Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] Tray with built-in double bottom
[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The invention, as the title of this specification indicates, is a tray with a built-in double bottom. This innovation offers advantages previously unknown within current technology.
[0005] TECHNICAL SECTOR
[0006] The present invention falls within the sector of everyday needs, especially in furniture, articles or appliances for domestic use, coffee grinders, spice grinders, vacuum cleaners in general, in the classification of household or table utensils, specifically in serving trays.
[0007] Similarly, it falls under the section for food transport devices for the table, mobile or rotating devices for serving food.
[0008] STATE OF THE ART
[0009] The present invention arises because, in the hospitality sector, especially in bars or restaurants, waiters usually serve drinks on trays that they carry in the palm of their hand.
[0010] However, sometimes they fall off due to the difficulty of holding them properly when carrying the drinks.
[0011] Consequently, this invention provides a tray with a built-in double bottom that allows the tray to be held from below, giving the waiter more safety and stability.
[0012] Currently, there is no known existence of any tray with a built-in double bottom that has structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal or similar to those described in this descriptive report, as claimed.
[0013] 2 DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0014] The object of the present invention is the creation of a tray with a built-in double bottom, which provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany the present description.
[0015] The present invention relates to a tray with a built-in double bottom, which comprises a tray equipped with a gripping element that provides additional support to the waiter when transporting the tray, offering a practical solution to avoid spills and slippage when being transported by the waiter, improving the service experience for diners.
[0016] This innovation solves the difficulty of holding trays, specifically in bars where waiters frequently have to carry multiple drinks, by incorporating a double bottom that allows for a better grip on the tray.
[0017] This tray is beneficial, especially because it is strategically designed with openings that allow finger insertion, which optimizes control and stability of the tray during movement.
[0018] The tray with built-in double bottom has a raised rim and a flat surface that allows you to safely hold plates and drinks.
[0019] Conveniently, the double bottom, which is significantly smaller than the main tray, has a high rim attached to the bottom of the tray to allow fingers to be inserted underneath, making it easier to grip and move.
[0020] In addition, the double bottom has at least three openings, separated from each other, strategically designed to allow fingers to be inserted, which contributes to a better grip and transport of the tray (1) with the plates and drinks.
[0021] As for the materials, the tray is made of a strong and firm material, such as plastic or stainless steel, while the double bottom is made of a non-slip, strong and firm material, such as plastic.
[0022] To use a tray with a built-in double bottom, the drinks must be placed on the flat, raised surface.
[0023] 3 Waiters should insert their fingers into the openings of the gripping element, which provides superior control and stability during transport.
[0024] This combination of design and materials ensures that the tray with built-in double bottom is practical, safe, and easy to handle in various situations.
[0025] EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES
[0026] To complete the description being made and in order to help in the better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by some figures in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following has been represented.
[0027] Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a tray with a built-in double bottom on its underside.
[0028] Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the tray with a gripping element, in a condition of use.
[0029] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.
[0030] The present invention relates to a tray with a built-in double bottom, characterized by comprising a tray (1) having a double bottom (2) with three recesses (3) designed to allow the insertion of fingers underneath the tray (1). This configuration provides additional support to the server during transport of the tray, which helps to prevent spills and slippage, thus improving the service experience for diners.
[0031] In a preferred embodiment, the tray (1) is equipped with a raised edge (4) and a flat surface (5) for supporting plates and drinks.
[0032] In another preferred embodiment, the double bottom (2) is significantly smaller in size than the tray (1) and is provided with a high rim attached to the bottom of the tray (1), which facilitates the insertion of fingers under the tray (1).
[0033] Preferably, the false bottom (2) includes at least three openings (3), spaced apart, which allow for better gripping and transport of the tray (1) with the dishes and drinks. Generally, the tray (1) is made of strong and sturdy materials, such as plastic or stainless steel, while the false bottom (2) is made of a non-slip, strong and sturdy material, such as plastic.
[0034] Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to make its explanation more extensive so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages that derive from it, it being noted that, within its essentiality, it may be put into practice in other modes of embodiment that differ in detail from the one indicated as an example, and which will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
