Abstract

The invention describes a leakproof children's cup with an integrated sucking system and ergonomic design, intended to maintain vertical stability in circular cupholders of seats, car seats or high chairs. Claim 1 describes a cylindrical polypropylene body with a bottom base having a smaller diameter for stable insertion, a wider upper part, a handle adapted to a child's hand, a threaded lid with a non-drip silicone seal, and a sucking system formed by a silicone valve (which blocks or releases a straw according to the position), a silicone mouthpiece and a transparent mouthpiece cover. The mouthpiece has a rounded design for greater ergonomics and comfort in the child's mouth. The assembly ensures sealing tightness and hygiene and prevents spillage, facilitating independent use in moving environments.

Description

[0001] Leakproof children's toilet bowl with integrated suction system, ergonomically designed to maintain vertical stability on cubicle stands

[0002] DESCRIPTION

[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The present invention now being proposed consists of a watertight, ergonomic, integrated suction-system children's toilet bowl that ensures verticality in cubicles. It comprises a central circular body whose lower third of the base reduces its diameter to fit into round cubicles of any support, such as a child's chair or high chair, and whose lid integrates a suction nipple, a valve, and a cover to provide watertightness and hygiene.

[0005] FIELD OF INVENTION

[0006] This invention has its application within the sector of children's household goods used to meet the vital needs of children and their sensory stimulation.

[0007] BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0008] Currently, there are countless cups in the children's tableware sector whose evolution has reflected the constant search for products that combine safety, functionality and adaptability to the developing needs of the little ones.

[0009] The study of child development and learning theories has been fundamental. It has been understood that the objects children use must be adapted to their motor and cognitive abilities at each stage. Innovation in materials, such as BPA-free plastics and those free of other toxic compounds, has ensured the safety of products for babies and toddlers. The features that have evolved the most in ergonomic children's cups are the handles, spouts, and materials.

[0010] The problem that the present invention solves and improves is that of having a cup that, in addition to promoting the child's learning, guarantees, through its design, materials and suction device, watertightness and its attachment to child transport platforms, chairs, car seats and high chairs.

[0011] The cup advocated by the present invention facilitates the transition from the bottle to the cup, being its

[0013] REPLACEMENT BLADE (RULE 26) Ergonomic design and spout design help children adapt to the new way of drinking, ensuring a leak-proof seal and allowing children to drink independently, thus fostering their independence. Thanks to its sealing systems and spout specifically designed to prevent spills, it helps keep children and the environment cleaner, and the materials used and designs are intended to guarantee children's safety.

[0014] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0015] The proposed cup solves all the problems described above. The cup is designed for children, and its main features are:

[0016] * Cup body: It has a cylindrical shape, made of polypropylene, with a narrow base for insertion into the round or circular cubicles of the chair, car seat or infant high chair and a wider top to increase the liquid capacity and facilitate gripping by small hands.

[0017] ® Handle: It features an ergonomic handle, made of polypropylene, designed to fit comfortably in a child's hand. This handle is the right size and shape for easy gripping.

[0018] * Lid: made of polypropylene, it includes a circular lid that screws onto the base, with a silicone anti-drip seal, and has a cavity that is inserted to prevent leaks and maintain hygiene: or the valve, also made of silicone, in the closed position of the nozzle seals the suction straw and in the open position of the nozzle releases the suction straw or a silicone nozzle that has a special ergonomic design for the child's mouth and is activated by lifting it and pushing the valve, or the nozzle cover made of transparent material that lifts independently, allowing the nozzle to be activated.

[0019] ® Suction straw: The suction straw is inserted into the valve and nozzle and is designed to control the flow of liquid, preventing spills.

[0021] REPLACEMENT SHEET (RULE 26) DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS

[0022] To complement the description being carried out and in order to facilitate a better and easier understanding of the characteristics of the invention and its practical applications, a set of drawings is attached to this descriptive report as an integral part thereof, in which, for illustrative purposes and not in any way limiting the purpose, the following has been represented:

[0023] Figure 1 - Exploded view of the cup that is the object of the invention

[0024] Figure 2.- Perspective view of the cup with the spout closed

[0025] Figure 3.- Perspective view of the cup with the spout open

[0026] Figure 4.- Perspective view of the body of the cup

[0027] Figure 5.- Top and perspective view of the lid

[0028] Figure 6.- Top, perspective, front and profile view of the nozzle

[0029] Figure 7.- Top, perspective, front and profile view of the nozzle cover

[0030] Figure 8.- Top, perspective, front and profile view of the valve

[0031] Figure 9.- Perspective view of the suction straw

[0032] Figure 10.- Perspective view of the anti-drip joint

[0033] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[0034] As can be seen in the figures shown, the cup of the invention comprises the body of the cup, the base of which is a single piece smaller at the bottom (1a) than at the top (1b), allowing the base to be inserted into the circular recesses of children's chairs, car seats, and high chairs. This base also includes an ergonomic handle designed for children's hands (2).

[0035] The cap (4) that integrates the suction system is screwed onto this base through a watertight seal (3). The system consists of a silicone valve (5a) that, in the closed position of the nozzle, seals the suction straw and, in the open position of the nozzle, releases the suction straw; a silicone nozzle (5b) that has a special ergonomic design for the child's mouth and is activated by lifting it and pushing the valve; and the hygienic nozzle cover (5c) made of transparent material that lifts independently, allowing the nozzle to be activated and protecting it from external germs.

[0036] Finally, the cup has a suction straw (6) that runs from inside the cup, inserted in the lid, to the suction mechanism whose valve seals or unseals the suction straw depending on the position it adopts, open for drinking or closed.

[0037] REPLACEMENT SHEET (RULE 26) It is understood that, if they do not alter the essence of the invention, variations in materials, shape, size, and arrangement of elements are permissible within the same character. The terms used in the description and the meaning thereof should always be considered non-limiting.
