[0005] The drones are also commonly referred to as unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). These are the aircrafts that can fly with the remote control or autonomously without human intervention. The vehicles that move on land are the vehicles that usually travel on wheels or tracks and can travel on roads, terrains or a specific surface.
[0006] In the state of the art, there are vehicles that can travel both in the air and on the land so that the advantages of air and land vehicles can be used together. These vehicles can operate as both a land vehicle and an unmanned aerial vehicle. These vehicles can be used in many areas such as transportation, agriculture monitoring and photography.
[0007] In the state of the art, there are systems that travel on the land by means of the wheels and can also travel in the air thanks to the propellers in the wheels. However, since these systems are powered by electricity, their lifetime is limited.
[0008] For this reason, there is a need for a hydrogen vehicle that can travel both in the air and on the land, allowing for longer use compared to the existing systems. It is also of great importance that the drone propeller guard can be used as a wheel, allowing a vehicle to travel both in the air and on the land without the need for an extra attachment.

[0010] The invention relates to a hydrogen vehicle that can travel both in the air and on the land, using a propeller guard as a wheel. An object of the invention is to enable the use of hydrogen as a power source. This supports the use of renewable energy.

[0029] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0030] The invention relates to a hydrogen vehicle that can travel both in the air and on the land, using a propeller guard as a wheel.
[0031] The hydrogen vehicle (100) that can travel both in the air and on the ground comprises a wheel (110), a propeller (120), a control board, a hydrogen battery and the arms (130).
[0032] The vehicle (100) has at least one wheel (110) on each side, which is fixed to the vehicle with the arms (130). These wheels (110) enable the vehicle (100) to travel on the land. In the preferred embodiment of the invention, there are two wheels (110) on each side of the vehicle.
[0033] Within the wheels (1 10), there are the propellers (120) for the vehicle (100) to travel in the air. The wheel (1 10) and the propeller (120) are placed parallel to each other. In this way, the wheels (1 10) also act as the propeller guards.
[0034] The arms (130) allow the propeller (120) and the wheel (1 10) to be mounted on the vehicle and the propeller (120) and the wheel (1 10) to be steered. When the vehicle (100) is to travel on the land, these arms (130) are controlled by the control board to ensure that the wheel (1 10) is positioned at an angle of 90 degrees to the ground. When the vehicle is to travel in the air, the arms (130) ensure that the propeller (120) is positioned parallel to the ground. In this way, the wheels (110) act as the propeller guards when the vehicle is to travel in the air. The vehicle (100) comprises a hydrogen battery. The hydrogen battery converts the hydrogen contained therein into the electrical energy by means of a fuel cell. This electrical energy meets the power needs of all the equipment in the vehicle (100).
[0035] The control board allows the arms (130) of the vehicle to be moved when the vehicle is traveling in the air or on the land. While the vehicle is traveling in the air, the control board prepares it to travel on the land by moving the arms on a time point close to landing to enable the vehicle to travel on the land.
[0036] The controller allows the users to steer and manage the vehicle (100). The users can command the vehicle to self-destruct via the controller if they perceive a risk. The commands given through the controller are transmitted to the control board, allowing the vehicle to self-destruct with a free fall. The controller is paired with the radio frequency receiver installed on the control board. In this way, the radio frequency receiver transmits the commands of the remote controller to the vehicle (100) and enables the vehicle (100) to perform the desired maneuvers and movements.
[0037] Fig. 1 shows a visualization of the vehicle traveling in the air. As can be seen in the Figure, the propellers provide the vehicle to take off in a position parallel to the ground and the wheels act as the propeller guards.

Claims
CLAIMS1 . A hydrogen vehicle (100) that can travel both in the air and on the land, wherein it comprises; at least two wheels (1 10), which act as protectors for the propellers therein, are fixed to the body of the vehicle (100) with the arms (130), and enable the vehicle (100) to travel on the land, at least one propeller (120), which is fixed to the body of the vehicle (100) with the arms (130), is located within the inner diameter of the wheel (1 10), and enables the vehicle (100) to travel in the air, at least one arm (130), which is located on the body of the vehicle (100) for guiding the propeller (120) and the wheel (110) and is movable for positioning the wheel at an angle of 90 degrees to the ground when the vehicle (100) is to travel on land and for positioning the propeller (120) parallel to the ground when the vehicle (100) is to travel in the air, at least one hydrogen battery containing hydrogen, at least one fuel cell that converts the hydrogen in the hydrogen battery into the electrical energy to power the equipment in the vehicle (100), at least one control board that controls the equipment in the vehicle (100) and enables the vehicle (100) to perform the desired maneuvers and movements by transmitting the commands of the controller to the vehicle (100) with the radio frequency receiver thereon, at least one controller, which is paired with a radio frequency receiver installed on the control board and enables the users to steer, direct and command the vehicle (100) to free fall and self-destruct.
2. A hydrogen vehicle (100) that can travel both in the air and on the land according to claim 1 , wherein it comprises an arm (130) in the form of an elbow.
