Abstract

Disclosed are a system and method for developing a patent invention. The disclosed system for developing a patent invention comprises: a client terminal that requests a development server to investigate the marketability of a patent invention, requests development in accordance with a marketability evaluation result, and requests manufacture of a prototype in accordance with a development estimate provided from the development server; and the development server that receives, from the client terminal, a request to investigate the marketability, produces promotional material including virtual product modeling for the patent invention on the basis of patent registration publication, evaluates the marketability on the basis of responses to the promotional material, provides the marketability evaluation result to the client terminal, receives a development request from the client terminal, calculates a development cost estimate for the patent invention on the basis of the patent registration publication, provides the development cost estimate to the client terminal, and provides an advertisement video for the sale of produced goods after product development is completed.
