A system for identification, registration, and verification of user data from an at least one user, comprising: an at least one registration kiosk (101) having an at least one kiosk user interface (103), an at least one input device (104), an at least one kiosk processing unit (105), an at least one kiosk data storage device (106), an at least one output device (107), and an at least one kiosk communications unit (108); and an at least one management subsystem (102) having an at least one management user interface (109), an at least one management processing unit (110), an at least one management data storage device (111), and an at least one management communications unit (112); wherein the registration kiosk (101) is configured to at least:- acquire the user information data and biometric data from the at least one user via the kiosk user interface (103);- associate the acquired user information data and biometric data to the user data via the kiosk processing unit (105);- accept an at least one physical document associated from the acquired user data via the input device (104);- acquire document data from the accepted physical document via the input device (104);- process the acquired document data via the kiosk processing unit (105);- associate the processed document data with the user data via the kiosk processing unit (105);- store the user data with the associated user information data, biometric data, and document data into the kiosk data storage device (106);- assign a transaction code to the stored user data via the kiosk processing unit (105);- output an at least one stub having the assigned transaction code via the output device (107); and- communicate the stored user data with the assigned transaction code, user information data, biometric data, and document data to the at least one management subsystem (102) via the kiosk communications unit (108); wherein the management subsystem (102) is configured to at least:- receive the user data with the associated user information data, biometric data, and document data from the registration kiosk via the management communications unit (112);- assign a database identification code for each of the received user data with the associated user information data, biometric data, and document data via the management processing unit (110);- store the received user data with the assigned database identification code in the management data storage device (111);- process the stored user data via the management processing unit (110);- check the document data associated with the user data for a similar previously stored document data in the management data storage device (111) via the management processing unit (110);- reject the document data with the similar previously stored document data via the management processing unit (110);- notify an at least one operator and / or the user of the rejected document data via the management user interface (109) and / or the kiosk user interface (103) using the management communications unit (112);- confirm registration of the user data when the checked document data does not have a similar previously stored document data in the management data storage device (111) using the management processing unit (110); and- notify the operator or the user of the confirmed registration of the user data via the management user interface (109) and / or the kiosk user interface (103) using the management communications unit (112).
2. The system of claim 1 further comprises an at least one identity validator (116), preferably connected to the at least one registration kiosk (101) and / or to the at least one management subsystem (102), for validating or verifying the identity of one or more users.

The system of claim 2, wherein the at least one identity validator (116) is configured to at least:- receive data from the registration kiosk and / or management subsystem via an at least one communications unit (108, 112);- read the acquired user information data, biometric data, and / or document data from at least one user;- extract details or data from the read user information data, biometric data, and / or document data;- verify an at least one transaction between the user and the system (100) by checking or verifying the saved records;- confirm the verified transaction; and- validate the identity of at least one user.
4. A method for identification, registration, and verification of user data from an at least one user using an at least one registration kiosk and an at least one management subsystem, wherein the registration kiosk comprises an at least one kiosk user interface, an at least one input device, an at least one kiosk processing unit, an at least one kiosk data storage device, an at least one output device, and an at least one kiosk communications unit;wherein the management subsystem comprises an at least one management user interface, an at least one management processing unit, an at least one management data storage device, and an at least one management communications unit; and wherein the method comprises the steps of: a. acquiring the user information data and biometric data from the at least one user via the kiosk user interface; b. associating the acquired user information data and biometric data to the user data; c. accepting an at least one physical document associated from the acquired user data via the input device; d. acquiring document data from the accepted physical document via the input device; e. processing the acquired document data via the kiosk processing unit; f. associating the processed document data with the user data via the kiosk processing unit; g. storing the user data with the associated user information data, biometric data, and document data into the kiosk data storage device; h. assigning a transaction code to the stored user data via the kiosk processing unit; i. outputting an at least one stub having the assigned transaction code via the output device; and j. communicating the stored user data with the assigned transaction code, user information data, biometric data, and document data to the at least one management subsystem;k. receiving the user data with the associated user information data, biometric data, and document data from the registration kiosk via the management communications unit; l. assigning a database identification code for each of the received user data with the associated user information data, biometric data, and document data via the management processing unit; m. storing the received user data with the assigned database identification code in the management storage device; n. processing the stored user data via the management processing unit; o. checking the document data associated with the user data for a similar previously stored document data in the management data storage device; p. rejecting the document data with the similar previously stored document data via the management processing unit; q. notifying an at least one operator and / or the user of the rejected document data via the management user interface and / or the kiosk user interface using the management communications unit; r. confirming registration of the user data when the checked document data does not have a similar previously stored document data in the management data storage device; s. notifying the operator or the user of the confirmed registration of the user data via the management user interface and / or the kiosk user interface using the management communications unit.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the step of (e) processing the acquired document data via the kiosk processing unit includes the steps of el. verifying the consistency of the converted digital format via the kiosk processing unit; and e2. digitizing the verified physical document.
