Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a polyamide composition comprising a) a cycloaliphatic polyamide; b) an acid modified polymer; and c) an amine modified polymer, wherein the polyamide composition has a reversible temperature-depending transmittance, the transmittance being at least 80% measured according to ASTM D1003 at 23 °C, and a transmittance at 100 °C which is lower than the transmittance at 23°C. Also disclosed is a method to prepare the composition and an article prepared from the polyamide composition.
