On the other hand, the power-transmitter control unit changes, based on a traveling speed signal received by the power-transmitter communication antenna, the threshold to narrow a range of the relative positional relationship that is determined to be appropriate when the traveling speed is lower than a predetermined speed, compared with a case where the traveling speed is not lower than the predetermined speed.
