Description

SCHEMES FOR SYNCHRONIZATION BLOCK DESIGN AND TIME INDEX INDICATIONFIELD

[0001] The invention discussed below relates generally to wireless communication, and more particularly, to methods for schemes for synchronization block design and time index indication.BACKGROUND

[0002] In communication system, the initial access procedure is designed to enable a new user equipment (UE) to establish a connection with the network, acquire synchronization, and obtain the necessary resources to initiate communication. However, in some scenarios, like NTN, where there are lower workable SNR and larger CFO and quick cell search procedure, there are motivations to have novel schemes of synchronization block. This disclosure addresses these challenges by proposing schemes for synchronization block design and time index indication, ensuring efficient and reliable communication between networks and UEs in the communication network.SUMMARY

[0003] The following presents a simplified summary of one or more aspects in order to provide a basic understanding of such aspects. This summary is not an extensive overview of all contemplated aspects, and is intended to neither identify key or critical elements of all aspects nor delineate the scope of any or all aspects. Its sole purpose is to present some concepts of one or more aspects in a simplified form as a preclude to the more detailed description that is presented later.

[0004] In one aspect, the methods of novel synchronization block design are proposed.

[0005] Considering some scenarios, like NTN, where there are lower workable SNR and larger CFO. However, to ensure quick cell search in such scenarios, novel schemes for synchronization block design and time index indication are necessary. This disclosure proposes methods for enabling UE to quickly cell search and detect the synchronization signal and information, so that to ensure better communication system.

[0006] To the accomplishment of the foregoing and related ends, the one or more aspects comprise the features hereinafter fully described and particularly pointed out in the claims. The following description and the annexed figures set forth in detail certain illustrative features of the one or more aspects. These features are indicative, however, of but a few of the various ways in  which the principles of various aspects may be employed, and this description is intended to include all such aspects and their equivalents.BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
