[0006] Currently, personal protection systems against the introduction of drugs or adulterants are widely known, which include elements in a bracelet for the detection of these types of substances in the drink.

[0010] In order to achieve this objective and solve the technical problems discussed so far, as well as provide additional advantages that may arise later, the present invention provides a personal protection device against the introduction of drugs or adulterants, which comprises at least one reactive element that reacts to adulterants, formed by a detachable protective sheet arranged to cover the reactive element and configured to protect the reactive element from contamination and thus avoid erroneous or false positive results.
[0011] According to one feature of the invention, the protective film is adhered to the device surface on at least one side by means of an adhesive strip and has a tab protruding from the film for its removal at the time of testing. [0028] The present invention relates to a personal protection device that allows the detection of drugs, applied to the detection of beverages adulterated by a wide variety of adulterating substances, which is reliable, while providing safety to the user and a deterrent effect to third parties.
[0029] As shown in Figure 1, a preferred embodiment of the personal protective device is in the form of a wristband (5) with two reactive elements (1) covered by a protective film (2) to protect the reactive element (1) from environmental contamination. If the reactive element (1) is exposed before the detection test is performed, the test result will be unreliable as it may produce a false positive. Even if the reactive element (1) is contaminated, it will not be detected because the test is activated when liquid is deposited on said reactive element (1).

Personal protective device, comprising at least one reactive element (1) that reacts to adulterating substances, characterized in that it comprises: - a detachable protective sheet (2) arranged covering the reactive element (1), configured to protect the reactive element (1) from contamination. 2.- Personal protective device, according to claim 1, wherein the protective sheet (2) is adhered to the surface of the device on at least one of its sides by means of an adhesive strip and has a tab (3) protruding from the protective sheet (2) for removal of the protective sheet (2). 3.- Personal protective device, according to any of the preceding claims, comprising at least two independent reactive elements (1) for the detection of adulterating substances of different composition. 4.- Personal protective device, according to any of the preceding claims, comprising a luminescent coating that glows in the dark. 5.- Personal protective device, according to any of the preceding claims, comprising a QR code (4) configured to redirect a mobile device of a user of the personal protective device to an application of the personal protective device comprising a plurality of user-activatable emergency options.

Personal protective device, according to any of the preceding claims, comprising a functionality that allows a countdown timer to be activated, which triggers an emergency protocol if a predetermined time is exceeded without being voluntarily stopped by the user. 7.- Personal protective device, according to any of the preceding claims, which is in the form of a bracelet (5) or a card holder (6). 8.- Personal protective device, according to the previous claim, wherein the bracelet (5) comprises a closure with a cam (7) for adjusting the diameter of the bracelet.
9. Personal protective device, according to any of claims 1 to 6, which is in the form of a card holder (6) attachable to the back of the mobile phone by means of adhesive fixing means arranged on the lower face of the card holder.
10. Personal protective device, according to the previous claim, wherein the card holder comprises a sticker (8) that reduces exposure to electromagnetic waves.
