Abstract
Claims
1. A control device comprising a processor that controls a surveillance camera that performs panning and zooming, wherein the processor outputs to a display a first image which is a live view image based on imaging of a first region by the surveillance camera, and a second image which is an image obtained by imaging of the surveillance camera and in which a second region wider than the first region is imaged, and restricts the control of the surveillance camera performed to obtain the first image based on information regarding the inclusion of a subject in the second image.
2. The control device according to claim 1, wherein the processor performs the restriction when the rotation is performed in a direction that includes the subject within the first region while the zoom magnification of the surveillance camera exceeds a set allowable magnification.
3. The control device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the processor performs the restriction when the zoom magnification of the surveillance camera exceeds a set allowable magnification while the rotation is performed so that the subject is included in the first region.
4. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the processor performs the restriction when it receives a command to rotate the surveillance camera so that the subject is included within the first area, while the zoom magnification of the surveillance camera exceeds a set allowable magnification.
5. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the restriction includes restricting at least one of the rotation, the zoom, and the focal position of the surveillance camera.
6. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the restriction includes performing the rotation in a direction that moves the subject away from the first region.
7. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the limitation includes stopping the zoom.
8. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the limitation includes reducing the zoom magnification of the surveillance camera.
9. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the limitation includes reducing the zoom magnification of the surveillance camera to a specified magnification.
10. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the restriction includes shifting the focal position of the surveillance camera relative to the in-focus position.
11. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 10, wherein the processor switches the first image to a third image different from the first image when performing the restriction.
12. The control device according to claim 11, wherein the third image includes an image in which at least the image region of the first image corresponding to the subject is replaced with a black image.
13. The control device according to claim 11 or claim 12, wherein the third image includes an image in which the focal position is shifted relative to the in-focus position relative to the first image.
14. The control device according to any one of claims 11 to 13, wherein the third image includes an image having information that the operation of the surveillance camera is restricted.
15. The control device according to any one of claims 11 to 14, wherein the processor releases the state in which the first image has been switched to the third image when the condition for releasing the restriction is met.
16. The control device according to any one of claims 11 to 15, wherein the third image includes an image in which at least the image region of the first image corresponding to the subject is replaced with a black image, and the processor switches from the third image to a fourth image in which the focal position is shifted relative to the in-focus position relative to the first image if the proportion of the black image in the third image is equal to or greater than a predetermined proportion.
17. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 16, wherein the processor releases the restriction when the conditions for releasing the restriction are met.
18. The control device according to claim 17, wherein the limitation includes reducing the zoom magnification of the surveillance camera, and the condition includes the zoom magnification of the surveillance camera being reduced to a specified magnification.
19. The control device according to claim 18, wherein the specified magnification is the magnification corresponding to the wide-angle end.
20. The control device according to any one of claims 17 to 19, wherein the restriction includes shifting the focal position of the surveillance camera relative to the in-focus position, and the processor sets the focal position of the surveillance camera to the in-focus position when the condition for releasing the restriction is met.
21. The control device according to any one of claims 17 to 20, wherein the restriction includes performing the rotation in a direction that moves the subject away from the first region, and the condition includes that the subject has moved away from the first region.
22. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 21, wherein the second image includes a panoramic image.
23. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 22, wherein the second region includes an airport runway.
24. The control device according to any one of claims 1 to 23, wherein the second image includes a composite image obtained by combining a plurality of captured images obtained by imaging with the surveillance camera.
25. A control method for controlling a surveillance camera that performs panning and zooming, comprising: outputting to a display a first image which is a live view image based on imaging of a first region by the surveillance camera, and a second image which is an image obtained by imaging of the surveillance camera and in which a second region wider than the first region is imaged; and restricting the control of the surveillance camera performed to obtain the first image based on information regarding the inclusion of a subject in the second image.
26. A program for causing a computer to perform a process to control a surveillance camera that rotates and zooms, the program comprising: outputting to a display a first image which is a live view image based on imaging of a first region by the surveillance camera, and a second image which is an image obtained by imaging of the surveillance camera and in which a second region wider than the first region is imaged; and restricting the control of the surveillance camera performed to obtain the first image based on information regarding the inclusion of a subject in the second image.
