Leak-proof material for well cementation pad fluid and preparation method therefor, and well cementation leak-proof pad fluid system and use thereof

Abstract

A preparation method for a leak-proof material for a well cementation pad fluid. The preparation method comprises: mixing an ester organic monomer, a benzene organic monomer and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, stirring same to obtain a mixed solution, adding water thereto, and adjusting the pH thereof to 6-8 to obtain an emulsion M1; stirring the emulsion M1, mixing same with an initiator solution M2, and performing a first reaction at 70-75°C to obtain an intermediate product M3; mixing the ester organic monomer and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid to obtain a mixture M4; mixing a self-crosslinkable monomer, an initiator and water to obtain a mixture M5; respectively adding the mixture M4 and the mixture M5 to the intermediate product M3 at a speed of 2-10 mL / min; and performing a second reaction to obtain a leak-proof material for a well cementation pad fluid.
