However, it is seen that the ball joint located in the push rod does not have any elements that will prevent it from rotating on its own axis during the installation and stroke adjustment of the push rod and the advantages it provides.

[0011] The present invention relates to a pedal connection assembly for eliminating the above-mentioned disadvantages and bringing the new advantages to the relevant technical field.

[0012] An object of the invention is to introduce a pedal connection assembly that enables more efficient, precise, and safe operation of the braking system.

[0013] Another object of the invention is to introduce a pedal connection assembly that improves braking performance, reduces wear of components, and reduces maintenance costs.

[0014] In order to achieve all the purposes mentioned above and that will emerge from the detailed description below, the present invention is related to a pedal connection assembly for use in the braking system of vehicles, comprising at least one push rod which is moved by depressing at least one brake pedal and activates the braking system, at least one connection pin connecting said push rod, at least one spherically formed male part located in the upper vicinity of said connection pin, and at least one female part in which said male part is positioned. Accordingly, its novelty is that it comprises at least one recessed slot on the side of said female part facing the male part, it comprises at least one recessed channel on the lateral surface of said male part, and it comprises at least one ball positioned between the slot and the channel to prevent the push rod from moving in at least one x-axis defined as its own axis. Thus, while the push rod has a smooth movement transfer on the spherical axis, it is prevented from rotating on the x-axis defined as its own axis. A possible embodiment of the invention is characterized in that said channel is positioned in the x-axis extension direction. Thus, it can be connected with the ball located in the female part.

[0026] Fig. 1 shows a representative cross-sectional view of the pedal connection assembly (10) of the invention. Said pedal connection assembly (10) is used in the braking systems of vehicles. The installation process is of great importance to achieve a desired and safe braking performance in braking systems. Thanks to the pedal connection assembly (10) of the invention, undesirable movements in the braking system are prevented during the installation process and while adjusting the stroke after the installation process is completed. In this way, the braking system can work more efficiently, precisely, and safely. This improves braking performance and reduces component wear and maintenance costs.

Said male part (22) is connected in the upper vicinity of the connection pin (21). The male part (22) is positioned at the end of the push rod (20) and has a spherical geometry and freedom of movement. Thanks to the male part (22) movable at different angles, the force applied by the user to the brake pedal (30) is transmitted to the braking system. Said female part (24) is the part where the spherical structure on the upper side of the male part (22) is positioned. The female part (24) comprises at least one slot (241). In a possible embodiment of the invention, said slot (241 ) is a discharge zone created by drilling a hole with a spherical drill on the female part (24) and then with the spherical drill bit. At least one ball (240) is placed in this slot (241 ). While said ball (240) allows the spherical movement of the push rod (20), it does not allow it to rotate on its own axis. In a possible embodiment of the invention, the axis of the push rod (20) itself is defined as at least one x-axis (x). All axes in which movement is provided except for said x-axis (x) are understood as spherical axis.

The push rod (20) comprises the connection pin (21 ), adjusting nut (23), male part (22), and female part (24). Claims

CLAIMS1. A pedal connection assembly (10) for use in the braking system of vehicles, comprising at least one push rod (20) which is moved by depressing at least one brake pedal (30) and activates the braking system, at least one connection pin (21 ) connecting said push rod (20), at least one spherically formed male part (22) located in the upper vicinity of said connection pin (21 ), and at least one female part (24) in which said male part (22) is positioned, characterized in that it comprises at least one recessed slot (241 ) on the side of said female part (24) facing the male part (22), it comprises at least one recessed channel (220) on the lateral surface of said male part (22), and it comprises at least one ball (240) positioned between the slot (241) and the channel (220) to prevent the push rod (20) from moving in at least one x-axis (x) defined as its own axis.

2. A pedal connection assembly (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that said channel (220) is positioned in the x-axis (x) extension direction.

3. A pedal connection assembly (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that said push rod (20) comprises at least one adjusting nut (23) for adjusting stroke, located between the connection pin (21 ) and the male part (22).

4. A pedal connection assembly (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that said x-axis (x) is the own axis of the push rod (20).

5. A pedal connection assembly (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that said push rod (20) is connected to said brake pedal (30) and at least one pedal box (40) during installation.

6. A pedal connection assembly (10) according to claim 1 , characterized in that it comprises at least one snap ring (242) to obtain a reliable connection with the male part (22) positioned inside said female part (24).
