[0084] The first outer slope (210) and the second outer slope (220) can extend in a direction intersecting the height direction of the fastening ring body (200). Accordingly, the cross section of the fastening ring body (200) can be formed in an approximately trapezoidal shape.

[0085] The first outer slope (210) and the second outer slope (220) may be twisted as they progress toward the upper side of the fastening ring body (200). According to one embodiment, the first outer slope (210) and the second outer slope (220) may be formed in a spiral shape as they progress toward the upper side of the fastening ring body (200).

[0086] As the upper side of the fastening ring body (200) progresses, the distance between the first outer inclined surface (210) and the second outer inclined surface (220) may become smaller.

[0087] As the outer surface of the fastening ring body (200) is formed with a first outer inclined surface (210) and a second outer inclined surface (220), the user's finger can be easily placed on the first outer inclined surface (210) and / or the second outer inclined surface (220).

[0088] In addition, since the first outer slope (210) and / or the second outer slope (220) are formed in a spiral shape, when the user's finger presses the fastening ring body (200) in the height direction, the force of the finger can act to twist the fastening ring body (200) with respect to the grip portion (10). As the fastening ring body (200) acts to twist with respect to the grip portion (10), the fastening ring body (200) can be easily coupled to the grip body engagement portion (140) while moving along the grip body sliding portion (130).

[0089] The upper surface of the fastening ring body (200) can be defined as the fastening body upper surface (230). The fastening body upper surface (230) can include a fastening ring hole (201).

[0090] The shape of the fastening ring hole (201) may be provided as a polygon or a closed curve. According to one embodiment, the shape of the fastening ring hole (201) may be provided as an approximately hexagon.

[0091] The inner surface of the fastening ring hole (201) may include a first inner slope surface (241), a second inner slope surface (242), and a third inner slope surface (243).

[0092] The two first inner slopes (241) can be arranged to face each other, the two second inner slopes (242) can be arranged to face each other, and the two third inner slopes (243) can be arranged to face each other.

[0093] According to one embodiment, a second inner slope (242) and a third inner slope (243) may be arranged at both ends of a first inner slope (241), a first inner slope (241) and a third inner slope (243) may be arranged at both ends of a second inner slope (242), and a first inner slope (241) and a second inner slope (242) may be arranged at both ends of a third inner slope (243).

[0094] According to one embodiment, the length of the third internal inclined surface (243) perpendicular to the height direction of the fastening ring body (200) may be formed longer than the length of the first internal inclined surface (241) perpendicular to the height direction of the fastening ring body (200) and the length of the second internal inclined surface (242) perpendicular to the height direction of the fastening ring body (200).

[0095] According to one embodiment, the third inner slope (243) can come into contact with the grip body wet part (130). As the grip part (10) is inserted into the fastening ring (20) and the fastening ring (20) moves with respect to the grip part (10), the third inner slope (243) can come into contact with the grip body wet part (130). As the third inner slope (243) gets closer to the grip contact part (150), the two grip contact parts (150) can come closer to each other.

[0096] When the fastening ring (20) is placed on the grip body fastening portion (140), the distance between the other end of the first grip body (101) and the other end of the second grip body (102) can be maintained below a set distance. In this way, as the distance between the other end of the first grip body (101) and the other end of the second grip body (102) is maintained below a set distance, the user can grip the ampoule (A) placed between the grip contact portions (150) without applying additional force to the opener (1).

[0097]

[0098] FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a fastening ring in contact with a grip portion of an opener according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a fastening ring moving with respect to a grip portion of an opener according to one embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a fastening ring coupled with a grip portion of an opener according to one embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a perspective view of an ampoule being opened with an opener according to one embodiment of the present invention.

As the fastening ring (20) moves toward the grip contact portion (150), the fastening ring (20) can be placed on the grip body engagement portion (140).

[0104] Referring to Fig. 7, the fastening ring (20) is placed in the grip body fastening portion (140) and can move in a direction perpendicular to the extension direction of the grip body sliding portion (130). According to one embodiment, the fastening ring (20) can come into contact with the first fastening step portion (141) and / or the second fastening step portion (143), and the fastening ring (20) can be inserted into the fastening concave portion (142).

[0105] As the fastening ring (20) is inserted into the fastening recess (142) in this way, the movement of the first grip body (101) and the second grip body (102) can be restricted by the fastening ring (20).

[0106] As the movement of the first phage body (101) and the second phage body (102) is restricted by the fastening ring (20), the user can stably hold the ampoule (A) through the opener (1) without applying additional force.

[0107] Referring to Fig. 8, the ampoule (A) being opened can be confirmed. If the opener (1) is twisted in a direction intersecting the height direction of the ampoule (A) while the ampoule (A) is held by the opener (1), the ampoule connection part (AN) may be damaged. If the ampoule connection part (AN) is damaged, the ampoule head part (AH) may move along the holding part (10) while being held by the holding part (10). The ampoule body part (AB) may be maintained in a state in which the drug is contained.

[0108] As the gripping part (10) stably grips the ampoule head part (AH), even if the ampoule connection part (AN) is damaged, fragments of the ampoule (A) do not occur, and the ampoule head part (AH) can be cleanly separated from the ampoule body part (AB). Accordingly, glass fragments may not enter the ampoule body part (AB). Furthermore, since fragments are not generated, the amount of fine glass generated can be reduced. In addition, safety can be improved as the user may not be injured by fragments.

[0109] Since the user does not directly break the ampoule head (AH) but instead breaks the ampoule head (AH) through the opener (1), the user's body can be separated from the ampoule (A) that is damaged. Accordingly, safety can be improved.

[0110]

[0111] Figure 9 is a flowchart of a method of using an opener according to one embodiment of the present invention.

[0112] The method of using the opener (1) may include a gripping step (S100 of FIG. 9) of gripping an ampoule (A) through a gripping part (10), a tightening ring moving step (S200 of FIG. 9) of moving a tightening ring (20) that wraps the gripping part (10) toward the ampoule (A), a tightening ring coupling step (S300 of FIG. 9) of coupling the tightening ring (20) to a grip body coupling part (140) provided as a concave groove in the gripping part (10), and an ampoule opening step (S400 of FIG. 9) of twisting the opener (1) to open the ampoule (A).

[0113] In the gripping step (S100), one end of the first grip body (101) of the gripping unit (10) and one end of the second grip body (102) can be connected to form a grip body connecting unit (103). The distance between the other end of the first grip body (101) and the other end of the second grip body (102) of the gripping unit (10) can be adjusted. The grip contact unit (150) disposed at the other end of the first grip body (101) and the grip contact unit (150) disposed at the other end of the second grip body (102) can be disposed on both sides of the ampoule (A). According to one embodiment, the grip contact unit (150) can be disposed adjacent to the ampoule head unit (AH) of the ampoule (A).

[0114] In the pad step (S100), the protective member (160) placed on the pad contact portion (150) can be placed adjacent to the ampoule head portion (AH) of the ampoule (A).

[0115] In the fastening ring movement step (S200), the fastening ring (20) arranged to surround the gripping part (10) can move toward the ampoule (A). According to one embodiment, the fastening ring (20) can move toward the gripping contact part (150) and / or the protective member (160). As the fastening ring (20) moves toward the gripping contact part (150) and / or the protective member (160), the distance between the gripping contact part (150) and / or the protective member (160) arranged in the first gripping body (101) and the gripping contact part (150) and / or the protective member (160) arranged in the second gripping body (102) can be narrowed.

[0116] In this way, as the distance between the facing contact portions (150) and / or the protective member (160) is narrowed, the contact portions (150) and / or the protective member (160) can come into contact with the ampoule head portion (AH). As the contact portions (150) and / or the protective member (160) come into contact with the ampoule head portion (AH), the ampoule (A) can be gripped by the opener (1).

[0117] In the fastening ring coupling step (S300), the fastening ring (20) can be coupled with the grip body fastening portion (140). The grip body fastening portion (140) can be formed as a concave groove in the first grip body (101) and / or the second grip body (102). The fastening ring (20) can be inserted into the grip body fastening portion (140) so that the movement of the fastening ring (20) can be restricted. As the movement of the fastening ring (20) is restricted, the distance between the grip contact portion (150) and / or the protective member (160) disposed in the first grip body (101) and the grip contact portion (150) and / or the protective member (160) disposed in the second grip body (102) can be prevented from increasing. Accordingly, the user can open the ampoule (A) through the opener (1) without applying additional force.

[0118] In the ampoule opening step (S400), the opener (1) may be twisted relative to the ampoule (A), thereby damaging the ampoule connection (AN). Accordingly, the ampoule head (AH) may be separated from the ampoule body (AB). The ampoule head (AH) may be gripped by the grip (10) and moved together with the grip (10).

[0119] Accordingly, the ampoule (A) can be opened without fragmentation, and since fragmentation is eliminated, the amount of microscopic glass generated can be reduced. Furthermore, user safety can be improved.
