Abstract

The present invention provides a bidirectional coupler and a radio frequency chip. The bidirectional coupler comprises a main line, a coupling line located on one side of the main line and coupled to the main line, an input port formed by bending and extending one end of the main line in a direction away from the coupling line, an antenna port formed by bending and extending the other end of the main line in the direction away from the coupling line, a coupling port and an isolation port respectively formed at two ends of the coupling line, an adjustable resistor having a first end connected to the isolation port, and an adjustable capacitor having a first end connected to the isolation port. The bidirectional coupler in the present invention can achieve high isolation, by means of high flatness over a full frequency band, can maintain stable performance even if impedance mismatch is caused by temperature changes, and can also reduce the size and cost of the bidirectional coupler.
