Abstract

Headrests and vehicle seats

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a headrest, a vehicle seat, and an interior member for a vehicle.

[0002] Conventionally, a headrest equipped with a cell that can expand and contract is known (Japanese Patent Publication No. 2008-521544). In this technology, the expansion or contraction of the cell moves the left and right wings provided at the front of the headrest. The cell is supported from behind by a plate-like base. The headrest has two legs, and tubes running through each leg are used to carry electrical signals and compressed air to the headrest.

3. The headrest according to claim 2, wherein the pad has a first recess that is recessed toward the inside of the headrest, and the first through-hole is formed in the bottom surface of the first recess.

A headrest as described in claim 3, characterized in that the first recess is a groove in which a portion of the hose is placed, the pad has a first surface that supports the head of a seated occupant, and a second surface that is formed around the first surface and is positioned further rearward as it moves away from the first surface, and the first through hole and at least a portion of the groove are formed in the second surface.

5. The headrest according to claim 2, wherein the cell support has a second through-hole for passing the hose therethrough, the second through-hole overlapping the first through-hole.

A headrest as described in claim 2, further comprising a sheet member that is placed between the cell and the skin and overlaps the cell, wherein the first through-hole is formed above or below the cell when viewed from the direction in which the cell and the sheet member overlap, and the sheet member extends in the vertical direction to the position of the first through-hole.

7. The headrest according to claim 1, wherein the pad has a second recess that is recessed toward the inside of the headrest body, and in which the cell is disposed.

A headrest as described in claim 7, further comprising a sheet member that is placed between the cell and the skin and overlaps the cell, the pad having a third recess that is recessed toward the inside of the headrest body and in which the sheet member is placed, and the second recess is formed on the bottom surface of the third recess.

9. A headrest as described in claim 1, characterized in that it comprises: a movable body provided so as to protrude outside the headrest body; and an actuator for moving the movable body, and the cell support is a shell that houses the actuator.

10. The headrest of claim 1, further comprising an airbag device having an airbag, and wherein the cell support is a shell that houses the airbag device.

11. A vehicle seat comprising: a seat cushion; a seat back; and a headrest according to any one of claims 1 to 10.
