Abstract

The present disclosure provides a method for preempting a transmission opportunity, applied to a first access point, and comprising: receiving a preemption permission indication sent by a first non-access point station, the preemption permission indication being configured to indicate that a transmission opportunity for data transmission of the first non-access point station is allowed to be preempted; and sending a preemption indication in the transmission opportunity, the preemption indication being configured to indicate that the transmission opportunity is to be preempted or is allowed to be preempted.
