Abstract

Provided is a photocurable resin composition having excellent adhesive properties and excellent sealing properties. The photocurable resin composition comprises components (A) to (D), wherein the component (A) includes a component (A-1) and the content of the component (A-1) is 60 mass% or higher with respect to the total mass of the component (A). Component (A): one or more vinyl polymers each having one or more (meth)acryloyl groups at a main chain end; component (A-1): a polyisobutylene resin having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups at a main chain end; component (B): a monofunctional (meth)acrylate compound having a linear or branched hydrocarbon group having less than 18 carbon atoms (provided that the component (B) is not the component (A)); component (C): a photoradical polymerization initiator; and component (D): a saturated hydrocarbon resin.

Claims

1. A photocurable resin composition comprising components (A) to (D), wherein component (A) comprises component (A-1), and the content of component (A-1) is 60% by mass or more relative to the total mass of component (A): (A) component: vinyl polymer having one or more (meth)acryloyl groups at the end of the main chain; (A-1) component: polyisobutylene resin having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups at the end of the main chain; (B) component: monofunctional (meth)acrylate compound having linear or branched hydrocarbon groups with fewer than 18 carbon atoms (excluding component (A)); (C) component: photoradical polymerization initiator; and (D) component: saturated hydrocarbon resin.

2. The photocurable resin composition according to claim 1, wherein component (D) is an alicyclic saturated hydrocarbon resin.

3. The photocurable resin composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the content of component (D) is 11 parts by mass or more with respect to 100 parts by mass of component (A).

The photocurable resin composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the component (A) comprises a hydrogenated polybutadiene resin having one (meth)acryloyl group at the end of the main chain as component (A-2), and the content of component (A-2) is 1 to 30% by mass relative to the total mass of component (A).

5. The photocurable resin composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein component (B) is a monofunctional (meth)acrylate compound having a linear or branched hydrocarbon group with 9 or fewer carbon atoms.

6. The photocurable resin composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the softening point of component (D) is 110°C or lower.

7. The photocurable resin composition according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising silica powder as component (E).

8. A cured product obtained by curing the photocurable resin composition according to claim 1 or 2.

9. A sealant comprising the photocurable resin composition according to claim 1 or 2.

10. A fuel cell comprising any one seal selected from the group consisting of seals between adjacent separators in a fuel cell, seals between the frame and electrolyte membrane of a fuel cell, and seals between the frame and electrolyte membrane electrode assembly of a fuel cell, wherein the seal is the cured product described in claim 8.
