Description

An aquaculture system specifically for use in a container or a limited closed space TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application relates to an improvement in an aquaculture system, and in particular, to provide an aquaculture system specifically for use in a container or a limited closed space. BACKGROUND

[0002] China Taiwan is surrounded by sea, aquaculture flourish, such as fish, shellfish, crustaceans, and so on, all the time, aquatic products are deeply loved by the general public, but with the increase in global population and global climate abnormal, the number of wild aquatic products has decreased sharply, among which the global climate abnormal is more serious. According to the statistics of scientists, the average temperature of the world has increased by 1-1.5 degrees Celsius per year, and there is a trend of increasing year by year. In addition, human beings do not cherish water resources and recklessly destroy and pollute them, resulting in more and more serious pollution of water resources. Therefore, how to effectively solve the above problems encountered in aquaculture has become one of the important problems faced by the industry. At present, the supply of aquatic products is facing severe challenges, so how to overcome the abnormal climate and how to develop aquaculture to improve the yield of aquatic products and effectively apply intelligent technologies such as artificial intelligence to solve various problems faced by the aquaculture industry is a very important issue in modern aquaculture. In view of this, some people have introduced an indoor aquaculture device, which is China Taiwan Patent No. M289024, as shown in Figures 1-3, which is mainly composed of a framework and a waterproof cloth. The framework is made into two culture tanks 10 and a cover 20. The two culture tanks 10 are placed parallel on the ground or buried in the ground, and a walkway 11 space is formed between the two culture tanks 10 for personnel to walk and feed conveniently. A sliding door 13 is arranged at each end of the walkway 11. The cover 20 is inserted into the sleeve joint 12 above the two culture tanks 10, so that it is connected with the culture tanks 10. The waterproof cloth is a gasket 30 and a cover layer 40. The gasket 30 is placed around the culture tank 10 to form a culture tank 31 for holding water and placing aquatic animals. The cover layer 40 is provided with an opening 41 at each end of the walkway 11. The cover layer 40 is sleeved onto the cover 20 to cover the entire culture tank 10, so that the culture tank 10, the cover 20 and the cover layer 40 form an indoor aquaculture device. Although the China Taiwan Patent No. M289024 has provided a solution to some long-standing problems and issues of outdoor aquaculture equipment, the excrement of the cultured animals and excessive bait and antibiotics in the culture tank often cause a serious lack of nitrobacter in the culture tank. Once the culture density is too high, the ammonia elements contained in the excrement or pollutants from the cultured animals, excessive bait and dead aquatic organisms cannot be oxidized into nitrous acid and further oxidized into nitric acid. When the oxidation rate of nitrous acid is lower than the generation amount of nitrous acid, nitrous acid will quickly accumulate to a content level that will cause poisoning of the cultured animals. Therefore, it is not easy to improve the yield of aquaculture without a perfect filtration system and sterilization device.Second, the water in the breeding tank is set to increase the amount of dissolved oxygen and bubbles, and the bubbles are used to separate the protein and fat in the water in the breeding tank. However, for the survival of the breeding elements such as the water quality mentioned above, only by using cleaning and exposure to solve the problem, that is, cleaning the bottom of the breeding tank and exposing the breeding tank to the sun. This is also a time-consuming and labor-intensive project that does not meet modern economic efficiency. Furthermore, the breeding tank of the Chinese Taiwan Patent No. M289024 is composed of a skeleton and a soft waterproof cloth, which is easy to move, but relatively weak in overall structure, easy to be knocked down by external force, such as collision or strong wind or typhoon, etc. Therefore, in terms of long-term stability, the Chinese Taiwan Patent No. M289024 still has room for improvement.

[0003] In view of the above problems of current aquaculture practitioners, the applicant has made a series of arrangement and design for the cost efficiency and system of current artificial aquaculture method, and the test results show that the walkway, breeding tank, sedimentation filtration, oxygen generation, sterilization and other systems are designed and set in the container or limited closed space or indoor limited space, and the walkway, breeding tank, sedimentation filtration, oxygen generation, sterilization and other systems are designed and set in the container or limited closed space or indoor limited space. The main purpose of the present application is to create the best breeding environment (create an environment that is not affected by external factors and climate) and effectively improve the breeding proportion in a limited space.

Each of the aquaculture tanks 6, 7 is connected to a sedimentation tank B. The biochemical filter unit 50 and the sterilization unit 51 and the pipeline unit 52 are arranged below the walkway 5. The pipeline unit 52 is connected to the water inlet pipeline to introduce water into the sedimentation tank B, and is connected to the discharge pipeline to discharge the pollutants in the aquaculture tanks 6, 7 and the aquaculture animals in the rapid collection tank. The sedimentation tank B is connected to the filter tank C. The filter tank C is connected to the biochemical filter unit 50. The biochemical filter unit 50 is connected to the sterilization unit 51. The sterilization unit 51 is connected to the aquaculture tanks 6, 7. The aquaculture tanks 6, 7 are connected to the sedimentation tank B. A complete cycle of filtration is achieved, and the filtration is repeated repeatedly to form a water aquaculture system specially used in the container or the limited closed space.

[0028] The biochemical filter unit 50 is composed of a plurality of biochemical tanks 500 and a plurality of filter devices 501 arranged in an interlaced manner and in an up-and-down water flow manner. As shown in Figure 7 to Figure 8, the biochemical tank 500 removes the suspended matter and the soluble biodegradable organic matter in the water, and the filter device 501 softens the water quality and removes the nitrite ammonia, iron, impurities and the like in the water, so that the water quality is clear and clean. The plurality of biochemical tanks 500 and the plurality of filter devices 501 are arranged in an interlaced manner and in an up-and-down water flow manner, and cooperate with the ultraviolet sterilization of the sterilization unit 51, so that the water quality in each aquaculture tank in the container or the limited closed space can be maintained at a degree of no impurities, no bacteria and clear and clean at all times.

[0029] The aforementioned pipeline unit 52 is divided into a water inlet pipeline 520 and a discharge pipeline 521, as shown in FIG. 9. The water inlet pipeline 520 is used as a pipeline for connecting an external water source to the sedimentation tank B or as a pipeline for delivering the external water source to the sedimentation tank B by a pump P. After the aquaculture water passes through the aforementioned sedimentation tank B and the filter tank C, it enters the aforementioned biochemical filter unit 50 and the sterilization unit 51 for multi-stage and multi-level sedimentation filtration and sterilization. Finally, the aquaculture water flows into each aquaculture tank 6, 7 for aquaculture, completing a cycle of filtration. At the same time, due to the interaction of water spraying from the top and air blowing from the bottom of each aquaculture tank 6, 7, the aquaculture water in each tank flows to effectively increase the dissolved oxygen value in the aquaculture water. The overflow pipe is used to discharge suspended oil in real time or directly drain into the aforementioned sedimentation tank B and filter tank C for preliminary filtration. The filtered water then flows into each aquaculture tank 6, 7 again after passing through the aforementioned biochemical filter unit 50 and sterilization unit 51. This repeated cycle ensures that the water quality in each aquaculture tank of the system can be maintained at a high level of purity and sterility at all times. The discharge pipeline 521 is divided into a main pipeline 521a and a branch pipeline 521b. The branch pipeline 521b is connected to the bottom surface of each aquaculture tank 6, 7, and the main pipeline 521a is connected to each branch pipeline 521b and is open to the outside. In addition to being used to discharge sediment, excrement, and contaminated aquaculture water from each aquaculture tank 6, 7, the discharge pipeline 521 can also be used to quickly collect the aquaculture animals in each aquaculture tank 6, 7.

[0030] The aforementioned container or limited closed space A is provided with a temperature control unit A1 and an auxiliary lifting device A2. The temperature control unit A1 is a cooling and heating machine, which is mainly used to control the room temperature in the container or limited closed space A to be within a set value to meet the growth environment of the aquaculture animals. [0031] The aforementioned sedimentation tank B is provided with multiple drum micro-filters B1 and multiple protein skimmers B2. The drum micro-filters B1 are used for preliminary solid-liquid separation and filtration of the aquaculture water to remove impurities such as fine suspended solids, particulate matter, fibers, and other impurities from the water. The protein skimmers B2 are used to remove organic compounds such as food and waste particles, proteins, and amino acids from the filtered water. The preliminary filtered water then flows into the filter tank C, which is provided with multiple layers of fine filter screens C1, for more detailed and finer filtration.

[0032] As shown in FIG. 7 to FIG. 9, the filter system block diagram, vertical plane diagram and vertical longitudinal diagram of the present application are shown. The water inlet pipe 520 of the pipe unit 52 is connected to the external water source to flow into the sedimentation tank B, or the water inlet pipe 520 of the pipe unit 52 is connected to the pump P to deliver the external water source to the sedimentation tank B for sedimentation and filtration. At the same time, the plurality of rotating drum micro-filters B1 and protein defoamers B2 in the sedimentation tank B are used to filter out the impurities (such as fine suspended solids, particulate matter, fibers, etc.) and remove organic compounds (such as food and waste particles, proteins, amino acids, etc.) in the initial filtration of the water. The filtered initial aquaculture water then flows into the filter tank C provided with multiple layers of fine filter screens C1 for more detailed and fine filtration, and then enters the biochemical filter unit 50 composed of multiple biochemical tanks 500 and multiple filter devices 501 for repeated biochemical filtration. Finally, the matching sterilization unit 51 is used for ultraviolet light sterilization, completing a cycle, so that the water quality in each aquaculture tank in the container or limited closed space can always maintain the degree of impurity-free, sterile and clear. Therefore, the filter system of the present application has the following filtration procedure: aquaculture water → sedimentation tank B → filter tank C → first biochemical tank 500a → first filter device 501a → second biochemical tank 500b → second filter device 501b → third biochemical tank 500c → third filter device 501c → fourth biochemical tank 500d → fourth filter device 501d → sterilization unit 51 → aquaculture tank 6, 7 → upper water spraying → lower aeration → flow water creation → overflow pipe → discharge or backflow into → sedimentation tank B, completing a cycle of filtration. The aquaculture water first flows into the sedimentation tank B to do the initial sedimentation filtration, and by the preset plurality of drum micro-filters B1 and plurality of protein defoamers B2 in the sedimentation tank B, the aquaculture water is filtered to remove the initial water pollutants and remove organic compounds (such as food and waste particles, proteins, amino acids, etc.), and then flows into the filtration tank C provided with multiple layers of fine filter screens C1 to do the second fine and more subtle filtration operation, and then flows into the first biochemical tank 500a to remove the water insoluble suspended matter and the dissolved biodegradable organic matter, especially the effect of microorganisms, to complete the decomposition of organic matter and the synthesis of organisms, to convert the organic pollutants into harmless gas products CO2, liquid products water, and solid products (microbial populations or biological sludge) rich in organic matter, and then flows from bottom to top through the first filtration device 501a, and then flows from top to bottom through the second biochemical tank 500b, and then flows from bottom to top through the second filtration device 501b, and then flows from top to bottom through the third biochemical tank 500c, and then flows from bottom to top through the third filtration device 501c, and then flows from top to bottom through the fourth biochemical tank 500d to do the final sedimentation filtration, and then flows from bottom to top through the fourth filtration device 501d to do the final fine filtration. In this way, the aquaculture water is filtered by the above-mentioned multiple biochemical tanks 500 and multiple filtration devices 501 arranged in an interleaved manner and by the up-and-down water flow manner, which not only effectively softens the water quality and removes the nitrite ammonia, iron, impurities, etc. in the water, especially the effect of microorganisms, to complete the decomposition of organic matter and the synthesis of organisms, to convert the organic pollutants into harmless gas products CO2, liquid products water, and solid products microbial populations or biological sludge rich in organic matter, to make the water quality clear and clean, and finally, the ultraviolet sterilization of the sterilization unit 51 makes the water quality in each aquaculture tank in the container or limited closed space still able to maintain the degree of impurity-free, sterile, clear and clean, and in addition to the interaction of the upper water spraying oxygenation and the aeration of the aeration disc at the bottom of the tank, the flowability and oxygen solubility of the aquaculture water in the tank are effectively improved, and if the aquaculture water in the tank is contaminated, it can also be smoothly discharged or flowed to the sedimentation tank B, the filtration tank C, the biochemical filtration unit 50, the sterilization unit 51, etc. for further filtration, disinfection and sterilization; in this way, the aquaculture tank water can always maintain the degree of impurity-free, clean and clear.

[0033] The aforementioned each culture tank 6, 7 is provided with a water spraying and oxygen generating device 60, 70 and an overflow pipe 61, 71, an aerator 62, 72, as shown in Fig. 5. Through the interaction of the aerator 62, 72 for blowing and spraying water from below and the water spraying and oxygen generating device 60, 70 for spraying water from above to below, the water in the culture tank can be oxygenated and the dissolved oxygen in the water can be improved, and the fine oil on the water surface can be pushed to the overflow pipe 61, 71 for discharge, or directly drained into the aforementioned sedimentation tank B, filter tank C, biochemical filter unit 50, sterilization unit 51 and other units for further filtration and sterilization, and then returned to the culture tank 6, 7. In this way, the water in each culture tank can be kept clean and clear at all times.
