A store system for providing customers with information about services in a restaurant equipped with a conveyor lane for transporting products, the store system comprising: a two-way communication device used at each seat in the restaurant, which outputs information about the service to customers and allows input from the customers; and a control device connected to and capable of communicating with the two-way communication device; the two-way communication device comprises a display unit capable of displaying the information about the service to customers, an audio output unit capable of outputting audio, and a communication unit configured to communicate with the control device, and is configured to allow customers to order the products via the two-way communication device; the two-way communication device displays a character image that communicates with the customer on the display unit, and outputs audio to the customer from the audio output unit in conjunction with the character image, and transmits information about the customer that is input by the customer responding to the output audio to the control device from the communication unit; the control device inputs the information about the customer received from the two-way communication device into a trained model that suggests services in line with the customer's preferences, thereby obtaining information about the service that matches the customer's preferences, and transmitting the obtained information about the service to the two-way communication device; and the two-way communication device displays the information about the service received from the control device on the display unit.

The store system described in claim 8, wherein the two-way communication device transmits order information regarding the product ordered by the customer via the reference menu image to the control device, and the control device further inputs the order information ordered by the customer via the reference menu image into the trained model to obtain information regarding the service.

The store system described in claim 10, wherein the two-way communication device transmits order information regarding the product ordered by the customer to the control device via the updated menu image, and the control device further inputs the order information ordered by the customer via the updated menu image into the trained model, thereby obtaining information regarding the service.
