Abstract

The invention relates to an integrated management system with a software side and a technical side, which comprises two parts: 1) The first part consists of the basic components of the system: - a central data system; - a digital data and identity chip; - a digital identity viewer; - a digital map display screen; - a cash payment card; - a cash sale device; - a digital data display device; - system operating platforms: • a rating platform; • a platform for professional staff; • a curriculum vitae platform; • a simplified investment platform; • a guarantee platform; • a travel platform; • an education platform; • a high-voltage system application. 2) The second part consists of operating components of the system: - a communication network; - a central database; - radars; - monitoring and guidance modules. The invention is mainly used to organise and facilitate the management of state affairs for all vital sectors.
