially available toothbrushes effectively clean the outer surfaces of teeth, they often fall short in providing thorough cleaning of plaque and debris from the gum line, between teeth, lingual surfaces, and other challenging areas of the mouth.
[0021] The brushing technique most widely recommended by dental professionals is known as the "Bass Technique." In this method, users are instructed to hold aconventional toothbrush at a 45-degree angle, where half of the bristles touch the teeth and the other half touch the gums. The recommended motion involves short back-and-forth strokes, as opposed to the up-and-down motion previously advised. This brushing method effectively cleans the enamel surface while providing essential gum massage to promote healthy gum tissue. It also enables the bristles to reach and clean the sulcus, or the area behind the gum tissue where plaque can accumulate. Proper gum massage and sulcus cleaning are crucial in preventing periodontitis, a condition affecting millions of individuals.

When brushing these molar regions, individuals typically use a diagonal back- and-forth brushing motion. The current toothbrush is specifically designed to efficiently clean these molar regions. Its unique brushing head, with opposing high and low planes, effectively reaches and cleans the peaks and valleys of each molar, especially when brushed in a diagonal back-and-forth direction. [0045] The invention relates to tooth brushes, and has as its primary object the provision of a tooth brush which insures that substantially all of the surfaces of the teeth will be brushed and cleansed simultaneously. The present invention relates to a toothbrush with three heads that are able to be connected to a handle in such a way that they have the ability to clean independently of one another. This toothbrush also allows for the transfer of energy associated with motion to the brush heads. In this way, vibration or other motion generated by a mechanism located the handle of the brush can be transferred to the brush head, reducing the amount of work that the user has to perform to clean his or her teeth. The invention still retains the benefits of multi-headed tooth brushing by allowing for teeth to be cleaned in a fraction of the time required to clean teeth while utilizing traditional single brush head methods, while avoiding the requirement for a user to perform a back and forth motion user dexterity and the pinching of mouth bodies typically associated with multi-headed toothbrushes. The multi head toothbrush optimized for dimension and shape of brush heads, height and position of bunch of bristles protruded from the respective brush heads to create optimized cavity to accommodate tooth from 360-degrees at one point of time. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the three brush heads form a single unit, each connected to one another through connector arms. In such embodiment, the three heads independently work to clean tooth when pressure is applied to the teeth for a consistent pressure on each tooth independent of the shape of the tooth. For instance, in this preferred embodiment of the invention, consistent pressure is applied regardless of whether the tooth is a narrow tooth such as an incisor, or a wide tooth such as a molar.
