[0005] In the current technique, unauthorized device usage on a network is enabled to be detected. However, there is no method for finding lost devices or detecting the use of devices outside the authorized area by tracking the device.

[0022] The inventive system (1) which provides security and traceability of devices by tracking devices, finding lost devices, detecting the use of devices outside the authorized area and preventing the use of unauthorized devices through a private network that will be established in large-scale enterprises in the form of industrial factories, production facilities and logistics centers that require data privacy comprises at least one device (2) which is used in the enterprise within certain authorizations and is configured to be able to perform data transfer via the loT (Internet of Things) feature thereof; at least one database (3) which is configured to keep a record of location information, credentials, authorization information of the device (2) and other information related to the devices (2) therein; at least one data collection device (4) which is configured to establish connection with the device (2) and to provide data flow by collecting data belonging to the device (2); at least one data logging server (5) which is configured to enable new devices (2) to be added to the network and to update the information of existing devices (2); at least one data logger device (6) which is configured to transmit information about the devices (2) desired to be logged to the data logging server (5); at least one data transfer server (7) which is configured to process data from devices in real time and to transmit it to the relevant components; at least one private network server (8) which has a structure established in a specific region just for that region and is configured to manage data flow, implement security policies and enable centralized management of all devices by being located at the center of the network; and at least one control server (9) which is configured to track and control whether the devices (2) are in authorized areas, to generate alarms for devices entering unauthorized areas, and to enable notification to be transmitted by reporting unauthorized use of devices.

The said database (3) is configured to keep a record of location information, credentials, authorization information of the device (2) and other information belonging to the devices (2) therein.

The data logging server (5) included in the inventive system (1) is configured to check, verify and record in the database (3) the device (2) identification (ID) information, SIM card information (IMSI- International Mobile Subscriber Identity), authorized areas and data collection devices (4) to which they can connect, transmitted by the data logger device (6). The said data logging server (5) is configured to detect whether the relevant device (2) information is logged in the database (3) or not when logging data to the database (3).

The control server (9) is configured to periodically receive the location information of each logged device (2) from the database (3), to perform checks for each device (2) for the use outside the authorized area given as information when logging the device (2), and to detect devices (2) that are used outside the authorized area. The control server (9) is configured to enable authorized persons to be warned by generating an alarm for devices (2) that are detected to be used outside the authorized area by using a communication method in the form of text messages and electronic mails. The control server (9) is configured to check whether each device (2) in the private network has been previously logged or not in line with the received device (2) location data, and to generate a report by receiving the IMSI, location, base station information to which it desires to connect and base station location information to which it wants to connect from the database (3) for the said device (2) if it detects a device (2) that has not been logged, and to determine the unauthorized access vulnerability points within the private network area.

[0031] With the inventive system (1), operational efficiency and safety standards are enabled to be significantly improved by increasing the security and traceability of devices used in factory areas. This private network-based system (1) comprises critical functions such as device tracking, finding lost devices, detecting unauthorized device use and blocking unauthorized devices. In this way, factory management can instantly monitor the location and usage status of all their devices. They can quickly intervene by detecting unauthorized entries and easily find lost devices. Within these basic concepts; it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive “A Private Network-Based Tracking System (1)”; the invention cannot be limited to examples disclosed herein and it is essentially according to claims.
Claims
CLAIMS1. A system (1) which provides security and traceability of devices by tracking devices, finding lost devices, detecting the use of devices outside the authorized area and preventing the use of unauthorized devices through a private network that will be established in large-scale enterprises in the form of industrial factories, production facilities and logistics centers that require data privacy; characterized by at least one device (2) which is used in the enterprise within certain authorizations and is configured to be able to perform data transfer via the loT feature thereof; and at least one database (3) which is configured to keep a record of location information, credentials, authorization information of the device (2) and other information related to the devices (2) therein; at least one data collection device (4) which is configured to establish connection with the device (2) and to provide data flow by collecting data belonging to the device (2); at least one data logging server (5) which is configured to enable new devices (2) to be added to the network and to update the information of existing devices (2); at least one data logger device (6) which is configured to transmit information about the devices (2) desired to be logged to the data logging server (5); at least one data transfer server (7) which is configured to process data from devices in real time and to transmit it to the relevant components; at least one private network server (8) which has a structure established in a specific region just for that region and is configured to manage data flow, implement security policies and enable centralized management of all devices by being located at the center of the network; andat least one control server (9) which is configured to track and control whether the devices (2) are in authorized areas, to generate alarms for devices entering unauthorized areas, and to enable notification to be transmitted by reporting unauthorized use of devices.
2. A system (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the device (2) which is any device having loT technology in the form of a cell phone, sensor and / or tool that is used in the enterprise within certain authorizations and has at least one sim card.

A system (1) according to Claim 2; characterized by the device (2) which is in a trackable structure by means of the SIM card thereof and is configured to transmit data to the data collection device (4) by establishing communication with the data collection device (4) and to connect to the private network.
4. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the database (3) which is a centralized database configured to keep a record of data coming from all devices (2) inside the private network and has access control.
5. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the database (3) which is configured to keep a record of location information, credentials, authorization information of the device (2) and other information belonging to the devices (2) therein.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the data collection device (4) which is a device in the form of a base station configured to collect data in the form of location information of the devices (2) and to transmit the said data to the private network server (8).
7. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the data collection device (4) which is configured to transmit the locationinformation obtained by performing precise positioning of each device (2) connected to the network to the private network server (8).

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the data logging server (5) which is configured to check, verify and record in the database (3) the device (2) identification (ID) information, SIM card information, authorized areas and data collection devices (4) to which they can connect, transmitted by the data logger device (6).
9. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the data logging server (5) which is configured to detect whether the relevant device (2) information is logged in the database (3) or not when logging data to the database (3).
10. A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the data logger device (6) which is configured to transmit the device (2) information desired to be logged via a device in the form of a computer, tablet computer, cell phone to the data logging server (5).

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the control server (9) which is configured to periodically receive the location information of each logged device (2) from the database (3), to perform checks for each device (2) for the use outside the authorized area given as information when logging the device (2), and to detect devices (2) that are used outside the authorized area.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the control server (9) which is configured to enable authorized persons to be warned by generating an alarm for devices (2) that are detected to be used outside the authorized area by using a communication method in the form of text messages and electronic mails.

A system (1) according to any one of the preceding claims; characterized by the control server (9) which is configured to check whether each device (2) in the private network has been previously logged or not in line with the received device (2) location data, and to generate a report by receiving the IMSI, location, base station information to which it desires to connect and base station location information to which it wants to connect from the database (3) for the said device (2) if it detects a device (2) that has not been logged, and to determine the unauthorized access vulnerability points within the private network area.
