Abstract
Description
Advertising body for storefront
[0001] The present invention relates to an advertising body for storefront.
[0002] Conventionally, as an advertising body for storefront, for example, in Patent Document 1, there is a flat case part that can be assembled into a square tube shape to serve as a support column, and a three-fold front panel that is attached to a part of the bottom plate part of the case at the center part thereof and can stand on the front side of the support column, a bottom plate panel that is attached continuously to the lower end of the front panel and serves as a pedestal, a rear panel that can stand and can be folded on the rear side of the support column attached to the bottom plate panel, and a fixing panel attached to the back side of the rear panel to fix the standing rear panel to the support column. These four panels are configured to be packed by the case part in a state where the front panel is in a three-fold state and the rear panel is folded at a plurality of locations together with the fixing panel.
[0003] Utility Model Registration No. 3130015
[0004] In Patent Document 1, since the assembled box-type advertising body for storefront can only draw characters etc. simply on the box-type front panel, there is a problem in its usability.
[0005] An object of the present invention is to provide an advertising body for storefront with good usability.
[0006] An advertising body for storefront according to one aspect of the present invention is an advertising body for storefront, which is deformable from a first form to a second form, and includes a main body part including a storage part. The storage part is configured not to function as a storage part in the first form and to function as a storage part in the second form.
[0007] According to the present invention, an advertising body for storefront with high attention can be provided.
[0008] This is a perspective view of a storefront advertisement according to one embodiment of the present invention. This is a plan view showing the first form of the main body of the storefront advertisement shown in Figure 1. This is an enlarged perspective view of area E in Figure 2. This is a perspective view showing the initial state of the operation when assembling the storage section. This is a perspective view showing the assembled storage section. This is a perspective view showing the state when inserting a bundle of lottery tickets into the storage section. This is a perspective view showing the state in which the bundle of lottery tickets is stored in the storage section, viewed from the back of the main body. This is a cross-sectional view of the portion along line A-A in Figure 8.
[0009] The following describes an embodiment of the in-store advertising body representing one aspect of the present invention, with reference to the figures. Figure 1 is a perspective view of one embodiment of the in-store advertising body 1.
[0010] The in-store advertising body 1 shown in Figure 1 is made of, for example, cardboard or corrugated cardboard, and is designed to be displayed in a store for the purpose of selling and promoting lottery tickets 8 for products of a predetermined character C or character-related products. When used in a store, the main body 10 is in a three-dimensional form as shown in Figure 1, and can be displayed at an appropriate location in the store with its bottom end portion 11 placed on the mounting portion 60 so that one side, which is the front 10s, is visible to customers. As will be described later, this in-store advertising body 1 has a main body 10 that can be transformed from a flat first form to a three-dimensional second form for use, and is similarly transformable from a flat first form to a three-dimensional second form.
[0011] Furthermore, the central panel surface 10A of the main body 10 is an advertising body for selling lottery tickets 8, with character C appropriately placed in the approximate center. For example, a storage compartment 20 capable of storing lottery tickets 8 is provided on the lower left front side of the main body 10, and the lottery tickets 8 are stored in this storage compartment 20. In addition, the prizes that can be won by purchasing lottery tickets 8 are listed in the product information section 15 placed around character C, for example, from prize A to prize J.
[0012] Figure 2 is a plan view showing the first form of the main body 10 of the in-store advertising body 1 shown in Figure 1. As shown in Figure 2, the main body 10 in its state before being assembled into a three-dimensional shape is configured so that a predetermined shape can be cut out from within a rectangular sheet body 10b via cut-out lines 10c. The main body 10 has four pieces: a lower end portion 11 that forms the bottom surface, an upper top portion 14, and left and right side portions 12, with a rectangular central plate surface 10A at the center. That is, the folding portion of the outer circumference of the central plate surface 10A is folded forward and backward. For example, the lower end portion 11 is folded forward, and the left and right side portions 12 and the top portion 14 are folded backward. When the left and right side portions 12 are folded, for example by the side cutouts 12c of the lower end portion, the forward protruding portion 12b (see Figure 1) protrudes forward and, together with the lower end portion 11, forms a support portion of the bottom. Furthermore, the left and right ends of the top surface 14 and the upper ends of the side surfaces 12 are appropriately engaged and locked together, so that the storefront advertisement body 1 is assembled three-dimensionally and stands upright. When the main body 10 is placed in a store, the side surfaces 12 are visible from the side, and therefore appropriate text and images that serve as point-of-purchase (POP) displays are inscribed on them.
[0013] Figure 3 is an enlarged perspective view of area E in Figure 2. As shown in Figure 3, in the first embodiment, the storage section 20 includes left and right notches 21c, an upper notch 23c, and an insertion notch 24c, which are cut portions of the main body 10, as well as a bottom folded portion 11a, an upper folded portion 21a of the front wall, a lower folded portion 21b of the front wall, an upper folded portion 22a, and an auxiliary folded portion 23a. Both left and right notches 21c are bent in a shape that narrows the gap from the upper folded portion 22a toward the lower folded portion 21b of the front wall in order to form the front wall 21 and the left and right upper walls 22 of the storage section 20. The left and right notches 21c also extend in a direction perpendicular to the bottom folded portion 11a. Furthermore, the upper front wall bend portion 21a, the lower front wall bend portion 21b, and the upper end bend portion 22a are provided so as to be parallel to the bottom bend portion 11a. In addition, the bottom bend portion 11a is located between the lower front wall bend portion 21b and the upper front wall bend portion 21a.
[0014] The insertion opening notch 24c, which constitutes the insertion opening 25 (see Figure 5), is formed in a straight line with the front wall upper bent portion 21a between the front wall upper bent portion 21a of 2. In addition, two upper end notches 23c are formed on the upper end side of the storage portion to constitute the left and right edges of the insertion opening 25. The upper end notches 23c are configured to include a straight portion that is in a straight line with the upper end bent portion 22a and a straight portion that extends parallel to the left and right notches 21c and is continuous with the insertion opening notch 24c. Furthermore, the auxiliary bent portion 23a, which forms the auxiliary portion 23, is provided between both ends of the insertion opening notch 24c and the end of the upper end notch 23c.
[0015] Figure 4 is a perspective view showing the initial state of the operation when assembling the storage unit 20. When assembling the in-store advertising unit 1, first, the main body 10 is cut out along the cut-out line 10c of the sheet body 10b. Then, the cut-out main body 10 in the first form is assembled into the three-dimensional second state shown in Figure 1. During this assembly, as shown in Figure 4, the lower end 11 is folded starting from the bottom folded portion 11a so that it protrudes forward (in the direction of arrow Z in the figure). In the initial stage of this folding operation, as shown in the figure, the upper folded portion 22a and the lower folded portion 21b of the front wall are folded. That is, the left and right cut portions 21c separate and the opening 20h begins to form. Then, as the folding angle of the bottom folded portion 11a approaches 90 degrees, the upper folded portion 21a of the front wall bends so that it protrudes forward. During the bending operation, the upper bending portion 21a of the front wall bends to 90 degrees, and the front wall 21 bends so that it is parallel to the front surface 10s and the upper wall 22 is parallel to the lower end portion 11.
[0016] As described above, the storage section 20 of the in-store advertising body 1 is formed to protrude from the lower end 11 of the main body 10 on the front surface 10s in the second embodiment. Here, when the in-store advertising body 1 is in an upright position, it has a bracing structure that connects the lower end 11 and the central panel surface 10A. As a result, the storage section 20 can reinforce the three-dimensional shape of the main body 10 and assist in the upright position.
[0017] Figure 5 is a perspective view showing the assembled storage section 20. In the state shown in Figure 5, the lower end 11 of the storage section 20 is bent forward at a 90-degree angle relative to the front surface 10s. As a result, as described above, the upper bent portion 21a of the front wall is bent at a 90-degree angle, that is, the wall surface of the storage section 20 is formed with the front wall 21 and the left and right upper walls 22 bent at a right angle toward the front. In addition, the left and right upper walls 22 are connected to the left and right tongue-shaped auxiliary portions 23 (the first auxiliary portion 23R on the right and the second auxiliary portion 23L on the left) via the auxiliary portion bent portion 23a. Initially, these auxiliary portions 23 form the same surface as the left and right upper walls 22. By bending the auxiliary portion bent portion 23a inward (downward), a rectangular insertion opening 25 for inserting the lottery ticket 8 is formed.
[0018] Furthermore, as will be described later, the lottery ticket 8 inserted through the insertion opening 25 is held at its lower edge 8d (see Figure 7) by the lower end support portion 11b, which is formed as the first support portion of the lower end portion 11. In addition, the lottery ticket 8 is supported on its back side by a rear support portion 24, which is provided as a second support portion perpendicular to the lower end support portion 11b on the front surface 10s side of the insertion opening 25.
[0019] Figure 6 is a perspective view showing the state when a bundle of lottery tickets 8 is inserted into the storage section 20. Figure 7 is a perspective view showing the state when the bundle of lottery tickets 8 is stored in the storage section 20.
[0020] When storing the lottery tickets 8 in the assembled storage section 20, for example, as shown in Figure 6, the bundle of lottery tickets 8 is inserted into the insertion opening 25. At this time, the distance (L1) between the first auxiliary section 23R and the second auxiliary section 23L is smaller than the width dimension (L2) of the lottery tickets 8. However, the first auxiliary section 23R and the second auxiliary section 23L elastically deform to allow the insertion of the lottery tickets 8, and as shown in Figure 7, the bundle of lottery tickets 8 is stored inside the storage section 20. In addition, in the left and right notches 21c, the distance (L4) between the lower end support sections 11b is smaller than the left and right distance (L3) of the insertion opening 25 so that the lower end support section 11b can support the lower end edge 8d of the lottery tickets 8.
[0021] As shown in Figure 7, the lottery ticket 8 is held in place by the first auxiliary part 23R and the second auxiliary part 23L at its left and right ends 8e, which are its widthwise ends. Specifically, the initial distance (L1) between the first auxiliary part 23R and the second auxiliary part 23L is narrower than the width (L2) of the lottery ticket, so that when the lottery ticket 8 is inserted, it is held in place by being pressed from the left and right by the first auxiliary part 23R and the second auxiliary part 23L. As a result, even if the left and right ends 8e of the lottery ticket 8 are not aligned as shown in Figure 6, the lottery ticket 8 is appropriately pressed and positioned in its left and right horizontal directions, and is stored in a neat state with its ends 8e aligned. Furthermore, in the second embodiment, the lower edge 8d of the stored lottery ticket 8 is supported by the lower end support parts 11b provided on the left and right sides of the lower end of the opening 20h, and the upper end 8u is stored in an aligned state.
[0022] Figure 8 is a perspective view of the main body 10 from the back side, showing the bundle of lottery tickets 8 stored in the storage compartment 20. Figure 9 is a cross-sectional view of the portion along line A-A in Figure 8. Note that in the configurations shown in Figures 8 and 9, the configuration of the rear support portion 24 is different from the shape shown in Figure 6.
[0023] In the second embodiment, as shown in Figures 8 and 9, the storage section 20 has a rear support portion 24 that supports the back surface 8b of the stored lottery tickets 8, which is bent forward. That is, the rear support portion 24 is bent forward as appropriate, for example, starting from the rear bent portion 24a on its protruding base end. This configuration, which protrudes forward, allows the front end 24t to press the back surface 8b of the lottery tickets 8 forward, and can hold the bundle of lottery tickets 8 in place so that they do not scatter. In particular, it can hold the lottery tickets 8 securely even when the number of tickets decreases. Furthermore, as mentioned above, the auxiliary portion 23 also holds them in the left and right directions, so that the bundle of lottery tickets 8 is stored neatly aligned in all directions.
[0024] As described above, in the first embodiment of the in-store advertising body 1 of this embodiment, the main body 10 is provided with a storage section 20 by cut sections (21c, 23c, 24c) and folded sections (11a, 21a, 22a, 21b) in a part thereof. Since the storage section 20 is not three-dimensionally constructed, it can be made compact, which is convenient for storing and transporting the in-store advertising body 1. Furthermore, in the main body 10 that has been transformed into a three-dimensional shape (second embodiment), it is easy to form a portion of the cut sections and folded sections so that they rise up from the front surface 10s of one side of the main body 10. Moreover, since the storage section 20 is constructed integrally with the main body 10, it is possible to prevent it from detaching from the main body 20 and from being lost.
[0025] Furthermore, in the in-store advertising body 1 of this embodiment, since the folding portion and the notched portion that constitute the storage portion 20 are provided adjacent to each other, the three-dimensional shape of the storage portion 20 can be easily formed by simply folding the folding portion.
[0026] Furthermore, in this embodiment of the in-store advertising body 1, the storage section 20 is configured to store lottery tickets 8, so the in-store advertising body 1 can be used as an advertising body for the sale of lottery tickets 8 and as a storage device for lottery tickets 8.
[0027] In the in-store advertising body 1 of this embodiment, the main body 10 is configured to be able to stand upright in the second embodiment, so it can stand on its own and be displayed. Furthermore, in the upright state, the storage section 20 has a structure that protrudes from the front surface 10s to the lower end 11, so it can be given a reinforcing and auxiliary function to maintain the three-dimensional shape of the main body 10.
[0028] Furthermore, in the in-store advertising body 1 of this embodiment, the auxiliary parts 23 (first auxiliary part 23 and second auxiliary part 23) provided at the insertion opening 25 of the storage section 20 can press and hold the ends 8e of the lottery tickets 8, so that the left and right ends 8e of the multiple lottery tickets 8 stored can be aligned, and the lottery tickets 8 can be stored neatly. In particular, because the auxiliary parts 23 are provided at the insertion opening 25, the ends 8e can be effectively aligned by contact with the auxiliary parts 23 when inserting the lottery tickets 8 into the storage section 20. In addition, since the auxiliary parts 23 are inclined inward and downward towards the storage section 20, the operation during insertion is easy.
[0029] In the in-store advertising body 1 of this embodiment, the left and right cutouts 21c of the main body 10 are configured such that the distance between the lower end support portions 11b (first support portion) is smaller than the left and right distance between the insertion opening 25 (L3) (L4) so that the lower end support portion 11b (first support portion) can support the lower end edge 8d of the lottery ticket 8. As a result, the lower end support portion 11b capable of holding the lottery ticket 8 can be formed simply by assembling the main body 10 in three dimensions.
[0030] In this embodiment of the in-store advertising body 1, a rear support portion 24 is provided that can support the back surface 8b of the stored lottery tickets 8, making it possible to press down on multiple stored lottery tickets 8 in the thickness direction. As a result, multiple lottery tickets 8 can be stored neatly in close contact with each other, and in particular, when the number of lottery tickets 8 decreases, it becomes possible to keep them aligned while suppressing variations in the thickness direction of the lottery tickets 8.
[0031] Although embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention can be modified as appropriate within the scope of its technical concept. For example, in the above embodiment, the shape of the in-store advertising body 1 is substantially rectangular, but it is not necessarily limited to this. Also, in the above embodiment, there is a configuration in which one storage section 20 is provided, but there may be a configuration in which multiple storage sections 20 are provided.
