Abstract

A glycopolymer nanoparticle and an application thereof. Encapsulating an anticancer drug in a glycopolymer reprograms a tumor microenvironment, and increases drug penetration into tumors. The synthesized glycopolymer nanoparticle exhibits hydrophilicity and is easily absorbed in vivo, which reduces dosage and mitigates adverse drug reactions.
