[0011] The primary objective of the invention is to provide robust and comprehensive verification process for service providers including drivers, workers, and volunteers by capturing and validating essential personal information and documents, thereby ensuring safety to the users engaging the services.

[0012] Another objective of the invention is to issue a smart identity card to the service provider upon successful verification. The smart identity card includes a unique identification number assigned to the service provider, personal details of the service provider, at least one of quick response code, a radio-frequency identification tag, and a near field communication tag linked to a centralized database to enable real-time verification of the service provider and retrieve the verification status and a primary photograph and a secondary photograph. The secondary photograph is periodically updated to capture current changes in appearance and maintain an up-to-date identity verification.

The system includes a processing subsystem hosted on a server. The processing subsystem is configured to execute on a network to control bidirectional communications among a plurality of modules. The processing subsystem includes a registration module. The registration module configured to receive registration information and a government-approved identification document from a registrant through a user interface. The registrant is one of a user, a service provider and an organization. The registration module is configured to complete a verification process using a government-approved identification method to verify the identity of the registrant. The registration module configured to assign a unique identification number, login credentials, and verification status upon successful verification. The unique identification number is assigned as a profile identifier for the user, an employee identifier for the service provider, and a verification number for the organization. The processing subsystem includes a dual-step verification module operatively coupled to the registration module. The device management module is configured to allow the service provider and the organization to apply for a plurality of devices to facilitate real-time identification, verification, and tracking of the service provider and the organization. The plurality of devices is linked to the corresponding unique identification numbers assigned to the service provider and the organization. The processing subsystem includes a service provider module operatively coupled to the device management module. The service provider module is configured to provide a platform for a plurality of service providers to offer corresponding services to the user, enhancing service management. The control module is configured to transmit data scanned from the user device to a centralized control and command center for real-time monitoring. The data includes the unique identification number, verification status, personal details, and service -related information of the user and the service provider. The centralized control and command center controlled by government authorities. The control module is configured to store the data transmitted for monitoring real-time interactions between the user and the service provider. The control module is configured to provide access to verification details to authorized personnel in case of emergencies. The control module is configured to track a geographical location of the user and the service provider through a global positioning service for enhanced monitoring, enabling enhanced safety monitoring. The processing subsystem includes a location-based service module operatively coupled to the control module. The location-based service module is configured to utilize the global positioning service data to match the service provider with the user based on proximity and user preferences. The method includes assigning, by the registration module, a unique identification number, login credentials, and verification status upon successful verification. A system (100) for passenger safety and service provider management comprising: a processing subsystem (105) hosted on a server (108) and configured to execute on a network (115) to control bidirectional communications among a plurality of modules, wherein the plurality of modules comprising: characterized in that, a registration module (120) configured to: receive registration information and a government-approved identification document from a registrant through a user interface, wherein the registrant is one of a user, a service provider, and an organization; complete a verification process using a government-approved identification method to verify the identity of the registrant; and assign a unique identification number, login credentials, and verification status upon successful verification, wherein the unique identification number is assigned as a profile identifier for the user, an employee identifier for the service provider, and a verification number for the organization; a dual-step verification module (123) operatively coupled to the registration module (120), wherein the dual-step verification module (123) is configured to: enable the organization to initiate a secondary verification process for registered service providers after successfully logging in with the login credentials, by verifying the identity of the service provider; and assign a secondary verification status to the service provider upon successful verification by the organization;an identity card generation module (125) operatively coupled to the dualstep verification module (123), wherein the identity card generation module (125) is configured to: generate and issue a smart identity card to the service provider upon successful verification, wherein the smart identity card comprises the employee identifier, personal details, a primary photograph fixed at the time of registration and at least one of quick response code, a radiofrequency identification tag, and a near field communication tag linked to a centralized database (118) to enable real-time verification of the service provider and retrieve the verification status; allow the organization to generate and issue the smart identity card for employees of the organization upon successful secondary verification process; and generate a user profile for the user, wherein the user profile comprises personal information and a scanner option; a device management module (128) operatively coupled to the identity card generation module (125), wherein the device management module (128) is configured to allow the service provider and the organization to apply for a plurality of devices to facilitate real-time identification, verification, and tracking of the service provider and the organization, wherein the plurality of devices is linked to the corresponding unique identification numbers assigned to the service provider and the organization; a service provider module (130) operatively coupled to the device management module (128), wherein the service provider module (130) is configured to provide a platform for a plurality of service providers to offer corresponding services to the user, enhancing service management;a user interface module (135) operatively coupled to the service provider module (130), wherein the user interface module (135) is configured to: allow the user to log in using verified credentials for booking a plurality of services, wherein the plurality of services comprises booking services, applying location-based filter services, and receiving notifications related to service update, and booking status; and enable the user to scan the at least one of quick response code, the radio-frequency identification tag, and the near field communication tag on the smart identity card using a user device to retrieve the verification status and identity of the service provider, thereby enhancing security and trust in services; and a control module (140) operatively coupled to the user interface module (135), wherein the control module (140) is configured to: transmit data scanned from the user device to a centralized control and command centre for real-time monitoring, wherein the data comprises the unique identification number, verification status, personal details, and service-related information of the user and the service provider, wherein the centralized control and command centre controlled by government authorities; store the data transmitted for monitoring real-time interactions between the user and the service provider; provide access to verification details to authorized personnel in case of emergencies; and track a geographical location of the user and the service provider through a global positioning service for enhanced monitoring, enabling enhanced safety monitoring; anda location-based service module (145) operatively coupled to the control module (140), wherein the location-based service module (145) is configured to: utilize the global positioning service data to match the service provider with the user based on proximity and user preferences; and notify the user when a preferred service provider is within a specified distance if location-based filters are applied, thereby ensuring enhanced passenger safety and service provider management through real-time identity verification, location tracking, and continuous monitoring.

The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of service providers comprises professional comprising drivers, cleaners, milkman, electricians, plumbers, and vendors, each qualified and verified to the corresponding services, wherein each service provider offers one or more types of services.

The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the registration information comprises the primary photo, personal details comprising name, father’s name, mother’s name, phone number(s), email address, Aadhar card number, date of birth, permanent and current addresses, work profile, and signature, securely stored to protect privacy.

The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the government-approved identification method comprises one of Aadhar card verification, passport verification, driver's license verification and Permanent Account Number verification, for ensuring the identity of the user and the service provider is fully authenticated.

5. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the centralized database (118) is configured to store the verification status, the information, service history, log data, and information of the service provider and the user when engaged in an interaction.

6. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the centralized database (118) is further configured to store the interaction details of both the service provider and the user, specifically when the service provider and the user are in proximity, traveling together, or meeting.

7. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the identity card generation module (125) is configured to allow the service provider to upload a secondar photograph to capture current changes in appearance and maintain an up-to-date identity verification.

8. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the plurality of devices comprises a radio-frequency identification receiver, a display device, a global positioning service chip device, a quick response code scanner, a near-field communication reader and a Wi-Fi - Bluetooth device.

The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, the user interface module (135) comprising a reporting module (155) configured to: report to the centralized control and command centre in the occurrence of a mismatch between the primary photograph or the secondary photograph and the service provider; and allow the user to report the centralized control and command centre in case of unsuccessful verification of the service provider.

A method (300) for passenger safety and service provider management comprising: characterized in that,receiving, by a registration module, registration information and a government- approved identification document from a registrant through a user interface, wherein the registrant is one of a user, a service provider, and an organization; (305) completing, by the registration module, a verification process using a government-approved identification method to verify the identity of the registrant^ 10) assigning, by the registration module, a unique identification number, login credentials, and verification status upon successful verification, wherein the unique identification number is assigned as a profile identifier for the user, an employee identifier for the service provider, and a verification number for the organization; (315) enabling, by a dual-step verification module, the organization to initiate a secondary verification process for registered service providers after successfully logging in with the login credentials, by verifying the identity of the service provider; (320) assigning, by the dual-step verification module, a secondary verification status to the service provider upon successful verification by the organization; (325) generating and issuing, by an identity card generation module, a smart identity card to the service provider upon successful verification; (330) allowing, by the identity card generation module, the organization to generate and issue the smart identity card for employees of the organization upon successful secondary verification process; (335) generating, by the identity card generation module, a user profile for the user, wherein the user profile comprises personal information and a scanner option; (340) allowing, by a device management module, the service provider and the organization to apply for a plurality of devices to facilitate real-time identification, verification, and tracking of the service provider and the organization, wherein theplurality of devices is linked to the corresponding unique identification numbers assigned to the service provider and the organization; (345) providing, by a service provider module, a platform for a plurality of service providers to offer corresponding services to the user, enhancing service management; (350) allowing, by a user interface module, the user to log in using verified credentials for booking a plurality of services, wherein the plurality of services comprises booking services, applying location-based filter services, and receiving notifications related to service update, and booking status; (355) enabling, by the user interface module, the user to scan the at least one of quick response code, the radio-frequency identification tag, and the near field communication tag on the smart identity card using a user device to retrieve the verification status and identity of the service provider, thereby enhancing security and trust in services; (360) transmitting, by a control module, data scanned from the user device to a centralized control and command centre for real-time monitoring, wherein the data comprises the unique identification number, verification status, personal details, and service-related information of the user and the service provider, wherein the centralized control and command centre controlled by government authorities; (365) storing, by the control module, the data transmitted for monitoring real-time interactions between the user and the service provider; (370) providing, by the control module, access to verification details to authorized personnel in case of emergencies; (375) tracking, by the control module, a geographical location of the user and the service provider through a global positioning service for enhanced monitoring, enabling enhanced safety monitoring; (380)utilizing, by a location-based service module, the global positioning service data to match the service provider with the user based on proximity and user preferences; and (385) notifying, by the location-based service module, the user when a preferred service provider is within a specified distance if location-based filters are applied, thereby ensuring enhanced passenger safety and service provider management through real-time identity verification, location tracking, and continuous monitoring.
