Abstract

The invention relates to a resistor module (1), in particular a brake resistor and / or a heater. The resistor (1) according to the invention comprises: at least one resistor (4) which is adapted for being impinged upon by a fluid, the at least one resistor (4) being provided between a fluid inlet (2) and a fluid outlet (3); and at least one first sensor (6) on one side of the fluid outlet (3), the at least one first sensor (6) being capable of measuring the temperature and / or the pressure of a fluid (A). The resistor (1) additionally has: at least one second sensor (5) on one side of the fluid inlet (2), the at least one second sensor (5) being capable of measuring the temperature and / or the pressure of the fluid (A) on said side of the fluid inlet (2). Without the use of external sensors, a precise, redundant measurement of temperature values and / or pressure values of a fluid (A) can thus be carried out, whereby increased operational reliability can be achieved.
