Description

Alkaline, oxidant-free aqueous agent, cosmetic kit or ready-to-use composition comprising the same and use of the sameTechnical field

[0001] The present invention relates to an alkaline, oxidant-free aqueous agent comprising at least one tara gum, at least one fatty substance, at least one oxidation dye precursor and at least one surfactant. The present invention also relates to a cosmetic kit or a ready-to-use composition comprising said alkaline, oxidant-free aqueous agent. The present invention further relates to a process for coloring keratinous material, in particular human hair, using said alkaline, oxidant-free aqueous agent, and to use of said alkaline, oxidant-free aqueous agent for coloring keratinous material, in particular human hair.Background of the invention

[0002] The desire to express oneself through cosmetics has been increased, as the standard of living has been raised and public interest in beauty has increased. In particular, changing the color of hair has become popular among people of all ages and sexes.

[0003] To change the hair color, the expert knows various coloring systems depending on coloring requirements. For a short-term coloring, direct dyes and / or pigments can be used. In order to obtain a long-lasting coloring result, oxidative coloring systems are usually used. In oxidative coloring systems, an oxidation dye precursor is contained in one part, and an oxidizing agent is contained in another part, the oxidation dye precursor usually is a colorless or weakly colored compound, when the two parts are mixed, the oxidation dye precursor is oxidized by the oxidizing agent and gives rise to a colored compound by a process of oxidative condensation.

[0004] Usually, the oxidative coloring systems are provided in two or more parts before use, so as to prevent the contact of the oxidation dye precursor with the oxidizing agent. In the process of oxidation coloring, two or more parts are mixed together and applied on the fibers for a period, and then rinsed off from the fibers. The colorations resulting therefrom may be permanent, strong, and resistant to external influences like light, bad weather, washing, perspiration and / or rubbing.

[0005] As for the part containing an oxidation dye precursor, stability issue may occur after storage in the higher temperature or for a long time, which may negatively affect the appearance of the  agent or even affect the dyeing effect. So, there is a need in the art to improve the stability and maintain suitable consistency of the alkaline, oxidant-free agent containing the oxidation dye precursor after storage.Summary of the invention
